Självhushåll lyxig fem sovrum med stor privat pool, Wi Fi och ligger i utkanten av en lugn, urbanisering bara tio minuters bilresa från centrum av Alicante, stranden. Fantastisk utsikt över Alicante och bergen.

När du kommer in i fastigheten är du i en stor lounge med öppen spis och luftkonditionering. Restaurangen är till vänster och sedan till det fullt utrustade köket. På baksidan av köket finns ett tvättstuga och dörr till den bakre trädgårdsområdet och poolen.

Till höger om loungen finns en valv som leder till två dubbelrum, ett med stor dubbelsäng och badrum, den andra har två enkelsängar och det finns en toalett mellan de två sovrummen. Alla rum har takfläktar.

Trapporna till första våningen ligger i den bakre mitten av loungen. På toppen av trappan finns det dubbla altandörrar som leder till ett solarium som har fantastisk utsikt över området och ner till havet. Till höger om trappan finns ett stort dubbelrum med stor dubbelsäng ett eget badrum med dusch över badkar och två handfat för honom och henne. Till vänster om trappan finns ytterligare två dubbelrum med två enkelsängar. En dusch ligger mellan de två sovrummen.

Den här egenskapen förbises inte och ligger i ett lugnt läge och gångavstånd till den lokala baren och idrottsområdet i urbaniseringen.

Great spacious villa

Communication with Karen was fantastic, she replied to any questions I had before coming. Karen was very helpful when we arrived.Villa is great, nice and quiet. Lovely view of the mountains. We had a hire car so getting around wasn’t a problem but it would be nice if there was a restaurant/ bar within walking distance.Villa was very spacious, the only downside is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, so it does get quite warm at night. It’s not unbearable as ceiling fans and desk fans are provided.Villa was clean inside, outside we found dust gets blown onto the pool tiles, which can contaminate the pool water. We gave it a little mop and it seemed to help.Kitchen facilities are very good, fully equipped kitchen. Lovey outside eating area.

Great holiday

The house was great. Lovely outside area with a fantastic pool. Upstairs bedrooms were quite warm, but other than that no problems at all. Karen was very helpful and quick to respond.

Very nice villa, a little bit outlaying

The villa was nice and clean. Karen is very friendly and helpfull. We were with 9 people but the tables, chairs and beds at the pool aren’t for 9 people, although we figured it all out and had a nice stay. The aircon is only in the living room and the bedrooms have fans so it can be a little warm in the bedrooms. A tiny supermarket is half an hour of walking so we recommend to rent a car; taxi’s don’t get there easily as well. You can order your grocery shoppings tho.

Lovely Villa.... Great Pool!

The villa was a short drive from Alicante and not far from Santa Pola and Benidorm. However hugely benefits from the quiet so you can choose a lively busy environment or enjoy the quiet of the villa. We had a party of 10 that fit well into the villa everyone had their own space. There is a front terrace and front balcony and the back terrace with the pool. The pool was child friendly with steps into a shallow end and a substantial deep end for the adults. We had table and chairs front and back and some sun loungers too. Great sun spot for those wanting to top up their tan. Plenty of fridge/freezer space and laundry facilities. Karen was great with communication and was open to questions during our stay if we required her. Amazing views of the Spanish mountains and BBQ was ample for a family of 10! The children had a blast and were in the pool until midnight on some nights (we were in a heatwave). We treated the house as we would our own homes and would highly recommend. As UK residents we dont have a pool at home and went armed with suncream for the children, however we did have to buy special suncream that wouldnt ruin the pool so consider that, however Karen was very helpful and provided an image and where to buy. We used our suncream for when we were out and about so it did not go to waste. Thank you Karen x

Hébergement intérieur correcte sauf loue pour neuf salle à manger 6 chaises.Extérieur moyen crotte de chien alors qu interdit au chien couché de bébé dans les feuillages. Coin repas extérieur dessus des fauteuils sales pas assez de chaises ( obligé de demander à la gérante une table supplémentaire)

Satisfait de nos vacances

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel. A quelques kilomètres des sites touristiques. Logement très grand. Piscine agréable et Karen à l'écoute.

Calme et repos total

Endroit très calme et agréable. La villa est top 5 chambres et 4 wc avec la piscine privée. Le seul bémol il n y'a aucun commerce a mois de 8 km, mais ce n'est pas un problème car on a la ville d'Elche à 8km avec tout ses commerces et sa palmerie. Ma famille a adoré. Je recommande vivement

La villa était superbe. Spacieuse, et très bien équipée. La piscine assez grande. Les personnes avec qui nous avons été en contact efficaces et agréables. Petit bémol pas assez de lumière autour de la piscine. Je conseil, vivement et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

La casa es muy grande, la piscina y el porche una gozada, que esté comunicada con la cocina es muy práctico. Limpia y muy cuidada. Hemos disfrutado mucho.

Très bon sejour

Villa très agréable dans l’ensemble. Piscine très chouette mais dommage que la lumière de nuit ne fonctionne pas. La maison est équipée de tout ce qu’il faut en équipement. ( ustensiles cuisine, jeux de piscine, livre, jeux de société...) La villa est très propre. Aucune difficulté pour ce garer Nous avons passez un bon séjour et recommandons cette villa !!

Malgre que ce soit une jolie villa quand nous sommes arrivées la maison était sale en plus comme la propriétaire a profitez de la barrière de la langue pour ce dépêchez de faire le tour ce qui fait qu'on avait pas vu une table rayé cache sous un drap du coup a la fin des vacances elle cest permise de nous accusé à tord et à travers que c'était nous pour nous retenir la caution de plus au court de la première semaine de vacances ils ce sont permis sans nous en aviser de rentrer soit disant changer les draps etc alors que nous étions en sortie familliale sachant quand avait laisser tout nos bien de valeurs sans protection en revenant nous avons découvert le changement de serviette je trouve sa quand même inadmissible de rentrer surtout si on est pas la sans nous en avertir et par rapport a sa table cache rayé comme on a fait aucun état des lieux à notre arrivée je suis bien sur que la sa table était déjà dans cette état même pour en discuter calmement elle nous laissait même pas placer un mot en tout cas malgré la belle maison que cest au vu du comportement de la propriétaire je déconseille

Beautiful villa and pool (once cleaned) but very poor customer service.

The villa is beautiful, lots of outdoor space and equipped well with everything you could need. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The beds are comfortable and the villa is clean. The upstairs shower though could not be used because it was hard to keep the water in the cubicle and it would end up that the bathroom and landing floors got very wet, not ideal on the tile floor and staircase. Also the temperature whilst we were there was 38° so sleeping upstairs with no air conditioning was also not much fun. We stayed as 3 families, 6 adults and 3 children so moved one of the single beds into the other twin room so that the children could all sleep together, this was not a problem. As I've said, the villa was beautiful but customer service from Karen was not good. On the day of arrival she was around 40 minutes late meeting us at the villa, leaving us standing outside with no shade in the blazing midday sun. When she did arrive, she didn't bother to apologise. We had to clean the pool when we arrived as there was lots of dead bugs and other bits of dirt sitting at the bottom of it. By day 2/3 the pool looked very murky and we called Karen who was very abrupt and said that it was because we were using sun lotion, also that there was 9 of us and the pool is only small. I argued the point that it was 38° so of course we were using sun screen and the villa sleeps 10 so what did she expect. We have stayed in lots of villas as a party of 9, have always used sun screen and never had this problem before. She eventually agreed to call round herself and send the pool guy at lunch time that day. Karen never bothered coming but the pool guy did and even he shook his head at the pool. The pool then had to be treated which meant it was out of use for the day. As the pool guy didn't speak English we had to call Karen back around 3 times to find out exactly what was happening as she didn't bother to let us know. We also text Karen to find out how to put the pool lights and outdoor light on the stairs on, she never bothered to reply. A couple of days after the treatment, the pool was perfect and you could see a clear difference in it from the day we had arrived. There is also a wasps nest outside which we advised Karen about but anything negative you tell her she just completely brushes off as if you haven't spoken. 5 of us came home with ear infections caused by bacteria, I don't believe it's from the use of sunscreen in the pool!

Fantastic large property with a lovely clean pool

This is a beautiful property well laid out and very clean. We stayed when the temperature was around 35 degrees the only negative about the property is the air con is on the ground floor, so upstairs of a night the bedrooms were very very hot. (the two downstairs bedrooms were fine) The pool is ideal for children with a shallow end slopping to deep water, it is cleaned frequently. The owner was very helpful and even translated via phone to the medical centre when my daughter got sick. The area that the property was in is under development and there are currently no shops within walking distance so a car is a must. We had a lovely holiday and look forward to returning to the propery.

Villa géniale

Très bon séjour dans cette villa qui respecte ses promesses. Mme Grundeken est très agréable et disponible. La maison est très propre, bien agencée et décorée avec goût. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Il manque peut-être des commerces de proximité. Petit bémol : les aboiements de chiens toute la nuit... Very good journey in this house, Mrs Grundeken is very nice and available. The villa is very clean and well decorated. Ideal for family or friends holidays. Maybe some shops around the neighborhood miss. One little default: dogs barking all nights...
