Sedan 1903, Rockefellers, Fords och Edisons hänvisas till denna härliga lake flykt som "Little Switzerland." Inga kostnader sparades på denna vackra 5-sovrum 4 bad, 4000 kvadratfot Mountain Home. Fantastiska vatten och utsikt över bergen från nästan alla rum. Professionellt möblerade och dekorerade. Gourmet fullt utrustat kök. Tryckavlastande madrasser och lyxiga sängkläder. Två stora rum. Två vedeldade eldstäder. Två stora linda runt däck med sjön och trädbevuxen åsikter med vedeldad spis. Stor gräsmatta med omgivande skogen och stora träd hus för barn. Great location over looking the lake. Plenty of room for our family. Nice to have spices and some basics in house especially since it was a short stay. The dishwasher could use a new lower rack. Didn’t have enough tines to hold dishes and they were being held together by zip ties. Otherwise it was lovely.

Lake Toxaway family trip

We were in Lake Toxaway for a family wedding. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The house was decorated so pretty and everything was so clean and neat! Sitting on the porch with those pretty views was so relaxing!! The owner was helpful with information and we would definitely stay there again!!

New Years Getaway

The house was perfect for our family trip to the mountains. Well appointed kitchen so we could have our big family meals. Close to many excellent hikes and other excursions for the group.

Large family wedding

We were in town for a family wedding- we had eight adults and five children. The house was so well stocked and so comfortable. Communication with owner and property manager was so easy- and the location of the home is ideal. I highly recommend this wonderful house!!

The best vacation ever

This home felt like home from the minute we arrived. Managers were helpful and responsive to all questions and helped us greatly with restaurant recommendations, activity planning, etc. The covered porch was our station for much of the trip -- the view is incredible.

a house provides full of memories

Beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone! It's cozy and convenient. The most impressive part of this house is its kitchen. It literally has every utensils and cookwares we need, and the numbers of plates, dishes, glasses, mugs, woks etc are just more than one can imagine! We had a blast time in this lovely house.

Nothing better than Lake Toxaway NC in October

We had 5 couples in this beautiful home. We were very comfortable as we all had our own room. The back patio had plenty of chairs and an amazing view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, though we could have used one more large deep pot. We had a really good time. I would definitely come back. Our host, Karla was great. Very responsive to questions. A definite 5 star getaway.

Mountain wedding weekend

The house was absolutely stunning with high end furnishings. The town was so beautiful! We were attending a wedding at the Greystone inn and the location couldn’t have been more perfect- maybe a 2 minute drive? Karla was the best host, easy communication and so accommodating. The house had everything we needed, including nice linens/towels, toilet paper and trash bags! Would definitely recommend! Hope to visit Lake Toxaway again!

Great property in a beautiful location

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our extended family (eight adults) to spend a holiday weekend. Two minutes from the Inn and marina where we able to rent a boat for the day. Highly recommended!

It was simply perfect !

The house became a part of my wedding experience with my family I had the best memory of sitting on the porch with my father having him tell me the story of my mother and his wedding but of how proud she would have been of me, all the while looking out into the mountains and lake . Magical to say the least and a warm home filled with love the moment you walk in.

Perfect property

As usual, the house is spotless, location is perfect, Karla is so easy to work with. We use this property for a business retreat and it is very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Would be great location for family get together.

Family getaway

We recently stayed at the property with adults and kids ranging from 3-13 and had a wonderful stay. Karla was very responsive and gave us great information for a boat rental. Location is very pretty and easy to marina.
