Great location near beach

Lovely spacious condo with large balcony overlooking the Intercoastal waterway from 4th floor balcony. Observed dolphins swimming by and beautiful sunrises from balcony each morning. It is located across the street from beautiful Indian Shores beach. Has plenty of available beach supplies for use including beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles, and cooler which are easy to transport to the beach with use of the wheeled cart also provided. Pool and hot tub were beautiful and convenient. As others have previously mentioned, the condo could use some upgrading which could include flooring, countertops, balcony furniture, as well as a smarter television but these factors did not significantly detract from the enjoyment of our stay and are the only reasons I am giving it a 4 star rather than a 5. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Helene and the owner was very receptive to a refund of unused days which he followed through with. Overall an enjoyable stay and would happily stay again.

Great place to stay!

Condo was spacous and in a great location! Pool was very nice. Very short walk to the beach and short drives to activities and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great place, super close to beach access, lots of amenities for the beach, great pool Cart was very handy, we were gonna buy one to bring with us before we read another review that mentioned it Plenty of chairs too, overall we had a nice stay If I had anything negative to say, it would be I think the place needs updated a bit, but that’s very minor, also smart tvs or Rokus would have been nice just to be able to access our own apps from home, at the end of the night we like to watch our shows when all the days Florida fun is over!, but again minor Great communication from owner, Would stay again

Good communication from host. Checkin process very easy. Excellent location, great inter-coastal view and the beach entrance on the other side of the road. Lovely pool and spa. The property was nice but not great, in need of some TLC.

PERFECT location

Across the street from beach access. Intercoastal is nice, but fishing is not awesome. I'd recommend jumping on a nearshore or offshore charter if you want to catch something to eat. Condo and complex have some age to them, but the price/value more than makes up for some older amenities. Elevators move rather slow, but figured they are just on beach time, so its forgivable :-) Kitchen has everything needed to facilitate any in-house meals. Two gas grills in perfect shape for any grillmasters out there. Pool and hot tub were SOOO nice. Enough chlorine to keep blue and clean, but not enough to make your hair or suit smell like it. Tennis Courts are in pristine shape. 9.5 out of 10, easy.

Good place for relaxing family beach vacation

Don't expect brand spanking new but standard clean in working condition. Nice location 2 min walk crossing the Gulf Blvd to the Indian Shores beach and the back water in the rear of the property adds a different charm.

Great place. Bill was very accommodating from beginning. We were in Indian Shores for our summer vacations. He gave us a ton of suggestions about restaurants around and activities. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting the area. Thumbs up.

Great place for a family vacation

We loved this condo! It was the perfect location is get best of bay side and the gulf side with the beach only a short walk away. The kids loved the pool! The condo has everything you’ll need for the beach including beach towels, sand castles supplies, chairs and boogie boards. Indian Rocks Beach was a popular summer destination, and the beach/ restaurants had several people, but the environment at the condo was tranquil and laid back.

Perfect location

This condo has everything anyone could want. The balcony looks over the inter coastal and the beach is across the street. Bill is easy to get along with and an excellent host. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Loved It

The front entrance faces the ocean across the street, between buildings. The balcony overlooks the inland waterway, where dolphins and manatees pass. The building sits far enough off Gulf Blvd that you don’t even know it’s there, while having all the convenience of being right on Gulf Blvd. The beach is right across the street. The hot tub was wonderful. The pool looked nice, but I never got in it. There are grills and tables in the pool area for use as well. There is a shuffleboard court and docks as well. This is probably the best property I’ve stayed at anywhere in Florida.

A perfect getaway!

It is a beautiful place to relax. The pool was so warm and the beach is close to go see the sunsets. Our condo was very nice and homey! We will definitely come back!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved staying at this property and enjoyed our time here! It had everything we needed. The beach cart and chairs/toys were a huge bonus. The beach is so close and we enjoyed the heated pool too. We would definitely rent again!
