Rymligt 4/5 sovrum 2600 kvm hem bara en kort promenad till en privat strand på Gardiners Bay, med spektakulära solnedgångar och privat marina. Ljus, ljus och luftig, detta nya hem har 4 sovrum med extra stort sovrum och badrum. Familjerum kan användas som femte sovrum eller lekrum. Inkluderar 3 badrum, stort vardagsrum med katedraltak. Matsalen har plats för 10 vuxna med skjutbara glasdörrar till utomhusdäck, perfekt att underhålla. Öppet kök med alla köksredskap, redskap och apparater. Köket har utsikt över en stor trädgård med stora fönster och tvättmaskin / torktumlare på första våningen. Gasspis, uppvärmd badtunna och utomhusdusch på däck med helt nya utemöbler. Fastigheten är
vackert anlagd på ½ tunnland, helt inhägnad med stor pool.

Great stay!

The house was great - just as listed and very comfortable / kid friendly. There wasn't a whole lot to do in the area over the holidays but we enjoyed the house, trampoline and jungle gym.

Great stay

This is a lovely house with plenty of space, well appointed, high ceilings, etc. The back yard is great for spending all day by the pool, grilling, and kids playing. The neighborhood is typical Springs - quiet and serene. The house is easy walking distance to a small private beach on Gardiner's bay. The host is very responsive. Overall we had a great stay.

Close to the Beach

The home is perfectly located near the beach/bay although not ideal for swimming. Luckily the pool at the house made up for it.

Perfect family getaway!

This property was exactly as described and we had a wonderful family vacation. The house is super kid friendly (our kids love the bunk beds, all the toys and the amazing backyard). We had the best week and hope to return!

Great stay - perfect for kids

We had a great stay. They house was perfect for kids and it was amazing to have so much to do in the backyard / at the beach a short walk away. Would highly recommend for families. The owner was super responsive throughout our trip. Highly recommend!

amazing escape

The house and accomodations live up to the expectations the pictured set and is clean. The pool and backyard are amazing, the surrounding area is a quiet escape from the hampton towns. At night you can watch beautiful sunsets on the beach which is in walking distance. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

The perfect stay!

5 stars all around! We enjoyed our family vacation with our 3 little ones and both sets of grandparents. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly located. You’re close to anything you should need in town, great restaurants and shopping but with all of the outdoor amenities at home and the walkable beach, you never need to leave! We can’t wait to visit again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay and being a fantastic host.

Family Trip

This was a perfect place for a short family trip. It lacked nothing!!! The house was lovely and it was equipped with up to date top of the line appliances. We enjoyed walking to the nearby private beach and going out for dinner at the many restaurants a short ride away. Our kids enjoyed the trampoline and we all enjoyed the deck and pool. We would definitely go back again!

Such a Wonderful Stay!

Spent a long early-fall weekend at this property in East Hampton with my husband, mother, and 2 year-old daughter, and we couldn’t have been happier with our visit. It downpoured almost the whole time, so we unfortunately couldn’t enjoy all the backyard and nearby beach had to offer, but we were comfortable and very well-entertained while spending our time inside this lovely home. Photos and description are very accurate representations. Host is courteous, accessible, and responsive. Absolutely on our list of places to revisit when we are able to get away again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for families with children

The house was fantastic for myself, my husband and our almost three year old boy. He had a great time on the trampoline, on the playscape, and having his own space in the playroom. The inside of the house was minimal, clean, beautiful. The outside has all you need with a hot tub and great pool area. The owners were extremely responsive and the location was in a lovely and private neighborhood, 5 mins from the beach. My biggest suggestion is to bring water shoes as the beach is a bit rocky close to the water.

Proper Summer Vacation

Overall the stay was excellent. Our kids enjoyed their own rooms, and spent hours in the pool. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, walking distance to the beach made it even more inviting. I would ask for their to be more hot water available. After the 1st person (who does get warm water), it's a trickle effect where you barely get even lukewarm water. All things considered, a really good time and a place we would spend time in again for sure. Thank you

We are a family with two boys, that live in Manhattan and love to come to East Hampton in the summers.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we found the property, we thought this neighborhood was a hidden gem with easy access to the bay and the marina. It was the perfect beach neighborhood for kids to ride bikes or play in the dunes. It’s close proximity to East Hampton town and Montauk make it the perfect location for dining and shopping.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is always bright and airy with the 10 foot ceilings and sun directly hitting the pool all day. What makes the property unique is the private neighborhood. The kids can ride their bikes without ever leaving the area and we feel safe. We had a custom pirate ship built in the backyard where kids can hide out and play. There is also a trampoline and a basketball hoop. My favorite part of the house is sitting on the shaded deck, and watching the kids in the pool or backyard. The pool is fully fenced and the backyard is also fenced for pet owners.
