The Gatehouse Àr en bottenvÄning lÀgenhet som grÀnsar till huvudbyggnaden "Castle House" i Village of Penysarn. Fastigheten har en stor 250 ft trÀdgÄrd som för nÀrvarande Àr ett arbete i Progress, eftersom vi bara rör oss hÀr för nÄgra mÄnader sedan. LÀgenheten har tvÄ sovrum - en dubbel och tvÄbÀddsrum med kök och helt nytt modernt badrum.
Den lugna stranden i Llaneilian ligger bara en mil och en halv bort lÀngs en landsvÀg och ger en vacker promenad. Detta tar dig sedan till Angleseys fantastiska kustvÀg, om du sÄ önskar.
Penysarn nestlar ocksÄ i skuggan av Parys Mountain som en gÄng var hemma för den största kopparmynten i vÀrlden och Àr nu ett arvscenter.
Vi har en regelbunden buss som stannar runt hörnet frÄn fastigheten varje halvtimme och tar dig överallt pÄ ön eller till och med norra Wales om du sÄ önskar.
NÀrmaste stad Àr Amlwch, ca 3 minuters bilresa bort, som brukade vara ett blomstrande fiske- och handelshavare. Fisketurer kan ordnas om det behövs.

We have many years experiences of looking after guests through B & B and self catering. Dic and I have 6 children and all have now left the nest (woohoo)! the bonus of this is that we now have 14 grandchildren.
We bought Castle House as we had originally thought to downsize but when you see the size of the property, you'll see that we got that wrong ! We used to own the local Village and shop which also had a Post Office. After 8 years of work beginning at 6.00 a.m and ending at 8.00 p.m. we decided that we wanted a 'life'. We also had a small cafe so we have many years of face to face contact with people.
My background is in theatre and television and I am a very outgoing person who enjoys the company of others very much. I get a lot of pleasure from entertaining and looking after other people which makes it ideal to be a holiday host.
My hobby is baking and cooking and I have an honesty cart outside the house and it has jams, chutneys and cakes on a daily basis which is another form of looking after people.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The property is quite simple but we have a very high standard of cleanliness and as we live on the site, we are available should any problems arise. This is the ideal location for a quiet holiday. There is a very large garden that we only discovered some time after moving in. It is still very much a work in progress project but we hope to have it looking the way we want it by next season. We see quite a bit o f wild life wandering around the garden and if you're lucky, you may even see our little squirrel The property is centrally located in the small Village of Penysarn and just around the corner is the Village shop and Post Office and opposite the property is the local craft shop which sells local ales and gins.
As you need a car to get anywhere on the Island, we are ideally positioned for you to get to wherever you want.
There are many different types of beaches not too far away, so if you're looking for a family sandy beach or a quiet little rocky cove, it's all here for you.
