Pen y Banc är en vacker lantlig stuga med utsikt över den vackra Cardigan Bay. Med ett dubbelrum och en bäddsoffa, som bekvämt kan sova två små barn. Bara en kort promenad till Cross Inn & en kort bilresa till kusten, det är ett idealiskt läge för en avkopplande familjesemester. Grunderna erbjuder två små vilda liv sjöar fyllda med karp, tench och rudd, med gratis fiske för våra gäster. Vilda livsstigar runt grunderna och sjöarna för natursköna promenader. Ett rent modernt kaklat rymligt badrum med ett P-format bad och dusch med handdukshandduk. Vardagsrummet är öppen planlösning med stor skinnsoffa och bekväma armstol, LCD-TV och DVD, igen med fantastisk utsikt över det öppna landskapet och Cardigan Bay.

Very peaceful location, with lovely surroundings. For those that need it the internet was fast and reliable. The bed was really comfortable, had the best sleep in months. Lovely hosts that were on hand if required and happy to help with anything. Thank you

Gorgeous little dog friendly cottage in a quiet farm setting. Super comfy bed and sofa, lots of lovely pots, pans, crockery and cutlery - fridge freezer, cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, lovely bed linen and huge fluffy bath towels - nothing extra needed . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property, Karen and Tim were both very welcoming and friendly. Loved the chix, ducks, geese, moorhens, donkeys and amazing horse xx Thank you ❤️ Very nice friendly pub, village shop and post office a 2 minute drive along the lane xx

Wonderful place,

The cottage was just what we needed, it has everything we needed peaceful lovely setting and the view of the sea and the sunsets were amazing, the hosts were just perfect and made the stay even better, they were very helpful and nothing was to much, short drive to most places, little local post office that has everything, we stayed two weeks and really didn’t want to leave, we will be back,

Quiet, pleasant, picturesque weekend

Fab weekend at the cottage. Weather not great, but at least we were able to get out & about. Cottage had everything we needed & hosts were very obliging. Ideal location to travel to Aberaeron or Aberystwyth plus other places/beaches in between. Plum & apple trees outside our front door, which we were allowed to pick mmmmmm. The grounds are picturesque and pleasant to walk around on your own or with your dog, but keep your dog on a lead as there are geese and chickens running freely. The donkeys are very friendly and trot up to the fence to greet you as you pass. This is somewhere I would definitely like to return to.

Lovely stay.

Fantastic cottage with lovely grounds to wander in. Not too far from the coast. Karen and Tim lovely friendly and helpful owners that made you feel at home from the moment you arrived. Wonderful peaceful and quiet place just right for relaxing and enjoying the views, particularly the sun sets over the sea. Will definetly be going back.

perfect for a couple

Soon as you turn up the farm track you feel away from the day to day. very peaceful, beautiful setting - look out for the stunning sun sets. You receive a very warm welcome to the cottage which is very well appointed with everything you need. Bonus is this idyllic spot is very central and has a shop and pub a short walk away.

Pen Y Banc farm cottage

Fantastic holiday cottage in quiet location but a short drive to shops, beach and other tourist attractions. Fully equipped with everything you need. There is an enclosed garden to the rear of the property which was great for our dog. There are 2 fishing lakes on site. The hosts were there to greet us and were there if we needed anything from information to fresh eggs which were from the hens on the farm. A lovely cottage and Karen and Tim are great hosts. Would definately recommend.

Comfortable cottage & a great location

Banc Farm cottage is a delightful property set in a beautiful location. Everything you could possibly need is contained in this lovely building. A great place for a peaceful & relaxing break. Our hosts Karen & Tim were very informative and friendly. We would be very happy to revisit one day.
