Vi inbjuder dig att bo i vårt 3-sovrum / 2-badrum hus med en vacker utsikt över den östra stranden av norra sjön George. Huset är en utmärkt bas för din semester och ligger bekvämt på Rt. 9N i Haag. En fem minuters bilresa i båda riktningarna sätter dig på Haag Public Beach eller Roger's Rock State Park Beach för ditt badglädje. Båtar kan hyras i Haag.

Njut av den vackra filtrerade utsikten över Anthony's Nose och norra sjön George från däck medan du har grill eller njuter av eftermiddagscocktails. Bakgrunden till Vermont's Green Mountains gör denna vy unik. Det stora däcket har en gasgrill, kolgrill, Adirondack-stolar, utemöbler och picknickbord för dina sommaraktiviteter.

Den första våningen har ett stort öppet vardagsrum med en väggmonterad plattskärms-TV. Netflix, kabel, DVD och videobandspelare tillhandahålls tillsammans med trådlöst internet. En skjutbar glasdörr öppnas mot däck med vacker sjöutsikt. Den öppna matplatsen och det kompletta köket har också en fin utsikt. Badrummet (med badkar) slutför första våningen.

På övervåningen finns tre luftkonditionerade sovrum-
Sovrum 1 har en dubbelsäng, tillsammans med en bäddsoffa och TV.
Sovrum 2 har en Adirondack våningssäng. (full storlek säng under två våningssängar) En spjälsäng finns.
Sovrum 3 har en queen size-säng.

En tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också på övervåningen tillsammans med det andra badrummet med kakeldusch.

På kort väg upp till vägen har vi en begränsad tillgång till sjön. Det är en liten väg som delas med några andra grannar och ger en trevlig liten plats att sitta och njuta av utsikten över sjön. Simningstillgång är bäst på den närliggande Hague Public Beach eller Rogers Rock State Park. Det finns ingen bryggning eller båtförtöjning tillgänglig med den här egenskapen.

Just love it!

This was our second stay at this house - and we love the property. The location is perfect - nothern Lake George where it is quiet, yet convenient to Hague, Bolton Landing and Ticonderoga.. The view from the front deck is a favorite. We were 4 adults - house would also be great for a family.

Lake George Home

This was a great house - very clean and rustic. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was very private and scenic. I was happy with my time there. I would recommend staying there for a vacation on Lake George!!

Amazing Adirondack Cabin

Scenic views, location, amenities, WiFi, fire pit, and so much more at this lovely cabin in the woods! We all loved it. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Fully stocked kitchen appliances & gadgets, towels, cleaning supplies etc. Brand new fridge & oven/stove. It made for a wonderful stay. The owner, Mark, checked in via text and made sure that everything was fine, and he let us have our space and never intruded. We had 4 generations there and everyone was pleased with the accommodations. I would love to stay here in the fall too. The colors must be fantastic! Thanks Mark. I’ll be coming back!

House with a view

My mother, who was the primary tenant at the house, said "it was great with a fantastic deck and view!" The house is close to Rogers Rock campground, where a bunch of family members were camping, so the location was perfect! My mom really enjoyed the house, as did others, including two of her great grandchildren.

Wonderful house between Rogers Rock and Hague

We had a wonderful time at this property. Three good size bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Great new gas grill on front porch. Washer and dryer on 2nd floor was a plus! My elderly mother has mobility issues so it was difficult for her to walk around outside. She enjoyed the flat front porch.

Great Spot to relax on Lake George

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. Mark was exceptionally helpful, especially when the weather conditions were an issue. We loved the area - not far from Ticonderoga or Bolton Landing. Beautiful Lake views made morning coffee on the deck perfect!

Wonderful getaway

We were so happy with Hilltop Haven. We had a little hiccup at check-in, which was not the Host's fault, and he took care of things quickly. The house itself was fantastic. Comfortable. Fantastic views. Far enough away from the more touristy areas to be peaceful but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to be. This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one.

Great location and view

Location for us was perfect and the view of the lake was great. Private road and driveway is steep, but wasn’t a problem. Bedrooms were spacious and everything we needed was there. Easy to communicate with Mark and he made sure everything was good

Great stay

It was an amazing experience living in this cottage.

This vacation rental is located at a great location with a beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen and family room. It’s very close to the beach and boat rental places.

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat

We had a wonderful time at Mark’s house in mid-August. We were only there a few days but enjoyed it. We rented a boat one day from the good folks at Dockside Landing Marina (ask for Stephanie), had a swim at Roger’s Rock beach and took a drive down to Bolton Landing. We hit Ft. Ticonderoga as well and soaked up some of the history, while also navigating the corn maze! The house had everything we needed and we were thankful each bedroom had A/C. I’ve rented many houses on VRBO and Mark is definitely the most responsive owner I’ve dealt with, he answered every question promptly and clearly. We had dinner out one night at the Firehouse, where the food and service were good but a bit overpriced. Wind Chill is great for ice cream or a quick bite.

Great family get away

Mark and his property were wonderful. The view from the deck is amazing and great for dinner. It’s a great location with The Hague public beach just down the road. Ticonderoga is a short drive away for dinner and a tour of the Fort. Communication was great with Mark. Cell service can be limited so save your check in info before you get there. Book this place, it’s great!

Spotlessly clean and comfortable retreat

We had a lovely and peaceful long weekend in Hague at Mark and Linda’s house. The house is spotlessly clean and inviting. The beds are comfortable and have plenty of linens, the house is stocked with many helpful items like detergent, wipes, sunscreen, cleanser, air freshener, etc. The air conditioner units all work very well to cool the rooms, and fans are provided. After days spent swimming, boating, and tubing nearby; walking around quaint Bolton Landing (20 minutes away); and touring Lake George Village (45 minutes away), we would relax in the Adirondack chairs on the deck overlooking the lake, then play board games at the kitchen table or watch TV and relax on the comfy furniture in the living room. We didn’t cook at the house but the kitchen is large and well-stocked. I especially appreciated the washer/dryer on the bedroom level for quick drying of beach towels (also provided) and cleaning of dirty kids’ clothing. The sparkling lake views in the morning are fantastic.

A Very Happy Holiday on Lake George

We loved the Lake George house for our holiday week getaway and I'd go back right now if I could. The location, house, and room descriptions were all accurate and we found that the property offered more than expected. My young daughter and I loved nature walks on the wooded trail accessed right behind the house. The lake setting is quite beautiful, day and night. Communication with the host was the best so far in my Vrbo experience. Great start to 2021!

Great Family Getaway

This property had plenty of room for a family of 4 and was close enough to a variety of activities without being in a crowded area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for our weeklong stay. The house also had plenty of board games for the days we didn’t have a ton planned or for the couple of times it rained. The owner was available for questions throughout the trip and provided great information before our arrival as to businesses and activities being open or closed (due to Covid). He also checked in a few times throughout our stay to make sure we were all set. We will definitely return when we visit the Lake George region.

The Huestis family has owned this property since the 1950's. George and Ruth Huestis purchased the property which was originally the site of the old 'Indian Kettles Hotel'. The property is directly above the Indian Kettles Restaurant, which has since closed. The Huestis family has been coming up to enjoy Lake George for many generations. My parents bought this property when I was very young and I spent all my summers here. My wife, Linda, and I are now the owners of this property.
