Wonderful historic home across the street from MICA - safe, comfrotable, a wondeful value!

Visiting my daughter at MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art) and looking for a convenient place to stay. I am so glad I came across Mt Vernon Flats. Don't let the name deceive you, this property is located in the heart of Bolton Hill. Actually my daughters dormitory is a block further away from the main university building than this house. Max was super friendly and communicated well with me over email. He gave me lots of good information and provided me with a parking insutrucions. Washer and dryer in the unit. Well maintained and well cared for historic brownstone. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start in the heart of historic Baltimore! the name deceive you, this property is located in the heart of Bolton Hill. Actually my daughters dormitory is a block further away from the main university building than this house. Max was super friendly and communicated well with me over email.
