Rizenn Moor är en charmig villa som vetter mot byn Sainte Marine. Huset är en av de första fastigheterna som byggdes i Benodet 1900. Från vardagsrummet och sovrummet, njut av den vackra utsikten över floden Odet och seglingaktiviteten, eller korsa gatan och ta ett dopp i vattnet.

Huvudintresset i området är staden Quimper med dess katedral, museer och Faience-tillverkning. En filmfestival äger rum i Benodet kasinot som ligger precis vid stranden varje år i januari. Benodet är också känt för sitt Thalassocentrum och några rankade gastronomiska restauranger i omgivningen. Om du är förtjust i medeltida stenar, besök byn Locronan.

best place in Benodet

Could not have wished for a better location. The flat is right on the edge of the water, in town and within walking distance to the sights of Benodet. A spacious terrace allowed us to take in breathtaking views and watch the boats go by any time of the day or night. The flat is well-equipped and clean. We would stay there again and recommend unreservedly.

Amazing location - wonderfully quirky property

The most incredible location and really lovely engagement with the hosts. You need to embrace the quirky decor of the kitchen and bathroom and accept the age of the property as part of its charm. Those looking for bland modernity may struggle but the apartment was spotlessly clean and frankly the location couldn’t be faulted in any way at all.

A few perks needed.

Loved the location. Would have been nicer to have coffee, only 2 aluminum capsules for expression provided. Salt and pepper and a small olive oil needed for enhancement to the nicely equipped kitchen.

Brilliant view and location

Some (like us) would love this place, others would not! If you want a comfortable, spacious apartment (living room spacious, light, airy and larger than the photos, bedrooms quite small), wonderful view of the river mouth and boats, sandy beach for swimming directly below the apartment (main large beach 10 minutes walk), restaurants close, parking and good cooking facilities, it is perfect. Comfy sofas and bed (firm but not hard). Shower is over the bath, toilet separate, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have sinks. Plenty of shelf space for clothes. Single shared wardrobe for hanging clothes. However, if you want an apartment with perfect paintwork and current style, this is not it! (So leave it for those who will appreciate it!)

Super vue sur L'Odet

Très chouette appartement avec vue imprenable sur l'Odet. Propreté au top. Petit bémol pour le manque d'insonorisation entre les deux locations, pas idéale si vous venez avec des enfants.

Confortable et on ne peut mieux placé

L'appartement à une vue imprenable sur les rives de l'Odet et il est très bien placé pour les activités sur le port et la plage. La cuisine est très bien équipé et comme le propriétaire prévient qu'il n'y a aucune nourriture (pas de sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre etc.) alors on vient avec ou on achète sur place. Mais tout le reste: produits de ménage, sacs poubelles, papier toilette etc. est fourni en quantité suffisante pour le séjour ce qui est très appréciable. Pour ceux qui ont besoin d'une connection internet il y a le wifi mais très lente. Nous avons trouvé les lits confortables.

Vue exceptionnelle

Appartement spacieux et très très agréable, tout équipé. Une vue sur la mer et l'Odet dont on ne se lasse jamais. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Un endroit vraiment privilégié !

Schönes Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist sehr groß und bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Mündung der Odet ist traumhaft. Die Lage eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für kulturelle Erlebnisse und zum Entspannen am nicht weit entfernten langen Sandstrand. Auch in der Nähe liegt ein Supermarkt.

Excellent séjour

Rien ne manquait dans la propriété tout était au rendez-vous pour un séjour au top L emplacement est idéal, vue magnifique sur la baie et non loin des commerces et proche toutes activités je recommande vivement pour des vacances dépaysantes.

Perfect location, lovely view.

Our family of 3 enjoyed a great week at this property. It could not be better located for access to anything you want to do in Benodet or Saints Marine- and the view is mesmerising. The hosts were really accessible and answered all the questions we had - and the apartment had all we needed to enjoy our holiday. Hope to return again!

Wonderful experience in the heart of Bénodet.

Lovely apartment with a magical vue. You can walk to everything. The port and all the activities it offers are just steps away. Super!

Äußerst herzlicher Empfang, ein paradiesisches Anwesen, noch schöner als im Internet gezeigt! Maler, Bildhauer, Schriftsteller oder auch Leute mit einem ästhetischen Empfinden werden dort zu Inspiration und Kreativität angeregt. Die Eigentümer: bei Ovid kämen sie Philemon und Baucis gleich! Happy Memories of Benodet

This beautiful flat exceeded all our expectations. The description and information was more than adequate. The apartment was quite lovely, well maintained pristine and excellent facilities. We were met at the apartment by the owners who were charming and showed us around. It is probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in over all the years we have been travelling to France. The beach is just opposite the apartment so you can even pop up for a cup of coffee. Waking up in the morning to amazing views of the Odet river and the beautiful yachts and little boats. Eating breakfast with fantastic bread and croissants bought from the Artisan bakery a few minutes walk from the apartment. The owners were very helpful and even ensured us if it was a little chilly the central heating would come on automatically, which of course it did. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment so quiet we were sleeping on every morning. Benodet is a very chic upmarket town, which was perfect for us. However if you are looking for late nights and lots of atmosphere and late openings you will be a little disappointed. If you nevertheless want a quiet stroll along a beautiful walkway with very polite holiday makers and French families this is the place for you. As the sun was setting you could look out from the apartment and see the twinkling lights of St Marine just across the river. We loved the river trip down the Odet and watching the yachts going back and forth from the harbour. We ate in lots of the creperies and the 3 Star Hotel Abatallie right on the harbour. We ate three wonderful set meals there 24 euros for 3 courses and wonderful service. The Artisan Charcuterie on the square at the top of the hill has local and home made produce to die for. To conclude this review I would like to say if you want to feel like a traveller and not just a tourist then this is Brittany at its best. The Best View in Benodet?

We had a wonderful week in this spacious, well-equipped and well-kept apartment. The views from the balcony, overlooking the River Odet with its constant yachting activity, were stunning. As a party of varying ages - from a six-year-old to grandparents - we found Benodet to be a delightful resort, with something to appeal to everyone. The apartment itself is ideal for children, with a private and secure garden to play in and a lovely beach just across the road. The owners were charming and welcoming and even went to the trouble of returning a souvenir one of our little ones had left behind. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

Review

An absolutely lovely apartment with a stunning view of the river as it meets the Atlantic. It is centrally located, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Benodet is a perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday - beautiful clean beaches and the most incredible sunsets. I have no hesitation in recommending the property and town to others.
