Detta privata hem har nyligen renoverats och är under nya förvaltningen.

Väggarna i fönster på hela bottenvåningen föra smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen rakt in i öppna konceptet vardagsrum och matplats. Detta stora utrymme låter alla vara tillsammans men tillåter ett separat matsal / spel / tv-område; stort kök / prep område; och ett annat tv / lounging område. Gott om utrymme att sprida ut !!!

Allt du behöver för att laga en enkel eller gourmetmåltid kan hittas i detta kök. Ät runt det stora bordet, sitter runt 2 köksöar, eller kasta öppna reglagen och tjäna under solen eller stjärnorna på den enorma klyfta främre däck. 2 picknickbord passar hela gruppen utanför medan du lyssnar på vågorna krasch på stranden och måsarna flyger ovanför.

Ta en drink eller ett snabbt mellanmål innan du beger dig ner för trapporna till sanden och surfa!

Salty Breeze har 2 separata king size-sovrum med eget badrum.
Alla badrum har nyligen ombildats.

Ett tredje rymligt sovrum med 4 sovplatser, med 2 stora sängar. Det fjärde sovrummet är ett bra ställe för barnen ..... 2 uppsättningar våningssängar med ett stort lekområde att göra pussel eller spel, sova 4.
Dessa två sovrum öppnar upp till en stor soundview däck. en bra plats för ditt morgonkaffe eller perfekt plats för en nattklapp medan du tittar på de vackra solnedgångarna på sommaren!

På övervåningen loftet har en queen size-säng och är en underbar "privat flykt" område.
Alla rum har plattskärms-TV.

Det finns en fullstor tvättstuga med ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare på bottenvåningen.

Den tillgång till stranden är bara ut din bakdörr. Träddynsövergången bredvid gör det mycket bekvämt att ta med kylare, solstolar, paraplyer och strandleksaker till surfen.

Det finns tillräckligt med parkering för att rymma 5 bilar.

Efter en lång dag av avkoppling, leka, bada och skalas, skölj under utomhusdusch under huset och sortera dina skal "skatter" i detta skumma område. Du kan till och med grilla din lunch eller middag här, där det alltid finns en Salty Breeze som väntar på dig!

Group getaway

The house was perfect for two families of four and two couples! All the teens got to bunk together in one room. Everyone had quiet places to go, and large common area to chill and cook together. Awesome location on the beach, and has a nice sized storage area underneath to hide lots of gear. Seemed like a quiet area, and yet close enough for a quick drive for amenities.

Immaculate Home with Great Views and Convenient Layout

We had nine people total: my parents, my brother and his family, and my family (six adults, three teenagers). We loved how the home is laid out--all common areas (living room, kitchen, dining area) are open and connected, and on the beach side, with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. We loved the large coffee table, which accommodated all of the big puzzles we worked on together. The four bedrooms are on the street side (the two on the ends also had ocean views). The large laundry room came in handy (roomy side-by-side machines, not small stackable ones). The outdoor shower came in handy on multiple occasions. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck, which offered clear views of truly spectacular sunsets. This was also hands-down the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in. We would all love to stay here again!

Not worth the price

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there for my wedding. We had a great time on the beach and appreciated the floats and toys left for our use. However, we had some issues during our stay. A mouse got into the house and ate our bread the first night. Maintenance put out two traps and by day 3, it was caught. The bigger issue was we discovered bed bugs! I will say the maintenance responded quickly and thoroughly cleaned, but this is not something we should have encountered in the first place. While I appreciate the refund they gave me, it did not even cover the cost of one nights stay. They did provide an option of moving to another house or getting a full refund, but we opted to stay since the wedding was 2 days away. It would have been nice to have more basic amenities too like extra toilet paper and more than just one trash bag. We asked maintenance about the trash bags. He said he would find out then never followed up. We ended up buying our own. The door handle to the porch broke as well, but maintenance did respond quickly again and fixed it. The overall condition of the furniture was not great. One of the Adirondack chairs was broken, the beds were not comfortable, and the couch had a hole in it. Furthermore, the house sleeps 14, but with the couch and loveseat, there’s only 5 seats in the living room. The rest of us had to stay in bedrooms or on the hard Adirondack chairs outside. So, while it’s a nice view, it was way overpriced for all we had to deal with when I should have been able to just relax and get ready for my wedding.

Only issues were that several of the outlets don’t work throughout the house. I understand the home is huge and takes time to clean and turn over, but the 9 am check out was just a touch too early.

The house was amazing. The view and location was great. There is a little shower beach toy storage area at the bottom of the stairs which was perfect for leaving beach things in and showering sand off. Rooms were cozy and plenty of bathrooms for everyone

Family Celebrations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house as a Christmas gift to our children and their families. The house was wonderful! It was the perfect size to hold us and all three of our daughter's families,12 of us in all, and provided each family their own space. It was wonderful watching the sun rise over the ocean from the spacious deck every morning. Our grandbabies loved that it was just down a short path to play at the beach. The kitchen was open and centralized. Everyone could be part of conversations even from the living room. The house felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay there again!

Great house and location

The house was perfectly located with direct walking path to the beach and next to public access if wanted. They had a great selection of beach toys available for the kids and lots of space for everyone. The only downside was the refrigerator, which the instructions said to wait 24hrs to fully cool. We were a family of 9 staying only 4 days, so we felt the property management should already have that ready for guests upon arrival. We had basic groceries that never cooled the following day, so we put everything in the freezer, but that never cooled either. When we called the property management the following night, he was prompt to arrive and said it froze and needed to be defrosted (which wasn't caused by us since it wasn't ever cold). He did bring us a cooler and ice to remedy the situation, while the fridge defrosted. Overall the house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The house definitely needs improvements. Subfloor is horrible! When walking in bathrooms, laundry room and hallway you feel the floor is going to cave in. First impression was disappointing since there was a leak that they didn’t tell us about until we brought it to their attention. After we brought it to their attention nothing was done. One of the bedrooms had a horrible smell from us having to dry carpet and clean up a leak that they should have done before we checked in.

Salty Breeze, Sensational Vacation Property!

All of us enjoyed the ocean views from every angle due to the abundant windows in the kitchen/dining/family area spanning the entire length of the house. Step outside the common areas to a genius deck pesky spindles or railings to obstruct your views. The Salty Breeze deck spaciously accommodates large gatherings. Furnishings were comfortable, the property was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware & utensils. We especially enjoyed the islands & dining seating for food prep and gathering for meals & snacks. Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provided excellent, responsive communication/service and promptly answered our questions & requests. Family members snorkeled, captured great shells, kayaked for fun and for fishing, surfed & soaked up the sun........all made easier due to the beachfront location. Our wild America sightings? Dolphins, rays breaching out of the waves and a manatee swimming close to shore! We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful house

Great view-Very comfortable

Stayed here with another couple. The two master king bed setup worker well for us. Bathrooms are small & cramped. The living area & deck are very nice with great views.
