Sol Mate, fÀrdigstÀlld 2017, var professionellt inredd i en elegant men bekvÀm strandstil och eftertÀnkt fylld med ett överflöd av bekvÀmligheter. Ligger vid norra Ànden av Kap; Det Àr en kort promenad till St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, och bara nÄgra steg till sand och vattenkanten. Simma, kajak, paddleboard och leka i Gulf och Bay.

BottenvÄningen har parkering för upp till 5 bilar, hiss tillgÄng, en utomhusdusch och lÄsförvaring för strandleksaker. HuvudnivÄn innehÄller ett rymligt kök / vardagsrum / vardagsrum. Tio fottak och en vÀgg av fönster ger ett ljust, luftigt och öppet samlingsutrymme.

Also, could you please place some handicap bars in the downstairs bathroom with the king bed. There needs to be one across from the toilet and in the shower if possible.

Special family time

We enjoy preparing our meals in the well equipped kitchen while being able to look out and see dolphins. Having two dishwashers is a bonus as dirty dishes aren’t left in the sink. The beach towels provided are an extra bonus. The beds and linens are very comfortable. Of course, the beach and gulf are the real attraction. With the beach renewal there was more beach area this year. We look forward to Brian stopping by to say hello each year. Brian, Donna and their staff are always helpful if anything is needed. Thank you again for our wonderful family beach week.

Fantastic beach home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 9 ranging in age 6-80s love Sol Mate. We enjoy preparing our meals and the kitchen is well equipped. Having two dishwashers is a bonus which means you don’t have dirty dishes waiting for an empty dishwasher. Sipping morning coffee on the deck watching dolphins play in the surf makes mornings special. The kayaks and other toys provided add to fun on the beach and also observing turtles, fish and other things up close out in the ocean. The house is clean and well maintained. Brian and Donna are always helpful if you have any questions. The sunsets on the beach are spectacular. It is a family friendly beach and not crowded leaving plenty of room for games on the beach. We are repeat renters and our family looks,forward to returning to Sol Mate each summer.

Amazing!

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. If you are looking for relaxation and a house that is fully stocked with everything you’d need for a vacation, this is the place for you. The property managers were very responsive and were quick to fix a maintenance issue we had. We’d definitely stay in this house again and any other property managed by Be Our Guest. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful, quiet retreat!

This house was amazing! It was well equipped, had a lot of amenities provided that most places don't include. The views were outstanding! We especially appreciated how equipped it was for our little ones. This is not a hustling and bustling area, but rather a quiet, calm slice of heaven! We really enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional property and management team

The grandchildren range in age from 6 to 18 and all love the accommodations and toys available for the beach. The kayak gave them an opportunity to observe dolphins and sea turtles up close. They even saw a shark. The kitchen is well stocked so preparing meals isn’t a challenge. Having beach towels is an extra bonus. Everything is supplied for the first couple of days so you don’t have to go to the store immediately upon arrival. The house is very clean and flowers are a special welcoming touch. If an issue does occur, they are quick to respond Brian and Donna are the best to work with and find the perfect beach home for your family

Spectacular

No detail has been missed at Sol Mate - truly a vacationer’s dream. Just to name a few of the many details that impressed us during our week here: beach towels provided, nightlights and retractable baby gates installed, all the beach gear you could dream of, full size shampoo and conditioner bottles in each shower, laundry detergent/dishwasher pods/trash bags provided, and so much more - all allowing for an easy & worry free vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook each night. The house and beach access are spectacular. The views, especially of sunset, are unmatched. On top of all that, when we had an issue with one of the AC units during our stay, Brian had it repaired within 2 hours of my email informing him of the issue. Truly impeccable. We cannot wait to return!

The most beautiful sunsets either in bed, on the deck or on the beach. This house is setup for the whole family, grandparents too.Away from the hustle and bustle of overcrowded beach destinations. The local market has some amazing shrimp & Key-lime pie. We fired up the grill and had wonderful meals sitting at the table, overlooking the gulf. Great place !!

Best Ever Beach House

The kitchen is well equipped which makes it easy to prepare meals which is our preference. Having beach towels also is an added bonus as we don’t have to pack those. Our family enjoys all the beach toys The added outdoor grilling area and bathroom was an added bonus this year. Above all else, Brian and Donna are helpful, easy and wonderful to work with. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here May 21-28, 2022! This is the best beach home we’ve ever stayed at. This home has anything you could possibly need! The beds and pillows are so comfy, the house is so clean, the outdoor bathroom is wonderful. They have tons of beach items so you don’t really need to bring toys or chairs. The linens and towels are top notch. The kitchen is fully stocked with such quality items! But the views are the best from the decks! There’s nothing we can complain about and we hope to come back soon!!
