Estepona

A well equipped property with a nice pool, in a pleasant location 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in Estepona, 30 mins from Marbella. We all had a good week in the sun.

Nice villa south of Estepona

Tania is an excellent host! Fast in responding on our rental request and also to solve a few minor things with the house. The house is a 3,5 on a scale 1-5 in value for money. The house is not new but well taken care of. The kitchen and the two bathrooms are quite modern in style and quality and the kitchen has all you need for cooking and also a washing machine. A large living room with a huge sofa and TV for the cold or hot evenings. It has 4 bedrooms with both good quality beds and also with really worn mattresses, which is on the negative side. Easy to upgrade. The pool is secluded with a nice lawn and patio as well as an outdoor table and grill and 8 nice sun beads. We did not use the pool due to season. There is also a gym which we did not use. Good to know is that a new house is being built on the adjacent lot in the line of sight to the sea. We had some disturbances from the construction during daytime but well taken care of by Tania. Walking to the beach and sea is convenient with a bridge overpass, and it takes about 6-7 minutes to the beach where you have wonderful walking paths north and south. To the south you can find restaurants and bars on the beach. Nearest grocery store is 5 min by car and Estepona with a lot of good restaurants is a 10 min drive away with lots of parking in garages, very convenient. For longer tours Cadiz and Ronda is recommended as well as Malaga and Marbella. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sehr schönes wirklich komplett ausgestattet Haus

War mit dem beheizten Pool insbesondere für die Kinder ein absolutes Highlight! Super Pool service. Kam diskret jeden Tag. Schade, dass kein Restaurant wirklich fußläufig existiert. Eine Mappe mit ein paar Empfehlungen ( Restaurants,Golfplätze) wäre hilfreich .

Brilliant Property

We had a fantastic 11day stay. The villa is a great villa and well equipped the heated pool was brilliant we all enjoyed it. It is close to shops just a short drive. Estepona centre at night is great loads of places to eat and enjoy. Tanya was great we didn’t need to contact her much as everything we needed was there. We highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Villa and Location

We were a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids and we could not have picked a more perfect villa. The location was fantastic, 7 minutes to Duquesa and 10 mins to Estepona. The pool was a perfect size and the layout worked a treat for us. The top floor bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The views from the property were out of this world, the pictures online do not do the villa the justice it deserve's. Do not hesitate in booking the this villa!!! Tanya who was our contact for the booking, was amazing and always on hand anytime of day and night and always answered our questions within a few hours at the very latest. 10 days I did not want to end!!! Thanks for the memories

Exactly what we needed

We drove to the property from Malaga airport. It was a reasonably short drive through the beautiful countryside to the property that was easy to find. The villa was, short to say, amazing. We hoped to spend time using the pool and relaxing. We weren't disappointed. The pool and garden were excellently maintained. The chemicals were checked daily and the water was crystal clear without the over powering smell of chlorine. The villa inside was impeccable, the furnishings were comfortable and each room was air-conditioned. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for our stay. The gym was an added extra that we certainly enjoyed. The location was only minutes from the marina, coast and restaurants. There was a wonderful Roman baths just short drive away and a fantastic water park with just 25 minutes drive. The villa was only a couple of minutes drive away from Lidl or Aldi Supermarkets where we could pick up any essential supplies. I wish we could have stayed longer as Tanya and Steve made us feel very welcome and the villa truly felt like a home away from home. I would love to come back as I feel as though we had only just begun to discover Estepona.
