The check in process was very easy and quick. The entire staff during our stay was very helpful. We had four adults and two children so the room was perfect. The best part was trying to decide which pool to use.

Great location and layout

The unit layout was perfect for myself, my husband and 2 teen daughters. Our daughters enjoyed the short walk to the pools and food trucks. We loved the short drive to Hanalei for beach, shopping and restaurants. Our only complaints would be the cleanliness of the unit and that our upstairs neighbors for our entire stay may have been a family of elephants who did not sleep, day or night. The stomping at all hours lead us all to sleep with ear plugs since it woke us up multiple times a night even with white noise.

Nice stay

Great stay, plenty of walking trails, plenty of room for what we needed. All utensils and supplies needed for cooking. Close to nice pool and covered BBQ area with 4 BBQ's. Overall, nice place, would use again if coming back. Princeville, great location

Family vacation

My husband and I stayed with my parents for 5 nights. The condo was nice, clean. Great price. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was the perfect amount of space. The pools were great. Hospitality was great. It was nice being close to Hanalei, but it’s a bit of a drive to the other side of the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Princeville fun! Beautiful condos, friendly staff, and amazing on site pools, hot tubs and rec areas. Food trucks on site that are super yummy! Great time.

Met Needs

The condo was nice. We were uograded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom due to availability issues. It was clean and had all the linens, cookware, we needed. We bought basics like salt, pepper, cooking spray, seasonings, food, etc. The upstairs neighbor was really heavy footed so they kept us up some nights stomping around. The grounds were beautiful, the pools were nice. The air conditioning is an extra 25 dollars a day and if there's a need for more than 3 devices connecting to wifi, you will nees to pay for upgraded internet which was only 20 dollars. It was a good condo for our family.

Great location

We enjoyed our 4 nights at the resort. Unit was clean and the property was beautiful and well maintained. The unit itself was dated but worked. Our biggest issue was the coffee maker. Why do they buy such cheap ones. We went through four coffee makers before one worked properly. The young man who was helping our unit was awesome! He said other workers keep them and try to see if they will work later but he finally brought a new one and made sure it worked before he bought it!! Other than that issue we had a great visit there. There was the invite to sit through a 90 minute presentation to buy in but we declined. It wasn’t high pressure so we appreciate that.

Great family location in Princeville

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bali Hai condo. The unit was clean, roomy, and the resort was very convenient to Hanalei Bay. The only downside was a hard sales pitch for a time share presentation during check-in. Other than this, we enjoyed the amenities including the pools and food trucks. We would definitely return!

Very pleasant and convenient resort, well located

Very nice, large apartment with all comforts and facilities, recent and rather upscale. The apartment is located in a resort, which itself is located next to other communities and forms a relatively large part of Princeville. All very comfortable and very quiet, with interesting small towns nearby and ready access to amazing nature. Our kids are all grown up and we are an active family, and so we did not really need the facilities of the resort such as the pools - but we did enjoy them and the apartment was a great base to come back to at the end of the day. Food shopping available nearby was certainly a plus. For families with smaller kids who might not venture much on more serious trails or less accessible beaches this would make even more sense. Great accommodation - would certainly go back again.

Wonderful place to stay if you have kids

This is a great place to stay if you have kids with the 2 pools and amenities. I was with my 30 year old son & we would have liked a bit more quiet time. Wasn't aware air conditioning was not included & another $20 per day. We were fine with the windows open as far as comfort but as far as noise level - off the charts so we had to close them. Regarding noise level we had two different sets of guests above us (we were first floor) & just normal activities like walking, showering and flushing the toilet were extremely loud and would wake you up or keep you up. Our unit wasn't ready at 4pm & just got pretty much an "oh well" from owners. This was after a very long day of traveling from Charlotte NC. It took them an hour (the resort will say 55 minutes) for it to be cleaned. We sat there falling asleep in the lobby until 4:30 before we decided to just go into Kauai. I feel some sort of compensation should have been due, even, hey, we'll buy you dinner for your inconvenience. I have a home I rent on here & that's absolutely what I would have done. Or we'll give you free ac. Also was told we were upgraded to a Presidential suite and I'm pretty sure that was not a Presidential suite. If that was a Presidential suite call me Kate. Reading other reviews on here the presidential suite include ac which we were not afforded. Food trucks on property were a great amenity too that we utilized. If we stayed again would most definitely ask for a 2nd floor unit & pay the extra $20

Great Vacay!

It was just my 2 young adult kids and myself. We loved the condo! It was spotless, had all the things we needed to make our stay ideal! We will definitely be back!
