Beach House Cottage Àr ett nyrenoverat 2 sovrum 2 Bath stuga som kommer tillsammans med alla bekvÀmligheter du behöver nÀr du Àr hÀr pÄ spanska Wells. Stugan kommer tillsammans med en en kajak en paddel styrelse 4 cyklar och grill. Huset har en stor sÀng i sovrummet och gÀstrummet har 2 dubbelsÀngar. Den frÀmre rum har en soffa som kan förvandlas till en dubbelsÀng .Du kan sitta pÄ terrassen eller under cabana och blicka över det kristallklara vattnet och vit makt stranden. Heaven on earth!

Our week at The Beach House was magical. The location and house fit our family perfectly. Very well appointed, comfortable beds (double beds in the second room were so nice for our teenagers), and clean. We hope to come back!

A nice slice of Paradise

Repeat visit to SW, but first time staying at this house. Had great communications and check in was easy and smooth. House was very clean and had everything we needed. They set up our travel from the airport to island and back for us. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing

This house is just steps from the most perfect beach! Loved using the kayaks and well stocked with toys. We had a group of 19 people and rented the big house next door. We will be back! Thank you!

A Little Slice of Heaven

WOW! Just WOW! We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back soon. Excellent visit all around. Very attentive hosts and a location to die for!! Perfect for our group of four. Expert tip: Bring lots of cash as hardly anyone takes cards. Go to J's for the best conch salad ever!!

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Beach House! The house was very clean, beds very comfortable, and it was fully equipped with all the necessities. We loved the beachfront location and amazing view from the outdoor living space. We enjoyed exploring the beach with our young kids and loved the changes that came with the low and high tide and sandbars. We saw many starfish and loved searching for sea shells and sand dollars. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. This place is amazing, we highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Perfect beach house.

This is the 4th house we've stayed in on Northside beach, and definitely a favorite. The house provided everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable which is rare in a rental. The house was also spotless which we appreciated. Truly a great experience dealing with Andre's team. We were delayed a day in Nassau and they made sure our cart was at the dock and house accessable for when we did finally arrive. Everything is as advertised and actually the photos don't do it justice. There are now 2 couches in the living room, so very comfortable inside and out. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in SW.

location can't be beat

my sis and i enjoyed our visit to spanish wells and liked staying right on the beach at the 'beach house.' the view from the patio was amazing and it was super convenient to be so close to the water (we loved hearing the ocean every day). we also appreciated the use of the kayaks, paddle board and bicycles that come with the place. the part that could have been improved were the front room/front bathroom/ kitchen area. those rooms were definitely outdated. the grey couch was dirty. the kitchen was missing a dishwasher and basic things like a cutting board, cheese grater and can opener. we cooked less than we planned due to the condition of the kitchen. still, the place was clean upon arrival and we spent most of the time outside enjoying the beach. we hope to return to spanish wells next year!

Praia maravilhosa, casa perfeita

Adoramos nossa estadia em spanish wells, a casa Ă© na beira da praia, sendo a parte da ilha mais bonita. Me senti literalmente em uma praia de pescadores, longe da civilização. Andar de golf car foi muito legal. A casa estava perfeitamente equipada com tudo o que precisĂĄvamos (inclusive ĂĄgua para beber). Chegamos em um sĂĄbado apĂłs as 17hs e o Ășnico dificultador foi que o principal supermercado jĂĄ estava fechado e sĂł reabria na segunda... entĂŁo ficamos sem frutas e legumes. Conseguimos suprimentos bĂĄsicos em um pequeno mercadinho, onde compramos itens para o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ. Adorei a estadia e pretendemos voltar em breve.
