Vår lägenhet är perfekt belägen på 17: e våningen direkt med utsikt över utomhuspoolerna vid Phoenix Gulf Shores med otrolig panoramautsikt över viken !! Vi har också ett nyckellöst portdörrlås så att du inte behöver följa med några nycklar under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i enheten. Med över 1 750 kvm är enheten mycket rymlig, nyinredd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Bekvämligheter finns rikligt på denna Phoenix Gulf Shores lägenhet: Lägenheten har en typ av granit som du inte ser någon annanstans, det finns apparater i full storlek, Keurig kaffebryggare och vanlig kaffebryggare, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "platt skärm HDTV i vardagsrummet och en platt-skärm 55 "SMART TV-apparater i sovrummet och 2: a sovrummet och en 50" SMART TV i det tredje sovrummet, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin i full storlek och torktumlare. Det finns en kungssäng i befälhavaren, en kung i det andra sovrummet och två drottningssängar i det tredje sovrummet. Varje säng har uppgraderats med avancerade madrasser madrasser! Vi har också 3BR och 4BR lägenhet bredvid för större familjer som behöver mer utrymme !!

Great unit, great view

fantastic location, condo 1703 needs a little TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after 5pm and the desk was closed. Called the number on the sign at desk and said ok to be without parking permit overnight to buy at desk next day. Would have been a timesaver if the welcome email had stated that if you arrive after 5 to purchase the next day.This was our second time in this unit. It was clean but not spotless. The lamps in master bedroom were very dusty and the floor through out could have been cleaned better. The throw rugs and pillows need to be replaced. We were happy to see a nice electric gridle to make our pancakes until we looked for the cord. It was no where to be found.The bedspreads for all the beds need to be replaced with washable bedspreads or they need to provide blankets as the beds only had sheets and bedspreads. I brought my own bed linens this time and took theirs off. The lights on the pickle ball court were not working nor were the fire alarms as we found out Thursday. A member of our group was in the condo and called the ones on the court when the alarm in the building went off. We will stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores again but probably not this unit. The location is perfect and we walked to all our favorite places.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this place, everything was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was not as well stocked as you would expect considering the size of the condo and how nice everything else was. But looking through items, it looks more like there are things missing rather than just not having things. I.e lids with no bottoms, sets with missing pieces, etc. This has no bearing on our satisfaction with our visit, but be aware that parking is $55, which is pretty steep! Other than that we have zero complaints and would definitely come back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a nice place! Everything was great. Loved having the extra ice machine (with small cubes). Balcony was roomy and looked over the pool and beach. Pool & beach were both good. Condo was close to elevator which I liked--no noise issues at all. As the description of the place noted, there were no beach towels or chairs. You could rent chairs at the beach for $45 per day (2 chairs plus umbrella). It would have been nice to have beach chairs to use when only wanting to be at the beach for a short amount of time. The location of condo was great. We were there in early May. . .plenty of parking and not much traffic.

Fabulous Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in a lot of condos and this by far was the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. We picked this condo for its great location.There were a few things we would change, the light bulbs in all the bedrooms were low watts and really need to be changed so you can see better, we weren't given a gate code to access the beach at check in but lucked out and some other guests were there and gave us the number, we would prefer less fancy bedspreads and throw pillows on the beds. We like the bedspreads that are washable with the clean bed quarentee. If those things were changed this condo would be Perfect. We would rent this condo again. It is large and has plenty of storage and a superb large balcony.

Wonderful Condo

The deck is huge with a great view. The interior is well decorated with high ceilings. Bathrooms are nice too. No Kleenex and a flimsy trash were the only complaints but who cares - the place is amazing.

summer vacation perfection

Reviewer Comments: what a beautiful unit. it has everything you need for your vacation. the modern look is just stunning. views from the 17th floor will never be forgotten. one of the king beds needs so support replacements and a chair on the balcony needs a new screw. the outdoor pool could use some time of heater for the cooler months. some of the sinks had hair in them on arrival but nothing we couldnt look past due to this amazing place. 5 stars no questions. i hope we get to come and stay again in the years to come. thank you for sharing this beautiful place with others.

Nice condo in the perfect area. Unit was clean and updated. Restaurants and shopping centers all within walking distance. The balcony made our vacation perfect. Million dollar view and shaded.
