Beläget i det exklusiva Tremezzo, ligger du inom bekvämt räckhåll med alla bekvämligheter eftersom bostaden ligger bara 5 minuter ca promenad från restauranger och barer och inom bekvämt räckhåll från buss- och färjereder som tar dig till alla större byar från Bellagio till Como. 11 helt nya lägenheter ligger i ett soligt läge, sover 2, 4, 6 och 8 gäster och erbjuder elegant boende och en idyllisk reträtt som ligger i hektar av parken, men några minuter från typiska italienska levande från autentiska vinbarer, salumeria, kaféer och restauranger som ger en autentisk sjöutsikt. Residenset har en stor utomhuspool, hela året uppvärmd jacuzzi, privata balkonger eller terrasser, lockande sjöutsikt, gott om säker privat parkering och framför allt den perfekta fristaden för att koppla av batterierna och omfamna lite dolce vita!

Schöner Aufenthalt am Comer See

Insgesamt liegt die Anlage sehr schön oberhalb des Comer Sees und ist im Großen und Ganzen gut ausgestattet. Einige Dinge haben leider nicht funktioniert wie Lichter und Fernseher, was aber wohl eine unerwartete Situation war. Der Verwalter (Matteo) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Alles hat gut geklappt. Perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, leider etwas wenig Geschirr und diverse Lampen, die nicht funktioniert haben.

Wonderful holiday

Our family of 2 adults and 4 children had a lovely week here. It was the perfect location whether staying and relaxing by the pool, or choosing to explore all that is on offer on Lake Como. We would definitely return.

It was a great pleasure, nice view, nice apartment. We ban only give our best recommendations.

It is easy to relax and enjoy life here. The apartment is placed very central not far from nice restaurants and boats to the towns by the lake. As already said we can only give our best recommendations and thanks to Matteo the host for this lovely place. We are looking forward to come back.

Relaxing break at Tremezzo Residence

We stayed here last autumn in Tremezzo and enjoyed a wonderful time here at this residence. Matteo was very accommodating and the residence and villa was just as described on the site. We loved the sunny location, relaxing atmosphere here and in Tremezzo and wining and dining in the house and around Tremezzo where we ate like kings! We would 100% recommend Lake Como and the location of Tremezzo.
