However, when we were in the house, we had a great time with all the amenities that the house had to offer. Laundry was a breeze dishes were a breeze, making dinner and lunches was super easy with everything that was stocked in the equipment pantry. House was super clean and updated. The AC worked perfectly in all rooms. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Another Incredible Stay

This was our third stay at Kamaole Sands. It is amazing every time but this one was top notch! The unit is amazing and exactly as described. Pool was great and we loved the large porch. We were able to see the sunrise over the mountain and sunset over the water. Comfy beds. Clean and safe property. Already can’t wait to come back.

Lovely grounds and great location

Nice, clean, lovely condo with comfy beds. Tennis clinic was fun. Pool and hot tub were a little crowded but nice. Loved the mango and avocado trees. Nice, easy walk to the beach.

Fantastic getaway!

This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, spacious condo and I feel calmer just thinking about our stay. The community of Kamaole Sands is very family friendly and I appreciated that things didn’t get loud in the evenings since my daughters have early bed times and frankly our jet lag had us all turning in early :) South Kihei is an ideal location and the beach across the street is perfect for swimming and even some sea turtle encounters! I loved that we were walking distance to shops and restaurants as well. Cannot wait to visit again!

The condo was clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything we needed! We were close to the beach for watching sunsets and quick trips to relax in the sun. Wailea was close for golfing and nice restaurants. It rained a lot so it was nice to have such a great condo to hang out. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We were able to bbq one night-it was convenient to have the grills available. This was pur third stay at Kamaole Sands—we love it and will be back!

Don’t Hesitate!

This was my 4th stay at Kamaole Sands and this was by far the best experience I have had. That says a lot seeing as though I’ve only ever had great experiences staying here. This unit is fully equipped for any of your cooking needs regardless of party size! The unit is very clean, remodeled and in a convenient location on the property. The beds are comfortable and the entire complex was quiet and relaxing. The management is top notch and communication was excellent. I will absolutely book this unit again for my next trip on Maui! 5⭐

Exactly what we needed

This condo was perfect for 3 adults. The condo was clean, had AC, and was within walking distance of many restaurants, beaches and fun activities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Kihei

Loved it

The property was very central and close to so many things. Check in instructions were super simple. The property was clean but we did see a cockroach and a few ants, they warn about this though. Loved our stay here.

Family Vacation on Maui

Our families 7 night stay at the Kamaole Sands condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo was very clean, decorated nicely, had more than enough room for our family of 6 and supplied everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, for the beach, provided nice quality towels for the beach, pool & bathrooms and had fresh, clean linens on beds with extra linens & blankets for sofa bed, air bed & if needed in bedroom (if the AC was accidentally left on one night). Our family felt the condo was even nicer than it appeared in photos. We enjoyed the pool almost daily, the bbq’s & picnic area & we were comforted & felt safe being that the property was kept immaculate, well monitored & patrolled by security & gated. The beach being just steps from the condo property was awesome. The binder provided by the host with restaurant recommendations, shopping, beaches & activities was very helpful & much appreciated. Our families absolute favorite things were watching the amazing sunsets from the condo lanai or down at the beach every evening and our many turtle sightings, watching them swim, eat & play. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay on the beautiful island of Maui! We had an amazing family vacation making memories to cherish forever! Until next time, Mahalo!

As good as the photos, if not better.

I was surprised to find the photos did justice to the place. It was perfectly clean, the ac worked throughout the entire condo which was a big thing on our list of importance. Well stocked with basic cookware. Even though it only says "partial view" of the ocean, you could see a good amount that still made you feel close to the beach where the sun sets, which was a huge bonus. Even the view of the grounds is beautiful from the deck. We loved the location to the beach and all the food and shops. We did a lot of traveling around the island and after each place we went to, we were really happy about ending up in Kehei. If I had to complain about anything, and this is a personal preference thing, the downstairs bed is too soft. Especially for someone with a back injury. It was fine enough to sleep on, felt clean and wasn't awful. We will definitely be back in the future.

We’ve stayed in several condos and this one by far was the best. The complex was across the street from the Kamaole beaches and had easy access to dining and shopping and the grocery store. They had beach gear and plenty of beach chairs to make for a relaxing vacation! The in unit laundry was also a nice addition. We liked it so well, we want to keep it a secret 😊. Rentals Maui was very friendly and helpful during the booking process and gave good advice for our first visit to Maui. 5 Stars.
