Fastigheten är en av fyra konverterade tidigare fiskarstugor bara
   50 meter från hamnen väggen ligger i ett lugnt omr��de, nr 6 Cliff
   House Cottages är en mysig beachside bolthole med boende allt på
   en nivå. Seahouses är ett utmärkt läge med några bra affärer, kaféer
   och pubar, slaktare och stormarknad. Den livliga hamnen är bara 50
   meter bort från stugan, gå till den närliggande stranden eller packa upp en
   picknick och gå av på en av vandringslederna.

En populär utflykt är en båttur över Farneöarna till
   observera sjöfåglarna och kolonin av gråtätningar. Besök den imponerande
   Bamburgh Castle som klamrar sig till en stenig utkik, eller leder till Holy Island
   och Lindisfarne (tillgänglig vid lågvatten längs kausalbanan). Bara söderut
   av Seahouses är Beadnell Bay med sin unika västläge hamn för
   segling, vindsurfing och dykning. Bra golf (0. 5 miles),
   fiske och ridning finns lokalt.

Very comfortable stay in an excellent cottage

No 6 Cliff House Cottages was an excellent find! It is small but perfect for 2 people and we also took our 3 dogs. To arrive and find welcome packs for each dog which had treats, Pooh bags, a bowl and towel was such a thoughtful touch. Us humans really appreciated our welcome pack too. The cottage isreally well equipped and was exceptionally clean. The location, so close to beaches and also the town centre is ideal and our dogs just loved their runs and swims. Thank you for our happy and comfortable week!

First trip to Northumberland

A small and compact cottage but everything you need for your holiday even doggy treats for your four legged friend . The location is perfect just a short stroll to the harbour and shops . The cottage was clean and welcoming would recommend to other couples

A wonderful holiday

I decided to take a trip down memory lane and spend a few days in Seahouses where I holidayed as child over 50 years ago!. We used to stay on the caravan site, just round the cliff from this cottage, and pass the time away on sunny days on the rocky shore below. How delighted I was to find that little had changed, and even the weather was kind to us! My daughter and I, plus our two dogs, were most impressed with our welcome packs..Ollie and Betsy especially loved their apple flavoured treats. What a lovely touch! The cottage had everything we could wish for and was very cosy when we arrived. The heaters proved to be highly efficient so we only needed to switch them on for a few minutes, morning and evening. The kitchen was well equipped and all the towels and bedding were beautiful. We found the courtyard area, with its picnic tables and generous parking space, to be ideal for our stay, and the location was so convenient for the beaches, cliffs and the town. Your cleaning team had done a great job in getting the cottage ready for us and everything was immaculate. I would recommend this property most highly to anyone who wants to enjoy the Northumberland coast with, or without their 4 legged friends! PS: Don't miss out on the hot kipper buns from Swallowfish smokehouse just a minute's walk away!

We had a lovely holiday.

The cottage was excellent - lovely and warm and very clean and comfortable. It is very well placed in Seahouses, close to all the amenities and also the beautiful harbour. We could thoroughly recommend it

Nice to be back

This was our second stay at No 6 and our third stay at one of the Cliff Cottages so obviously we think it is pretty good. Best described as compact it is a perfect cottage for two, well furnished and equipped and located just a minute or so from the harbour and sea views. The cottage has private parking and is just 5/6 minutes walk from the main shops, takeaways, pubs etc.

A wonderful week in a wonderful place.

Where to begin after such a wonderful holiday in north Northumberland staying in a lovely well equipt comfortable cottage.The cottage is very well situated very close to the shops, pubs and harbour. There are a number of excellent golf courses within a short distance and it is very well situated for visits to Alnwick ,Berwick and many surrounding places of interest. It was an overall very relaxing week and there is plenty room for parking. I think Stay Northumbria have got it just right ten out of ten from us.

Have stayed in the place before and nothing much has changed but it suits our needs very well. A change of curtains would be an improvement as they are very tired.Other than that all was good.

No 6 Cliff Cottage

The cottage provided everything you could possibly need ,the welcome packs for us & the dog were a sweet touch. I can't believe they only have a 3 star rating it should be a five star!!!! We will definitely go again.

Well equipped cottage in good location

Comfortable well equipped and clean cottage in ideal location a short wall to harbour and town centre, only downsides are WiFi not good inside property but worked well outside and we found bedroom a bit to bright with light coming through skylight could do with better blind. We really like Seahouses and Northumberland and had a very enjoyable holiday.

4th time back to cliff house cottages

1st time in no6, 4th time at cliff house cottages.Never had reason to complain about anything cottages have always been spotless when we've turned up.Lovely area with plenty of places to visit and things to do.

Staying at No. 6 Cliffe House Cottage again

We have been to Seahouses many times and the last three times we have stayed at Cliff House cottage - the location is ideal - near the town but quiet with no traffic, the cottage is very comfortable, clean and well appointed and lastly the parking for the car is a bonus. Will come again.
