Waterhead Barn is a large Cotswold holiday home near Stow-on-the-Wold that sleeps 12+1 guests in 6 ensuite bedrooms, with the +1 option being a sofa bed in the snug. This stunning converted barn is light and spacious, with plenty of room for all whole family. Careful attention has been paid to the original structure, with wooden beams left exposed, especially in the country-style kitchen, the perfect setting to cook a fabulous meal for your guests. After a day of exploring, make your way up the oak staircase and take your pick from the numerous bedrooms with views over the rolling Cotswold hills. For larger groups, Waterhead Barn can be booked with Old Brewery House, which has a maximum occupancy of 21. Waterhead Barn is a wonderful holiday home for friends and family to come together in the Cotswolds!

Kitchen with AGA, double electric oven, single gas hob, dishwasher, DAB radio, and breakfast table which can seat 12.
Living area with sofas, plasma TV and Jetmaster fireplace
Dining area with table for 12 and doors out to the courtyard garden
Open snug with sofa bed and plasma TV (Please note there is no door to the snug room)
Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, boot room, and downstairs loo.

Bedroom 5 â Super king bed (can be two singles on request) with walk-in en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, and dressing room (Please note, there is no door to either the en-suite or the walk-in wardrobe)

All bedrooms have a Super King bed default, however can be made up as twin rooms on request with at least seven days' notice.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 12+1 guests in 6 bedrooms and the +1 being accommodated on the additional sofa bed (maximum 1 adult) . Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided
There is plenty of driveway parking outside the property
2 travel cots and 2 highchairs are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cots, as this is not provided)
2 medium sized dogs are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per dog. For pet rules, please visit our FAQs
