Nybyggt radhus Gångavstånd till 2 stränder och kasinon!

Nyligen köpte nybyggnation fem sovrum radhus i Stateline, Nevada. Vår vackra nya radhus ligger i Lake Village samhället. Bekvämligheter rätt ut sida din dörr inkluderar full användning av utomhuspool, bubbelpool, tennisbanor och ett klubbhus. Vårt radhus gränsar till skogen, med fantastiska vandringsleder som leder till både Nevada stranden och runt backen tallar stranden, båda är inom gångavstånd. Vårt radhus är också inom en mil från kasinon och Safeway livsmedelsbutik.

Vårt radhus har tre nivåer, fem sovrum, flera vardagsrum och familj områden, inklusive en stor sektions soffa och stor smarta TV. Dessutom innehåller vår radhus en stor kockar kök på huvudnivån, 3 fulla bad och en halv bad. Du kommer också att ha tillgång till två däck off av sovrummet och Jr. Huvudsovrum. Utsikt över den gränsande skogen kan ses från både däck och alla fönster.

Vårt radhus har helt nya apparater och användning av vår Samsung Smart full kapacitet stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare, precis utanför köket.

Barn kommer att njuta av och kan använda vår konststudio på barnets översta nivå, vilket ses på bilder med många bra konsttillbehör.

Du kommer också att ha nytta av vår utsedda parkeringsplats och riklig gästparkering.

Amy and Robert were wonderful hosts! Check in was a breeze! We came for the celebrity golf tournament so the location was perfect! Beautiful townhome. Plenty of room for everyone!

Amazing summer townhouse! We had a group of 10 adults & everyone fit just fine! Great community pool! The AC is a big help too! Would highly recommend!

Home was ready for us early and had great accommodation's. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had great tools for our use. Beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Pickleball courts are also available. Beautiful scenery!

Amy was a fantastic host!! She was super communicative from the time of booking all the way up to our stay. She offered suggestions, early check-in since it was ready, and her place was stocked with literally everything you could need. Fresh clean bath towels, beach towels, and lots of blankets for all of our guests. The check in was easy and the property was fantastic!!

Family fun

We wanted a place to bring our family to play in the snow and relax together - this property did just that. The home is well furnished; with plenty of beds and bathrooms The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. The location is close to snow parks, skiing, and casinos - something for everyone. The host was very gracious to us and very responsive by email. We made some new memories that will be lasting for sure.

Spacious and convenient

Amy's VRBO was a great place to stage our ski trip. Less than a mile from Heavenly's gondola. The rooms were pretty spacious and it was nice having a fully stocked place. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was unavailable during our trip due to limited weekday hours and no HOA staff working the weekend. Would stay again!

Winter getaway

We loved the location of this property, super convenient! Grocery store nearby, snow mobiles and tubing within 5 min, lots of Door Dash options (no indoor dining for a group of our size due to COVID), lots of bedrooms, host had fantastic communication! Because it is an occupied home, we were a bit anxious of overstepping (closets, fridge, full of owners belonging), but overall it was a 10/10 vacation!

Great location, good for families

We loved the layout of the house with all the large bedrooms and each floor having it’s own private bathroom. Location was super close to Boulder Lodge Heavenly for skiing, perfect for us as we were there most of the weekend with the kids skiing. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Great experience all around

Amy couldn’t have been nicer and the home was very much as advertised. Check-in was easy and instructions for the rental were straightforward and simple. Amy was in contact with me throughout to make sure we were properly accomodated (which we were!). Lovely, safe, quiet community and a great property all around.

Nice place, good location

Comfortable beds, and plenty of space for our big group. Hot tub is a nice addition, just be prepared for a bit of a walk, or drive to the clubhouse instead. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient, and plenty of space for multiple cars. We appreciated that the house had everything we needed. The dining area is small. Slightly inconvenient that we had to run three loads of laundry to wash all the towels before checking out. Overall, we enjoyed the house and our trip was great.

We had a great stay and Amy was awesome host!

We celebrated New Year in this house and everything was great! We had 4 families with little kids in our group and everyone had a lot of fun. Upstairs room has lots of ars&crafts supplies - crayons, playdough, colors + lego sets etc. - so our kids were always busy. Amy was a great host. We were welcomed with a bottle of fine to celebrate our arrival. Amy stopped by on our first day to give us a tour of the house and otherwise was always available on the phone for any questions. She's just the sweetest person! Location is perfect, Heavenly resort is just minutes away. Plus casinos, restaurants, hikes, lake etc. It just doesn't get better. Community is quiet and safe. I wish there was TV downstairs - as a group we spent most of the time in the downstair/kitchen area, while TV was upstairs or in master bedroom - so we had to figure out the way to use computer to watch the New Year's ball drop and football games. Also, something to be aware of: Amy's family lives in this house, so it is very well kept and has virtually everything you might need (especially if you're planning to cook). But there's almost no storage space: drawers and closets are marked with "owners items" signs, the fridge has food items in it and so on. This didn't bother us at all, but I thought it was worth mentioning. All in all, we loved the house

Our home is uniquely situated near the forest, just 5 minutes from Lake Tahoe beaches and the beautiful Sierra Mountains with Heavenly ski resort just 5 min. away as well.
