Native Elk Cabin är ett underbart fyra sovrum, tre badrum hemma i det natursköna Upper Valley-området i Red River, NM. Omge dig själv med komfort i detta välfyllda rymliga hem. This cabin is perfect for family vacations! Very roomy with lots of seating and a very well stocked kitchen. The view was beautiful; the location was great. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back some day.

Great place

Great place for large family. Kitchen had everything you need. Plenty of parking for cars, trailers, and sxs. I would definitely stay here again.

Mountain getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it was quiet and peaceful. The location was close to other activities available in town. Kitchen and dining area were highlights of the cabin, newer appliances and a large table accommodated our family of 10 easily.

Family vacation

It was our first time staying at a cabin and it was great, it really exceded our expectations and, everything was perfect. It was a well equipt house it had everything we needed and more. The surrounding nature was very relaxing aswell.

Family vacation

This beautiful home allows our family to stay together and enjoy the exquisite mountains of Red River. The home is so comfortable and well equipped. We loved cooking in the kitchen and playing games around the large dining room table. This location is close to trails for hiking as well. Thank you Marie, for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic!

This was our favorite house, by far. The details like the coffee provided, soft sheets, enough dinnerware and serving pieces to feed all of Red River in style, paper goods, spacious rooms…I could go on. But the view and watching the sunrise on the front porch was the best!

Ski Trip 2025

Very nice house. Three families, six adults and four kids. Kids loved the upstairs room with four twin beds and their own area to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans and plenty of dishes. We cooked every night for five nights. Would recommend and would stay again.Owners were very nice and promptly replied to every email and text.

Best cabin in a quiet and peaceful place!

Host was very helpful, everything you could possibly need is available for your stay. Cabin was exactly as explained and absolutely beautiful! Our group of 10 were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay! When we come back to Red River, we will stay again.

Complete Cabin Stay

This has easily been the best rental I had ever stayed in and my family would agree as well. The small details the owners have an eye for is astounding, and this property is completely equipped with everything you will need for an amazing stay. We hope to be back in the coming years!

Perfect for Larger Family Vacation

This beautiful home is perfect for a larger family group. It was absolutely beautiful, with so many little details and amenities that we appreciated. Kitchen fully stocked with a large family in mind. We only had six people in our group, but were still very comfortable with the extra room. The location was perfect to take in the breathtaking color changes this fall.

Red River Getaway

Our stay at Native Elk Cabin was picturesque! The cabin is situated along the Aspen Valley and is surrounded by gorgeous views of the mountains and pine trees. The property had everything our guests needed that made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The property is huge and has plenty of gathering spaces to included a large dining table. Our trip couldn’t have gone better! We will be coming back! Thank you!

Family vacation

Our family of 15 from Texas had a wonderful stay at your cabin in Red River. Especially enjoyed our evenings at the cabin cooking and enjoying time on the front porch. One evening before dark enjoyed watching over 30 Elk grazing in the field in front of the house.

Fantastic

This was without a doubt one of the best experiences that I’ve had with renting a property. It was very clean and was exactly as advertised. It had all the supplies that we needed and was so comfortable for our whole family. It allowed us to focus on having a great time and not worrying about our accommodations. Perfect for Celebrating my 50th Birthday!

The property was amazing, the location was beautiful, and the home accommodated all of us perfectly. We had everything we needed for the weekend to host a relatively large group. We were able to enjoy both inside the cabin and the fire pit area outside. Everyone loved every bit of it. The only issue we thought we might have was with parking, namely to park an RV and accommodate the vehicles that joined us for our gathering but we were able to situate all vehicles on the property. One thing to consider is that a flight of stairs is required to navigate to load/unload items, as the entrance is upstairs. There are also stairs to access the upper bedroom, loft, and sitting area so this should be considered for older people or those who have any kind of issue with stairs. Our group navigated this part of it okay, but it rained quite a bit while there, so some sort of slip resistance on the external stairs would be warranted. I never got a chance to write in the guest book, as the entire weekend was busy! I highly recommend this for a large group or large family. Everyone loved it!

When we saw this house we immediately envisioned spending winters evenings playing board games in front of the stone fireplace, snowshoeing in the forest above the house and sledding down the hill, and sipping wine on the back porch as the kids played in the forest on warm summer evenings.
