Historia
Keruberna Nest är ett charmigt georgianskt köpmanhus byggt runt 1730 med många ursprungliga egenskaper.
Under de senaste 19 åren har det blivit en framgångsrik Bed and Breakfast. I januari 2019 upphörde handeln som ett B & B och renoverades och omvandlades till ett elegant fritidshus
Huset
På bottenvåningen finns en modern och elegant kichen diner för 6 personer med all fixtur, inredning och apparater du förväntar dig att hitta i ett modernt kök.
På första våningen hittar du ett mycket bekvämt vardagsrum med bekväma skinnsoffor, TV med många tv- och radiokanaler, även på denna våning hittar du ett dubbelrum med eget badrum med TV
På andra våningen hittar du ett dubbelrum med king size-säng och ett dubbelrum med eget badrum.
Säkerhet
För din säkerhet är kerubberna Nest utrustade med ett trådlöst alarmsystem, branddörrar och nödbelysning.
Placera
Huset ligger i Högre gatan som är den andra vägen tillbaka från floden och ligger på nivån.
Allt som Dartmouth erbjuder är bara en minut bort.
Parkering
Cherubs Nest ger ett gratis parkeringstillstånd som täcker parkeringsplatsen Mayors Avenue (ett par minuter bort) och flera andra parkeringsplatser i hela södra hamnarna.

Easter weekend in Dartmouth

We really enjoyed staying at the Cherub’s Nest. It’s a perfect 3 storey town house right in the heart of Dartmouth. Local amenities are fantastic and further afield there are some great beaches and walks to enjoy around the Dart estuary. Highly recommended!

Dart Music Festival Weekend

The location is fantastic for checking out all the local music venues! We really enjoyed having a private ensuite bathroom for each bedroom, even though they were on the small side. Just a heads up, there are quite a few stairs so it might not be the best choice for anyone with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely tell our friends to check it out!

Charm in the heart of Dartmouth

The property is superbly located just yards away from the sea front and all amenities. The characterful Cherub Pub is just next door serving excellent food and ale. Although in the centre of things, the cottage was quiet and peaceful - apart from the noise from the seagulls which you soon get used to. The property itself was charming and contained everything required - with the bonus of en-suite facilities in each bedroom. The taller ones amongst however, did have difficulty with the low wash basins in 2 of the bedrooms, and we also found the kitchen was quite small when we were all in at the same time. These were just minor points though and did not impact on our overall enjoyment. For us, the location of the property was excellent. Shops, pubs etc were all easily accessed, and both ferries to Kingswear were just a short walk away, as was the bus station. It was a perfect base location for walkers like us to access the south west coastal path.

What a lovely wee cottage , suited our needs perfectly . 6 people 3 bedrooms all with own bathrooms . So close to all amenities . Shops, restaurants,river etc Parking permit a godsend as Dartmouth was so busy. Highly reccomended

Perfect family holiday!

The cottage is located right in the centre of town and was perfect for me, my husband, my brothers and our parents. The property was very clean and the owners incredibly helpful. We would definitely recommend The Cherubs Nest to others. Thanks very much for having us.
