Comfortable with excellent amenities

This is our sixth time staying at Las Palmas. Always happy with our stay. Comfortable, safe, clean, and all the amenities the kids could ask for.

Good for the price

This place was perfect for the price. 4 of the pools are right behind the building. The other 2 are in different central locals surrounded by other buildings but the shallow baby pool, waterslides, and covered pool were right behind ours thankfully. Theres also a skating rink right nextdoor that isnt affiliated with the resort. The grounds and buildings were well maintained. This unit is outdated but everything functioned just fine. The only cautions i would make if you bring littles is the coffee table is glass and the railing slats are spaced just enough my kids could put their head through, because of course they would... the location was within easy reach of the MANY paved bike trails and close to several nice parks. Check in/out was simple, communication was prompt and responsive.

Great option when on a budget

Very happy overall with stay. The unit could definitely use some upgrades, but it probably wouldn’t be the price it was if everything was perfect. Would stay here again if it were still this affordable.

Very nice, but the carpet in the bathroom with a toilet that felt like it didn't want to flush, with no plunger, had me nervous.

Better than a cheap hotel room

Stayed here for one night with my family of five. It was okay. The kitchen was nice and the king size bed was comfy. Location was off the beaten path, but not horrible. The downside would be how there isn't a hide-a-bed in any couch. To be fair, they do point out in the property description that the only other "mattress" was an inflatable bed. Their couches could be replaced as they were a little dingy and lumpy. Also, they have carpet in the kitchen and bathrooms (gross). But again, better than a cheap motel room at the same cost.

Not impressed

My wife and I stayed here from 2/9 - 2/11 and were pretty unimpressed. Although the condo was clean, there were some areas of concern: - "hairs" in the bed - the blanket for the bed in the closet stunk and had not been washed in awhile - the bed itself was extremely firm - like arm-and-hand-falling-asleep firm - the pillows need replacing.....badly - hot water ran out quickly.....not enough for both of us to enjoy a hot shower the first night and not enough to run a hot bath the second night - I wouldn't normally be taking a bath in a home outside of my own, but we tried going to the hot tubs on property and both were filled with many children and teenagers both times we went -- frustrating. (I understand this is a family friendly property, but this was a disappointment). Overall, I would not recommend this to a friend or family member and I would not book again in the future.

Decent condo for the price

We had a problem when we first arrived but they took care of it right away. The complex is nice and there are a couple of pools. It’s not really close to shopping, but the unit have a good floor plan and overall was in good condition. Good for the price

Very comfortable, made our stay in St. George feel like home away from home.

Quiet, and comfortable. Great location to get to anywhere. We came down to watch my son play football in mesquite for the weekend and glad we chose this place over a room in a casino.

Nice, Clean w great balcony

I have stayed in many condos here. This one was larger, clean had everything you needed and I loved the balcony overlooking the pools. I would highly recommend this unit. I will be requesting it again myself
