Our house, recently built on the ruins of an ancient farm, is the ideal place for couples or small families looking for simple but functional accommodation within easy reach of Costa Smeralda's most prestigious locations. Guests have the exclusive use of the following spaces: • living room with table for 4 people, French sofa bed • double bedroom, with coat hanger, in the loft area • equipped kitchenette [fridge - freezer - hob - dishes - pots - plates etc] • bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Our house, ideal for couples or groups of three people, is in perfect communication with the outdoor spaces thanks to the French windows, which access the living room on both the East and West sides, giving a pleasant brightness in the morning and at sunset. Outdoor table and chairs are available for those who want to have breakfast outdoors or have lunch with the barbecue. The magnificent view of the courtyard and the surrounding hills creates a very relaxing atmosphere. We are located 2 minutes by car from the towns of Cannigione Arzachena [all services available].

HOUSE RULES: Please respect separate collection. Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed. Smoking is only allowed outside. The supply of
bed linen and bath towels can be made on request at a cost of € 15 per person.
