Overall, great week for family vacation at this house! Stunning views and house had everthing needed to make the family comfortable. Amber handled our only issue very well. Highly recommend this property for families or couples.

Thanksgiving Get Away

What a wonderful place to go and spend three or four days with family. This house had it all from sleeping to cooking to fishing to sight seeing you have it all right out side your door. We were worried about not having every thing that we needed for our thanksgiving feast but this house was fully stocked with plenty of cook ware to silverware and any thing else you may need it was a wonderful for days for all my kids and grand kids to enjoy each outher. Fantastic vacation with beautiful views!!

We usually go to the beach but decided to change it up this year and try the lake experience. The home was perfect for our family and what we love to do which in large is a beautiful view and multiple decks to sit and enjoy our choice of beverages! The kitchen could use a few more casserole dishes and dish towels for we love to cook and spend a good deal of time in the kitchen as well. Amber was more than attentive to our needs and she was a joy to work with! Loved the cleanliness of the home. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great stay with private pool.

House had plenty of room and has been updated with new carpet and bedding. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Only four things to consider, each bedroom is on a separate floor, so lots of steps. The Murphy bed is a full size bed but comfortable. The only way to get to the pool is through the lower level (Murphy bed) bedroom. The dock is nearly on the main channel, so it moves a lot when boat traffic is heavy. Host was extremely responsive to inquiries. We would rent here again.

5 Star Family Vacation

There are a lot of factors which made this our best family vacation but this house brought it all together. There are ten of us-two grandparents and two families of four. We each had our own bedroom level with bathrooms and balconies which we could retreat to. We loved the decks off the upper living area and on the lower level which was shaded all the time. The weather was perfect so we had most of our meals on the upper deck with its amazing views of the lake. We brought a little card table and chairs for the little girls since the table outside seats six. The house is set on a cliff and it was nice to hear the waves splashing on the rocks. The sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and dock. There was plenty of seating around the pool. We loved using the dock as our jumping off place for swimming in the lake. We also took two kayaks which we used everyday and were able to store them safely in the landing area just before you cross over to the dock. One big unexpected bonus was a sauna in the master bath. The nights were cool when we were there and so the pool was a little cool (not complaining-it was August and the weather was unseasonably moderate) so after a swim often we would go to the sauna to warm up. The entry level had a half bath to accommodate us when we were in the living room/kitchen/upper deck area. And on the lowest level there was another bathroom for when we were out by the pool or in the game room. The house was so spacious with great places to gather together or retreat to for some alone time. We normally visit a different destination every summer but Amber's house is calling us back for another visit.

The best overall location, layout, and attached pool amenity on the Lake. The patios and pool really offers a true lake experience. The house is positioned for complete 180 degrees plus views. We would stay again.

Retirement/birthday celebration

The house is beautiful. Beds were not very comfortable for people with back issues. The pool was not clean whwn we got there but owner rectified the problem quickly. The murphy bed was broken from previous renters so it could not be raised. Due to this fact door to bedroom could not be closed.

Gorgeous view!

We very much enjoyed our stay here, it is super clean, well decorated, very spacious, with a beautiful view ! Dock was very wavy, with boats passing, but we were able to still fish, and had a great time! We would love to come back !

End of Summer Family Weekend

We wanted a place that had both a gathering space for our family, as well as privacy spaces. This home had both. Although the home needs updating and the kitchen is small, it is in a perfect location for entertaining an 8, 4, and almost 2 year old. Margaritaville has it all. As far as the home’s amenities, we were a little surprised that the kitchen cookware was quite old and no useful items, i.e., alumni foil, zip lock bags, etc were available. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay. We only had some minor issues and the owner was responsive.

Location was great! Quiet cove overlooking the main part of the lake. Layout of the house was great! However, the kitchen was small for a large party, some beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms need some updating. House in need of some minor repairs.

This property is the best place I have ever stayed and I have been using Vrbo for a very long time. There are a group of us that have spent many lake trips together and this surpasses all expectations. The house is lovely and the views are to die for. We saw many herons and two eagles, one swooping very close to our deck for a fish. The sunsets were amazing and the most incredible fun was had in our own private pool!! That was our favorite part. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

On The Water Getaway!

Unbeatable Panoramic View

This house offers one of the best views on the Lake of the Ozarks and is part of the Margaritaville Resort community. Our group of friends took advantage of the sauna, swimming pool and dining on the main open deck just steps from the kitchen. The house had one little hiccup and our host gave it immediate attention and we were good to go for the rest of our stay !

Lake of the Ozarks Gem

Really had a wonderful family vacation. Enjoyed the pool, lake and house on all five levels. All very private with incredible views. I would definitely recommend this house. We rented a tri-toon for the week. The dock worked out OK but was a little rough. Probably due to the power boat Shootout causing excessive waives.

Views, Views & More Views!!

This beautiful home has an amazing lay-out to take full advantage of its 180 degree lake views. The biggest dilemma was WHICH lovely (composite) deck we wanted to hang out on OR should we go down to the pool, which was absolutely perfect! What a plus this lovely pool was for our group of 8 kids and 8 adults! Even though we were a large group, we were never on top of each other in this heavenly lake home. The huge master suite was incredible and and even had a sauna, in addition to its own private deck. We loved this place & and would strongly recommend it for a large group. We had a blast and left with many treasured memories. Thank you, Amber!

We were amazed by the views from the first time we walked into the house. We purchased the home this fall and feel it is a perfect place for family and friends to gather and enjoy lake living. From morning coffee on a private balcony, afternoons by the pool, watching a breathtaking sunset on the deck and then enjoying a delicious meal at home or at a nearby restaurant, this home really does offer a relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding.
