Disappointed

The caravan was dirty, stained carpets, dirty and stained sofas, smelly fridge, spills not been cleaned up inside kitchen draws. Dust on surfaces in the lounge. A loose and broken mirror panel in the wardrobe in the master bedroom and broken wall mounted lamp in the second bedroom ( would not seitch off ).

The caravan was spotless clean , the campsite had everything that you would need . It was central to other villages for a day out . We had a lovely time and will definitely be booking to go again . Thankyou

Minor issues but overall ok

Enjoyed our stay close to amenities unfortunately our caravan wasn't the cleanest we had to call the cleaning team who did come and sort our issues out really quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our wonderful time at California Cliffs Holiday Park.

I somehow couldn’t find details of our booked accommodation but had a telephone number. A very kind lady by name Emma answered my call and she immediately emailed me the details. We got sorted out straightaway. All staff at California Cliffs Holiday Park were so helpful to us. At our caravan, a gentleman by name John, made sure that we were as comfortable as possible and everything in the caravan was in good working order. I was very impressed. We had a good time walking on a very clean beach despite the lockdown. We also visited Winterton beach, about 5miles further north, and this place is also nice and wonderful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this resort👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼.

Great stay just what we needed!

The caravan was very clean and had everything we needed it was very homely. The location was excellent very close to the beach and local attractions. Plus the caravan itself is situated in a quieter part of the site. We had a such a great stay and wish we had booked a longer Stay 5 nights wasn’t enough. We will definitely like to return.

Bedroom quilts and pillows (main bedroom)

Main bedroom, quilts and pillows were damp,spoilt our 1st nights sleep,dried them out 2nd day,next 2 nights had lovely sleep, 1st nightTV went down,but found out it was down to atmospheric conditions.emergency response faultless,responded at once,disappointed no fridge freezer only a fridge .Apart from that had a lovely stay, standard of cleanliness perfect no complaints.Would stay again lovely comfortable caravan.
