Vi är belägna på en fantastisk plats.
En 2/3 minuters promenad tar dig till stadsmuren och det börjar ett brett utbud av affärer, barer och restauranger inom Gamla stan Lagos. Vandra genom dessa vackra kullerstensgator, ner till torget inom 5/10 minuter max.
Ytterligare 10 minuters promenad tar dig till den fantastiska Marina de Lagos som erbjuder ytterligare barer, restauranger samt båtturer. Taxi och Uber är enkelt och billigt tillgängliga liksom kollektivtrafik. Gratis parkering är rikligt.

Fabulous apartment

We had such a relaxing time in Paula & Simon’s apartment. It is so well equipped with all mod cons, they have thought of everything and Paula is so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have stayed in various apartments throughout the Algarve and this is by far the nicest one and the views are amazing. We would definitely return.

Beautiful!

What a beautiful area! The apartment was well appointed, amazing views from the balcony, very close walking distance to shopping and LOTS of restaurants/cafes/bars. We enjoyed sunning by the pool in the afternoons after a morning of sightseeing. Paula was very easy to work with and quick to reply. The only reason I marked a 4 for “accuracy on listing” is because there is not a dryer. Everything else is as beautiful as the pictures show!

Perfect loved apartment!

Paula was very helpful prior to arriving with transportation and lot's of information on arrival! The apartment is just like the photos lovely! Really appreciated small touches...caddy to do shopping, umbrella for the beach. We also used the spa next door. The view each morning was a treat. We really enjoyed our stay.

A piece of heave

Without a doubt an exquisite experience. Would recommend to everyone. Location, views, cleanliness, all amenities, comfort +++. More than anything else was the communication with the owners. Every WhatsApp was replied to almost instantly with so much care and information. Most helpful people we have ever rented from. We hope to get back some day. Whatever the absolutely highest rating is - ours would be higher.

Modern upscale apartment. The hosts have gone out of their way to supply what is needed . The coffee pods were greatly appreciated. Appliances are new and in great shape . The BBQ was fantastic to have! The larger balcony has awesome views of old town and the beach. The smaller balcony is sunny and warm .We were within walking distance to old town the Marina and much more. Our breath was taken away when we walked in! It is the nicest apartment I have been in on our Portugal travels. The owner provided us with many tips on restaurants which came in really handy. The place is just superb! I can’t say enough about it . We are hoping to be able to return!

Fantastic Apartment

We had the best holiday staying in Paula’s apartment. It is in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town and the marina and beaches are also in walking distance. The apartment itself is just stunning, it was sparkly clean on arrival, lots of space, the kitchen has everything you could need. The views from the front balcony are amazing, a lovely place to sit, nice views from the rear balcony too. Lots of wardrobe/drawer space in the bedrooms, powerful showers in both bathrooms. The swimming pool is lovely, plenty of sun loungers, we had it to ourselves whenever we used it. We had great communication with Paula, her instructions to find and access the apartment were perfect and her recommendations for places to eat were really helpful. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Paula and Simon!

Fantastic Condo

I 100% recommend staying at this condo! My husband and I were very pleased with this home. The photos perfectly match the condo. It is a very bright and cozy place where we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is a huge factor for me and this home did not disappoint. I am a bug-a-phobe so thankfully there were none. The very modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you need. The balcony had lovely seating with a BBQ/outdoor kitchen area but we unfortunately, did not get to use thanks to the rainy days. We made use of the multiple food suggestions Paula had forwarded to us instead! The home is in a great location. It is in a great area to walk around/sightsee along with great food options. We did rent a car and there is a parking spot inside the building which was very user friendly. Communication with Paula was excellent. She had left very clear instructions/guide on everything in the home and promptly responded to any queries we had. We enjoyed our stay in Lagos.

Absolutely Perfect!

Beautiful home with a stunning view in a. Fantastic location! This condo has absolutely everything you need! It's right around the corner from old town (less than 5 minute walk) I would prefer this location to being right in Old town because it is on a main road with a parking garage which makes it far easier to drive and park than if you were located right on old town where the roads are so small and narrow. We were able to enjoy walks to the marina ( about 15 minutes) to enjoy boat and kayak tours. There a few beautiful beaches within walking distance. We were able to explore so much no problem on foot. So many restaurants and cool little bars including Karokee. Tons of shops and local vendors are all basically steps away. The building is secure and clean. It is very quiet and has a elevator which makes for easy luggage transfer. The first thing we noticed upon entering the apartment was how bright and clean everything was. The next was the stunning view!! The balcony off the bedrooms was an added bonus as was the outdoor kitchen on the main balcony!! Paula was an excellent host with fantastic communication and even provided a list of great places to eat!! If you are looking for a fantastic place in a perfect location look no further!!

Superschöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein Glücksgriff. Die ganze Wohnung ist schön und durchdacht. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als großzügig und von hoher Qualität, es fehlt nichts. Alles ist supersauber und schön. Es war ruhig und sicher. Paula und Simon sind perfekte Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps und immer schnell erreichbar. Es war ein sehr herzlicher Kontakt - vielen, vielen Dank Paula. Für das Auto gab es in der Tiefgarage einen Platz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in fußläufiger Entfernung und gibt sogar eine Sackkarre für Einkäufe. Die Wohnung ist direkt hinter der Stadtmauer und man ist nur ein paar Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt. Das WLAN ist zuverlässig und schnell (war wichtig für die kids). Bei dieser Wohnung muss man nicht überlegen - klare und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Comfortable and best location

We had the pleasure to stay for 33 nights at Paula and Simon’s home. A spectacular view of the Ocean, old wall and the town itself greets guests off the main balcony. The second balcony also shows off the old wall. The home is very clean and bright. The unit is fully equipped including an electronic safe and the linens, appliances, gas grill, wide range of dishes, cutlery including the balcony furniture all show attention to detail. This unit is intentionally outfitted to function as a home which provides a fantastic guest experience and not some cheap unit to make a buck - no plastic furniture! There are dozens of local restaurants within a few minutes and old town is a few minutes by easy stroll. We found it easy to access the highway for day trips but a vehicle is not required for the day to day. We are thrilled we chose this unit and would easily stay again.

Fantastic Lagos Apartment

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the town and all the restaurants and bars. The facilities are excellent, hi-spec kitchen, very spacious lounge/dining area and two good size bedrooms. The balcony is amazing with fantastic views and a great barbecue. The booking process was very easy and the hosts Paula and Simon were very friendly and even came to the apartment when we had a problem with the TV. I would highly recommend a stay at this place, you won't be disappointed

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick über Lagos

Wir haben uns längere Zeit mit der Suche nach einer Wohnung mit Meerblick beschäftigt und sind auf dieses Objekt gestoßen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Gebäudekomplex mit jeweils 6 Einheiten pro Haus. Es handelt sich um die oberste Wohnung und es befindet sich nur noch eine weitere Wohnung auf der gleichen Etage. Von der Hauptterrasse hat man einen sehr tollen Blick über Lagos bis zum Meer. Wir haben im September den Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstück sehr genossen. In wenigen Gehminuten befinden man sich bereits in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet (u.a. sehr gute Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination mit Eiswürfelbereiter, Induktionsherd, Wasseekocher, Gasgrill, mehrere TVs, Musikanlage). Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack in Ordnung. Das Bett im Hazptschlafzimmer dürfte ca. 160 x 200 sein mit einer mittelfesten Matraze und eigenem Bad. Im 2ten Schlafzimmer gibt es 2 Betten. Das größere ist ca. 120 x 200 cm groß mit einer harten Matratze. Beide Zimmer liegen zur Straßenseite welche tagsüber recht viel befahren ist. Nachts fährt nur ab und zu ein Pkw vorbei. Insgesamt also eine recht ruhige Lage. Im zweiten Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne. Wenn jemand badet und gleichzeitig duscht reicht allerdings die Wassertemperatur nicht für beide aus. Nach ca. 15 - 20 Minuten Wartezeit ist wieder genügend warmes/heißes Wasser (ca. 40° Grad) vorhanden. Was sollte man noch wissen: Es gibt einen Aufzug, den man leider in der Wohnung hört. Nachts aber nie ein Problem, da nur eine weitere Wohnung belegt war. Es gibt einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren nur ca. 20% aller Plätze in dem Gebäudekomplex belegt. Im Innenhof (welchen man von der Hauptterrasse sieht) befindet sich ein Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen. Die Wohnung war trotz Navi und Google-Maps nicht leicht zu finden. Ein Foto von der Außenseite wäre in der detaillierten Beschreibung die man erhält sehr hilfreich. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl sind nicht vorhanden aber der nächste große Supermarkt (Intermarche) ist recht nah (ca. 700 m) und die Lebensmittel sind zum Teil recht günstig. Paula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben Sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt aber die Kommunikation inkl. vieler Tipps via E-Mail und WhatsApp war bestens. Fazit: Wir würden die Wohnung unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen. Für Paare und für Familien mit 1-2 Kleinkindern ideal. Bei z.B. 4 Erwachsene wird’s eng.

Amazing Stay

Paulas apartment is drop dead gorgeous. Spacious, modern and stunning views with all the amenities you could need. Location is also amazing just outside the old town walls no more than 3 mins stroll to old town Lagos. Paula was also so helpful with recommendations and ensuring I settled in comfortably. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location très agréable et confortable

L’appartement est très bien situé dans une Zone où l’on peut faire plein d’excursions. Je recommande Ponta de Piedade, les sorties en bateau pour aller visiter les grottes et voir les dauphins. L’appartement est très confortable avec une Terrasse à la vue vue incroyable qui régale les yeux sur l’océan où l’on peut déjeuner et dîner agréablement ! Il est de plus très moderne et d’une propreté impeccable. Notre hôte Paula s’est montrée à l’écoute et disponible, donnant de multiples informations sur les lieux de sorties intéressants. Bref un séjour au top !

Gorgeous clean apartment in the heart of Lagos

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon and Paula’s apartment in Lagos! The place was sparkling clean and all amenities were brand new (including having Apple TV and Bose speakers throughout the house). Paula was lovely to deal with and even shared some great local recommendations for restaurants and day trips. I couldn’t recommend the place more or the hosts more both were a dream! Having two balconies one with a BBQ and a view overlooking the ocean was icing on the cake, thanks Paula & Simon!

My husband and I have been visiting Lagos since 2008. We absolutely love Lagos and the people - so much so we purchased here end of March 2019. We enjoy walking / cycling and are still discovering surprises in Lagos. We enjoy sailing - the Algarve is a superb coastline that offers so many contrasting locations.
We enjoy dining out and if this is your ‘thing’, then Lagos is your ‘place’!!! We have an amazing selection of excellent restaurants within minutes from the apartment.
We enjoy drives along the coast and up into Monchique mountains.
We have owned Holiday Let properties in Ireland over the last 14 years and appreciate the need to provide a quality property, backed up with excellent customer service. I enjoy engaging with my guests - building up a rapport and hopefully good repeat custom.

Absolutely stunning.
We have the old town with the church spires and the chiming bells.
We have the Monchique mountains.
We have the half moon shaped beach of Meia Praia.
We have the whole of Lagos Bay - even beyond Alvor and Portimao.
I cannot get my photos to capture the view in a way that does it justice, so hopefully when my guests arrive, they will get a nice surprise!!

Because of the location - the accessibility to both the Old Town & the Marina.

Because of the build quality and the fact that half of the owners in our condominium are Portuguese - the real feel!!

Because of the two balcony option. Sun bathe or Shade bathe - your choice from morning through to evening. Everyone can have their choice.
