This wonderful white stone cottage is situated in Hovingham, North Yorkshire and can sleep eighteen people in nine bedrooms.
Tuft House is a lovely detached cottage situated in Hovingham, North Yorkshire. This property, including the annex has nine bedrooms ranging from super king-size king-size beds, double, and family rooms, served by three en-suite bathrooms and two family bathrooms. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as two additional sitting areas. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with rattan furniture, hot tub and barbecue (season permitting). Off-road parking is available for several cars. Tuft House is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday break in the rural countryside. Please note - This property can only accept bookings that fall between a Friday and Friday
Amenities: Oil central heating, wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Starter pack including logs, kindling, firelighters and matches provided. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for several cars to the rear. Front lawned garden and patio area with wooden patio set and rattan furniture, hot tub and barbecue (season permitting). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles.
