Enhet 301-B är ett nyrenoverat 3 sovrum, 2 bad familjevänlig lägenhet där havssköldpaddor simmar i vågorna strax under balkongen året runt. Idyllic

Excellent location and pool area. Convenient path to beach areas. As good as it gets. Not a 5 star resort but the location and experience overshadowed any faults.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really worn down for the price, kitchen was extremely small and not well organized, while the waves were amazing during the day they were too loud at night to sleep well. Bedrooms were clean and nice with comfortable beds but the lanai and living room furniture were dirty and uncomfortable.

Excellent place to stay!

This is a very clean and nicely appointed condo. One of the best VRBOs in which we have ever stayed. Lovely to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the view, waves, and turtles.

Poipu Kauai

Property on cliff overlooking water. Beautiful views. Can't be beat. Have to walk a few blocks to access the water. Then it's a very crowded public beach. Every night the turtles come up to sleep, in front of the beach goers. There is no air conditioner. There are some fans in the rooms. I would imagine summer time would be quite hot. We were pretty hot even in janurary. Although, by the end of the week we got used to it. We had a great stay. The fitness club is a great perk!!

Perfect vacation

Apartment as advertised, very clean and very well located. The view is superb and the presence of turtles is daily. The contact with Nani is perfect. She is available and very responsive to our requests. I highly recommend.

Amazing views

What an incredible view. Right over the water. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. You can see sea turtles in the water all day. 301 B is a 3 bedroom unit with a huge lanai. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stunning area to stay in.

The overall visit was wonderful. It could use a little updating with dishwasher and kitchen and bathroom faucets. The beds were not comfortable. So I would definitely get new mattresses. Just a suggestion maybe have a first aide kit at the house But I loved our stay. And everything was very easy.

The pool and sundeck were also a lovely addition to come back to after a days sightseeing. The location is also very central if you want to travel the island or take a walk down to the local bays.

Truly Amazing Condo

What can be more amazing that sitting on your deck watching sea turtles below? Looking out from the dining room looked like we were on a boat! The bad news, not sure we will ever find a place that is better than this. I also don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere in Hawaii without seeing at least one roach, but not even one at this place. Lots of room on the deck with plenty of chairs for the 5 people in our group. I enjoyed the walk to the ocean path to view the sunrise. In early May the temperature was perfect 24/7. We did go to the athletic club to enjoy drinks by the pool, a game of shuffleboard and a morning workout. Beds were comfortable. The walk to Poipu beach was an easy less than 15 minute walk. I highly recommend staying at this condo!

Amazing View

Amazing view - that's what you're paying for so enjoy it. Turtles, Dolphins and Whale sightings daily from the balcony. Overall condo and property is very nice and clean but not luxury or extremely large. We had 5 in our party which was about max. Bed and mattresses very firm....european style. Living room is small for 4 people but comfortable. Pool was not heated which made swimming in January not much of an option. Location is short walk from downtown and beaches. Would recommend and stay again....especially if the pool heater was working.

Beautiful vacation rental with amazing views!

There were beach toys and chairs in the closet which was an added bonus. The lanai is right on the ocean and every day we saw turtles and whales while having our coffee. Our kids also loved the pool and having it right next to the ocean made for a beautiful and relaxing time while they played. The only drawback is the kitchen is a tad small but that never became an issue for us.

We loved listening to the sound of the waves crash all day and night. It came with everything we needed, including items for our beach days. Parking on site was easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The pool was also amazing. Do be careful of the ants. We found some in the cupboard on our plates when we went to use them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was everything thing we could have wanted. The location was terrific-could listen to ocean waves all the time. Sea turtles could be spotted daily. We even spotted a whale spouting from the deck. Just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean with plenty of linens and beach towels. Glad to have the washer and dryer. Just a perfect 10 days! Access to the beach club was nice for pickle ball and shuffleboard as well as a pool.

Nice place but waves are very loud

Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at this location but there was no AC (definitely needed it while we were there) and the waves were very loud crashing against the rocks and can be heard throughout the condo. We did very much enjoy watching the turtles below. Fortunately we were not inside the condo all that much as we were out enjoying the island. I would probably not stay at this location again because of the lack of AC and the very loud waves crashing against the rocks below.

Absolutely stunning view!

The unit is just as listed with two very nice rooms and one smaller room, and an enormous balcony. With the cool breezes and the roaring waves, it was really easy to sleep. We didn't spend a ton of time in the unit and only used the pool once, but if we did it again, we'd plan more downtime to just hang out and enjoy the view. There are only two drawbacks to the unit. The first is that it's on the second floor with no elevator, so it can be challenging to get your luggage and groceries up and down. The second is the parking. All of the cars are parked really tightly and there really aren't a lot of spaces. By the end, we were just parking at the top of the hill and walking down to our unit rather than struggle not to damage our car.

Wow - what a view!

We loved the ocean front experience! Watching the surf and turtles…listening to the waves throughout the day and night. We would stay here again but for fewer days. Our family of 6 (all adult size) found the kitchen and living area to be too small to be comfortable. Fortunately, the beautiful weather allowed us to spend a lot of time out on the wonderful balcony. Pros: amazing ocean front view! frequent sea turtle sightings, ample balcony seating, spacious bedrooms, walking distance to the beaches (take the “short-cut”), nice pool, some recent updates (kitchen, flooring, showers), athletic club access. Cons: tight/small kitchen, small living area, no AC, challenging parking (steep and tight), damaged beach equipment (especially the snorkeling equip - plan to rent or bring your own), needs some maintainence (but much of the damage is salt water corrosion which is difficult to avoid given the location)

Fantastic Oceanfront Condo

Excellent oceanfront condo and turtle watching from the Lanai! Condo was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Only complaint was the super hard and uncomfortable king bed and also the inability to make the 2 twin beds into a king bed- we had 3 couples and 1 couple had to sleep separately in the twin beds- one of the twin beds was also very hard and uncomfortable- our stay was during one of the biggest storms of the year and flooding closed a lot of the parks and scenic areas. We were also there during the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic and a lot of the restaurants were shutting down so we did end up cooking quite a bit at the condo- but it was very well stocked with dishes and cookware so all was good. Thank you for sharing your home! Hoping to come back but maybe next time later in the year 😀

Fantastic ocean front property -Turtles to watch from the Lanai

Only complaint is the super hard king bed which was very uncomfortable and the inability to put the 2 twin beds together to make a king ( We had 3 couples and 1 couple had to sleep in separate twin beds). One of the twin beds was also super hard and uncomfortable. We were there during a major storm and a lot of the tourist spots were flooded and closed and we were also there at the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic- a lot of restaurants were closed so we did end up cooking quite a bit in the room- but the condo was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit- thank you for sharing your home.
