Exactly what we were looking for!

Located exactly one block from the beach, this upstairs apartment had two good size bedrooms and a big kitchen/family area. The deck was comfortable size and you could easily see the ocean. We were very happy and would stay here again!

Great Stay

This second story unit has two nice size bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, and two outside porchs . The Bradley Beach walk to beach location was phenomonal ! This stay will not disappoint.

Sea hear now festival

We came in For the music festival. I looked at so many places and chose this one because of location. It was perfect half a block to the boardwalk and you could walk all the way to Asbury Park.. Anthony was wonderful to work with.

Perfect stay in perfect location

We loved everything about this location and the apartment itself. Clean, all newly renovated, perfect size for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 12, 9 and 1) and a dog. Second floor. Great ocean view from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood, no late parties, very clean and safe. We left our bikes in the open several nights. Well stocked kitchen. Outdoor table and chairs for family dinners and we invited friends over as well. Supplies for the beach. Great communication for the owner, he was very responsive and accomodating. The only downside was no dishwasher, since we cooked a lot we did have to wash dishes. But it was a minor inconvenience. And you can't beat the price for such a place one block from the beach. Thank you and we're definitely coming back.

Great Beach Apartment

Anthony was so responsive to all of my questions and made the booking process super easy. After viewing a few properties and his attentiveness, our choice to stay here was a no brainer. The apartment was just as pictured. Small balcony off the top front of the house provides a gorgeous ocean view about a block away. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and had everything to make a few quick meals. The living area with a large sectional was perfect for us 4 adults staying. The 2 bedrooms were modest and provided just enough room. The bathroom was beautiful and had everything that we needed as well - blow dryer, towels, and even mini toiletries which was a nice touch. Bonus was the driveway parking too!!! What we loved about this place most was the location to the beach and the surrounding beach towns. There was mini golf right at the corner as you walked onto the boardwalk. Anthony provides beach chairs and beach towels too. After a nice day on the beach, we made use of the enclosed outdoor shower which made having 4 ladies sharing a bathroom a breeze. This was a great find in a great neighborhood. Quiet, quaint and perfect for families. The neighbors were welcoming as were the restaurants nearby. We all fell in love and would certainly stay here again. Everything was in walking distance including the train if you’re taking mass transit. We ventured to Asbury Park by a short Uber ride which was a breeze. We took the walk home by boardwalk which was a short mile and a half. The morning sunrises from the beach or the front porch with a cup of coffee in hand were the icing on the cake. Thanks again for making us feel feel at home Anthony!! Hopefully we’ll be renting from you again soon.

Location and ocean breezes!

This is our third summer in Bradley Beach but the first in this rental. The location was wonderful. We could see the ocean from the small deck/porch and we had breezes all day long. Being close to the beach, having a parking spot in a driveway becomes even more important, so it was great not having to look for parking and to be able to have a good unload and repack. We would consider staying here again, but there were a few downsides for us since we were with small kids. There was no table to eat at. The living room table was too tall for the kids to use and couldn't get wet, and the bar top was too high and dangerous. We ate every meal on towels spread out on the carpet. My younger daughter just sat in her high chair on the carpet too because there wasn't a chair in the house we could strap it to. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable for me to the point where I woke up each night in pain and had to take ibuprofen all day. A few nights in, I realized that sleeping on the couch was the better option, and with the windows open, i got the glorious breeze and ocean sounds all night. Then again, my dad stayed over for one night and enjoyed the bed, so I think it may just be a personal thing. Overall, it's a good beach rental with a great location and price, but it's probably best for people who don't have kids under 5, unless you plan to eat out every meal.

Great location

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Anthony's place. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. It was also great being able to bring our dog along with us. Also having on-site laundry in the basement was a great perk. Anthony was very friendly and responsive through the whole booking process. The location is very close to the beach and we really enjoyed visiting the shore in September during the off season. On the days the weather was too cold to go to the beach there was still plenty to do in the area with the Asbury Park boardwalk not too far away. And we still managed to have some beautiful beach weather. The whole area is very walkable and we are definitely hoping to make it back again.

Wonderful Location & Beach

The house is literally a short block from the beach. The beach is a short beach (from sand to water) so its a nice, quick walk. Beach passes were included which was nice. Anthony also had a beach cart, chairs and boogie boards which we were able to use. The mini golf course is also on the beach. Its a quiet beach, not crowded which we loved. We stayed in the top part of the house. It was perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook if you wanted to save money. We also grilled out on his grill and it was very clean and easy to use. We also liked the location because we could walk the boardwalk to Avon and go fishing on the jetty and Belmar is a quick drive or walk and lots of parking available. Anthony was super easy to work with, flexible and responsive. I would stay here again and recommend staying here.

Great owners, great location

2nd time staying at this location. Though it may be small on the 2nd floor, it was the perfect amount of space for myself and family. Close to the beach, access to the backyard grill, shower AND a parking spot. What more can you ask for, I'll keep coming back. Thanks again!

Bradley beach house was awesome! We loved the location. The place was clean and perfect for us.

We were so happy we rented this place. Beds were so comfortable and it had everything we needed for a fabulous week at the beach. Anthony was such a pleasure to rent from. Always available and responded right away to our text. A good value for the money. Clean and so close to the beach. Bradley beach is a beautiful town to vacation in. You can’t go wrong renting this place!!

Amazing location, great experience

The owners were lovely, helpful, accommodating, and thought of almost everything. The house was comfortable, good size, perfect location. A/C worked well when needed, lots of windows and light and space for a 2 bed/ 1 bath. large kitchen and had good cooking utensils, bbq grill, backyard, bocci ball, beach chairs, umbrella, W/D, outdoor shower, super accommodating to make your stay awesome. Anthony and his wife were so nice and communicated immediately if we needed anything. And the views to the water from the porch and the proximity to the beach was great. Would rent here again.
