La Casa di Nonno Mario is a lovely panoramic, fresh and bright apartment located on the west side of Praiano, suitable for hosting a group of 6 people. Recently renovated with a view of Positano and the island of Capri, it has a large and spacious terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with deck chairs, and a garden area for outdoor dining, equipped with a BBQ. The interiors are bright and pleasantly furnished. The location is convenient and very quiet: a few steps from the panoramic church of San Gennaro.

The house is organized on three levels:

First level

• Living area with sofa bed and built-in kitchen (very cool therefore not equipped with air conditioning);
• Front garden area with outdoor table for 6 and BBQ, sea view

Second level

• Double bedroom with panoramic terrace;
• Bathroom with shower;
• Laundry

Third level

• Panoramic terrace with view of Capri and Positano, accessible from the two bedrooms;
• Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher);
• 2 Double bedrooms (bed size 160x190) with sea view and access to the front terrace;
• Bathroom with shower

Nonno Mario's house is located in the western part of Praiano. It is easily reachable through about 60 comfortable steps, alternating with a footpath that crosses the famous panoramic church of San Gennaro. From the property it is easy to access all the main services of Praiano, such as buses, ATMs, bars and restaurants, grocery store. Private parking is available upon request for a fee and is located approximately 800 meters from the property.
