Denna källaruthyrning ligger i ett kvarter 3 miles från tillgång till Lake Chic och TN-floden (Dayton båtbrygga). Oavsett om du kommer hit för att fiska, besök domstolens hus (och Scopes Trial Play i juli) och tävlar på Ft. Bluff eller besöker Bryan College, detta hus är bekvämt beläget till varje plats. Uppfarten är tillräckligt stor för att hantera 3 eller 4 lastbilar som drar båtar, och bakdäcket är enormt (inkluderar en gasgrill). Köket är inte ett fullständigt kök, men en diskbänk, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, brödrost och kaffebryggare ingår samt disk och redskap.

Jag bor på övervåningen, jag är tyst och parkerar framför huset så att gästerna har full uppfart och bakdäck.

Fishing trip

This is an awesome little place very well appointed woth a 70s vibe and a beautifully view. The owner had left suggestions about places to eat and attractions to see. Bathroom was fully stocked even new toothbrush. The kitchen also coffee, sweetner hot tea and more .

Definitely recommend

The house was prefect for us. We had small kids and there are even toys , playpen, and other things to help make stay more comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful. We seen 8 deer on the property one morning . Beautiful area. Have stayed twice and will stay again

Cute place, location was beautiful. Definitely would stay again, highly recommend. Property manager was also very sweet and attentive.

Nice place to stay.

We had a nice stay at this basement apartment. There were 6 of us, all adults and we had plenty of space for one overnight stay. Would recommend!

The stay was great. Nice and quiet. We sat out on the porch and watched the deer. Beautiful area. Communication with host was easy and great. Definitely recommend and hope to be staying again

Very beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood . Furnished very nice with everything you need plus extras ! Enjoyed getting to see the deer early in the morning and in the evening. Wonderful porch with plenty of seats and tables to enjoy the outside . Highly Recommend

Great location close to boat launch

Little steep getting boat in and out of driveway but doable. Nothing fancy inside it's a basement type area so a bit on the dark side but it suited our needs and price so no complaints here .

Family getaway-

positives: Pat was wonderful to communicate with, prompt to reply to messages and very kind. The bedding was clean. The fridge is a good size. The location is beautiful and the amenities were accurate per the listing. Challenges: before arriving we had requested a dehumidifier in the unit. Pat was quick to assure us she would put one in, and she did. The problem arose when we got there and the dehumidifier was not turned on. The place was *very* musty and gave more than one of us a headache upon arrival. We understand that with humid climate there will be some dampness, this was more than “some”. The lights didn’t all work, so it was dark and hard to utilize the kitchenette. We did reach out to Pat and she said she knew about the lights but hadn’t had time for someone to come in a fix those and other repair needs she was aware of. The space was not very clean (spider webs, spiders, dirty floors, 2 cockroaches..). We were *not* expecting spotless by any means (our own home isn’t spotless) and we also understand a cleaning fee is added to the cost of a stay for a reason. We would kindly encourage a more thorough, detailed cleaning job. This space worked for the 2 nights we were in the area, though we would not book here again for our family. I want to reiterate that Pat was VERY pleasant to work with, the space itself would benefit from some deeper cleaning, better lighting and a consistent dehumidifier running.

2023 Fishing trip

We really liked the location. The wildlife in the area was nice to watch as we sat on the deck eating dinner. We were impressed with the parking availability. The host was great and made sure to see if we needed anything..
