Great place to stay!

The property owner was polite, timely, and very helpful with check-in, stay, and check-out. The condo was in a fabulous location at Sapphire Beach Resort and the condo itself was very updated, clean, and stocked with necessities needed/helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Picture perfect view

The condo is located on the beach and the view is considered by the local photographers as “the most frequently requested location “ for photo ops and weddings . It’s a one king size bed and immaculately maintained ! There was a wedding this morning at 8 am ! Sea Salt restaurant is on location with the most incredible view and delicious food! Don’t miss Sudi’s for Monday music and great food and atmosphere!

Perfect Vacation

My mother and I vacationed here in April. The condo was clean, the view was exquisite and it was in the perfect location. We loved every minute of it and can’t wait to return again. Thank you Martha!

Lovely and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea101! Would stay again in a heartbeat! So convenient having a ground level condo to walk out to the beach and the beach bar. Very clean and everything you need in the kitchen for making meals. Very smooth process, thanks for sharing your property!

Beautiful condo. Great location.

This is a beautiful newly renovated 1st floor condo at Saphire Beach. This is one of the best beaches is St Thomas. Very close to Red Hook and many restaurants. The owners are very accommodating. The property is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back to this condo on our future trips to St Thomas.

First Trip to USVI

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. It had everything we needed and the location was couldn't have been better. We loved being able to enjoy the patio rain or shine and being able to walk right out to the beach was FANTASTIC! Martha was very responsive when we contacted her and provided us with lots of great information before arriving. WHEN we go back, if we stay in St. Thomas, we will absolutely be staying at Sea101.

Absolute Paradise

We just returned from 9 beautiful days in St. Thomas celebrating our honeymoon. “Sea 101” was everything we hoped for… well appointed, clean and the most amazing location. Nothing will ever compare to opening the blinds in the morning to blue ocean, white sand and palm trees. The convenience of stepping off the porch onto the beach is unmatched. Martha was a delightful host. Her communication was excellent. She is just a lovely person. We cannot wait to return and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere other than this wonderful condo.

So Beautiful!

The property was beautiful and so close to the beach. The condo was perfect for my husband and me. Kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the late afternoon with drinks. Close to Red Hook ferry to St John and many restaurants. Recommend Sudi’s and The Tap & Still. Both had good food. Overall, it was a great place to relax and get away. Martha was wonderful to work with. Thank you for everything!

Great Condo and Stay!

The condo is as advertised. It is clean, comfortable and close to the beach, but far enough away from the restaurant and bar that is located on the property so that it is peaceful. There were rolling blackouts when we visited so on the mornings that we didn't have power, it was convenient to go to Beach Buzz on the property for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Sea Salt which is the upscale restaurant on the property has on point service and food! The condo location is minutes from Red Hook to catch the ferry to St. John and other restaurants and grocery store. Martha is a very thoughtful host with welcome letter and gift! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay!

I’m only about 6 months late posting this review!! But I can’t say enough good about the owner, Martha!! She was awesome and made us feel like we were her very favorite guests!! She always responded to all of my crazy questions very quickly! My middle son turned 40 and my whole family came and we had 5 different units between all of us and everyone agreed hands down that this was the nicest unit!! The location is awesome also!! It was perfect and we can’t wait to go back! Martha also put us in touch with a girl that did our grocery shopping and had all of the groceries there when we arrived!! Thanks so much Martha!!

We didn’t want to leave

From the moment we walked in the door we were blown away. The condo was perfect and very clean. The views are incredible and being about 50 steps from the beach was amazing. You can literally lay in bed and watch the ocean. We even ate breakfast out on the patio every morning in awe of the gorgeous background! We stayed for two weeks here and just fell in love with it. The fresh flowers and bottle of Cruzan rum left for us by the owner was awesome! We got married right there on Sapphire Beach and spent the most amazing honeymoon there for two weeks. Location is great. Literally 5 minutes from Red Hook. Zero issues with wifi and the room has air conditioning that works very good. We used the floats that were provided in the condo so much - they really came in handy. Only thing I would even suggest is maybe adding a toaster oven and even that wasn’t even an issue. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you decide to cook meals. Highly recommended and would 100% come back and stay again! Thank you so much for the best trip we have ever had in our life! We were truly sad having to leave.

Amazing condo, walk right off the patio into the sand. Spectacular views.

We loved the condo and it being a bottom floor, end unit was awesome! Every morning we made coffee in the pod maker, pods provided,and sat out on the covered patio. So relaxing and wonderful. Paradise for sure. The condo was clean, the furniture was great, slept great in the bed, the linens were very hi end and we loved everything about it. If we go back will definitely stay again. Owner was super nice and even mailed us a coffee mug with picture from looking out the unit. Plus,left us a bottle of the local rum. The unit is stocked well with soap, shampoo, conditioner and the other necessities you need. The beach was great and we snorkeled off the beach and saw some great stuff, Ray's and fish and coral. The marina is right there, just a few buildings down, so arranging fishing charters, snorkeling or parasailing was a breeze. We took a snorkel trip to St. John's which I highly recommend. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet. One even gave us a ride to Red Hook. There is a coffee and yogurt place and a bar and grill just one building down, so a short walk in the sand. There is also a restuarant within short walk called Slice, where we enjoyed fresh fish tacos, burgers and more. We ate there three times.Taxis are always at the resort so getting a ride anywhere is simple. Highly recommend this space and 5 star for sure.

Absolutely the BEST

Sea 101 is just perfect in every way. A perfect location: Walk right out to the most beautiful beach. Close, but not “too close” to the coffee shop, the beach bar and Sea Salt fine dining. A perfectly beautiful and spotlessly clean, fully furnished condo with great beach decor and awesome views. A truly perfect place for a Caribbean vacation.

Favorite spot to stay

We loved the condo! Bed was comfortable. The host went above and beyond. The place was well stocked with towels and necessities! Will definitely stay in this spot again. This is a big yes for us! My boyfriend proposed to me there so it will forever be a favorite spot for me!

Paradise!

We had such an amazing time on Sapphire Beach in St. Thomas. Our one complaint is that it went by too fast! We would definitely stay in this condo again. It was the perfect location on the property. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach! The hosts provided everything that we needed. The bar and restaurants at Sapphire resort were great!

Amazing beachfront views

We absolutely loved our time at sea 101 and didn't want to leave. The resort is beautiful, the restaurants were delicious! The beach is perfect for snorkeling. Felt safe and relaxed our entire stay. Martha was a wonderful host and we'd definitely stay here again.

Sea101 is a perfect location. Walkout access to the beach, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and amazing snorkeling. For the beach lover...this is paradise. Additionally, Martha was an excellent host. She was extremely approachable for questions.

25th Anniversary in Paradise!

We returned just a week ago from our 8-night stay at Sea101 to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and it truly exceeded all expectations! We can’t stop talking about it and are already dreaming of returning. From the breathtaking views to the fantastic amenities and the thoughtful personal touches from the property manager; everything was perfect.We thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks around the property and loved how welcoming and friendly everyone was. The convenience of being able to walk right out and snorkel, followed by a relaxing nightcap on the patio, made our experience even more special.The on-site restaurants were excellent, and we also appreciated the shop for a few souvenirs. The location was ideal, with Red Hook just a short distance away, offering plenty of options for excursions, including a day trip to the BVI with Stormy Pirates, visits to Moe’s Market, and easy access to the ferry to St. John. The area also had a wide range of shopping and dining choices, making it a perfect spot to explore.We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable anniversary getaway! Thanks Martha for sharing your little piece of heaven!

We purchased this condo preconstruction almost 30 years ago on our first trip to St. Thomas. We recently finished a major renovation and have decided to share our delightful spot with others, by renting through this site.

Sapphire Beach is just about perfect! The crystal clear waters, the white sand, the constant breeze make it exactly the beach that one comes to the Caribbean to experience. When you take your photos, you may have to convince family and friends that the scenery is real!

Not only is the apartment on the beach, it is central to the complex, and it is a much desired corner unit, adding extra windows and sliders which fill the rooms with beautiful light! And the dwelling is efficient, simply and beautifully furnished, and has many of the comforts of home.
