Bekvämt till öppet mästerskap 2019 i Portrush, Giant's Causeway, Bushmills Distillery och Game of Thrones-platserna. Detta rymliga radhus ligger bara fem minuters promenad från affärer, pubar, restauranger i en riktning och hamnen, sandstranden, tennisbanor och Ballycastle golfbana i den andra riktningen.

Beläget i en liten, gated utveckling med privat parkering är det intill en populär lekplats och har utsikt över stadens lekplatser framtill.

Fastigheten ligger över tre våningar med ett stort kök / matsal / vardagsrum på första våningen med utsikt över parken mot Fair Head och Skottland. En spis med flera bränslen ger en kontaktpunkt med plats för 6-8 personer i vardagsrummet där det finns en TV och DVD-spelare. Matbordet, beläget i det välutrustade köket, har plats för 6-8 personer.

Dörrar från köksområdet vetter mot en mycket privat balkong på baksidan av fastigheten med utsikt över de omgivande kullarna och grönska - perfekt för luncher, eftermiddagste, solbad eller kvällsdrycker.

Nedervåningen på bottenvåningen hittar gästerna ett vardagsrum med soffa, TV, DVD-spelare och ett litet urval av böcker och spel. Denna våning har också ett rymligt duschrum och ett tvåbäddsrum som har direkt tillgång till det stora dekorerade området på baksidan av fastigheten.

Det finns två solstolar lagrade i hallen på bottenvåningen tillsammans med tennisracketar, picknickdäck, vindjacka och karosseribord. Ett litet bistrobord och stolar finns i vardagsrummet.

Utanför ger den täckta ingången bekväm förvaring för stockar och en låda med barns strandleksaker. Härifrån finns det också tillgång till terrängen på baksidan av fastigheten.

På andra våningen hittar du sovrummet med eget duschrum. Dubbla dörrar vetter mot en liten balkong med utsikt över parken till havet och Skottland i fjärran. Även på andra våningen finns ett tvåbäddsrum som serveras av ett familjebadrum med dusch över badkar.

Fastigheten värms upp med centralvärme som ger omedelbar värme och en konstant tillförsel av varmt vatten.

Beautiful holiday home in ballycastle

Spent 5nights there, so well laid out especially for me, 2 beds, walk in shower and sitting room on ground floor as I have arthritis. Vry privAte and every comfort.

Fabulous Accommodation

Excellent property spacious well maintained and equipped. Ideal for a great family hoilday. Super location close to all amenities, beaches, landmarks, etc. Hosts Annette and Alyn very friendly, helpful and easily contactable throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great house

This is a lovely house, well equipped and plenty of space. It's in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops and bars. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Great place to stay.

We had a wonderful week using the house as our base to visit various locations and drives through the beautiful countryside and coastline. We were met by Anette and her husband at the property to ensure we understood how everything worked and showed us around. Pub and restaurants were recommended along with a file of places for us to visit. If we are in that area again we would certainly try to book this house again.

Top property & top location

A friendly welcome, spotlessly clean house with all mod cons and personal touches, very convenient location for a family visit to Ballycastle. The house is in the heart of the town with access to the beach just 5 mins walk & cafes, bars, food shopping close by also. Ballycastle is a great location to tour the North coast & Rathlin island. Natural beauty & sites of historic interest at your fingertips. The tennis courts are a great facility too.

3 days in Ballycastle!

The property is in a superb location, turn left out of the development and you are in the hustle and bustle of the centre, turn right and you wander down to the harbour, seafront and beautiful beaches. The owners are very warm and friendly and make you feel very welcome. The property is ideal and very spacious with the accommodation working well for families or individual guests. Its a real home from home. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit Ballycastle!

Location property excellent for shopping & walking distance to beach, & drive to other sites of interest. Giants causeway & rope bridge, Dunluce Castle, Glenriff Waterfall Nature Reserve The townhouse is spread over 3 floors with lounge room, 1 bedroom & and shower on ground floor great for eaderly visitors With stairs to kitchen etc

EXCELLENT VISIT

The property was in a great location - only a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, mini golf and delicious fish & chips. Also easy walking to an amazing butcher, bakery and grocery store - everything you need is within walking distance. Easy driving to explore the Causeway Costal Route as well. The property was easy to access with private, secure parking. The kitchen was very well equiped. Would highly recommend for anyone wishing to visit Northern Ireland.

Friends' long-overdue get-together

Our group of five friends all agreed that the house was ideal for a wide range of potential holidaymakers, from families to groups of friends to couples. Since the house is the owners' personal holiday home, it is extremely well equipped and stocked. However, the best recommendation is probably the owners' generosity-thanks Annette and Alyn.
