Surf Side Shores # 1603 är ett inre Gulf-front 2 sovrum 2 badrum villa ligger på 6: e våningen i byggnaden jag med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Enheten är ca 820 kvm med utsikt över bukten från vardagsrummet och Gulf-sida sovrummet. Dessa lägenheter har ett fullt utrustat kök med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns 2 fulla bad med antingen ett badkar / dusch combo eller fristående dusch. Gulf-sida master badrum nås via sovrummet och hallen. Gatan sida sovrummet har ett eget badrum med en stand-up dusch.
Surf Side Shores I och II är 9 våningar byggnader med 6 enheter per våning ligger en mil väster om Highway 59 i Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores har två beach sida pooler, varav en är en förlängd säsong pool. Fastigheten har också en grillning område som tjänster både byggnader I och II. 2 bil gräns.

* Avbeställningsregler: Verksamhetsavgiften på $ 89 återbetalas aldrig. Avbokning, ändring av datum för vistelse eller egendom inom 30 dagar efter ankomst resulterar i förlust av depositionen. Skulle fastigheten ombokas för samma datum och priser, kommer depositionen mindre avgiften återbetalas tillbaka.

Wonderful spring break

Indiana Fall Breakers

Great property with all amenities of home. Staying in a 2bed 2 bath condo with washer/dryer and dishwasher is a vacation game changer. Gorgeous view of sunrise. Seeing and hearing the ocean from bed in master was perfect. Great balcony seating. This condo was only few feet from elevator and parking was very convenient. Access to beach was easy. Beach area is small but it is private for those staying on property. Master bedroom mattress was a bit flat. Dishwasher left smell on dishes. This was reported at checkout. I would stay at this property again without hesitation. I am already missing the views and ocean waves.

Amazing balcony view!

Property was well cleaned when we arrived. Loved the view from the balcony and being right on the beach! The place was full, but we never heard our neighbors at night and everyone was very friendly. The master bed was too soft for my husband – and with the indentations on each side, it may need to be replaced before long. (I prefer soft beds and slept fine.) The furniture in the living room was extremely comfortable and seemed new. (We didn’t use the sofa bed). My husband and daughter fought over the recliner. We enjoyed the pool and finding crabs on the sand at night. Bathrooms by the pool were a nice touch as well. I searched for several weeks to find a 2BR/2BA on the beach with a pool. I really wanted 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom, but we bought pool noodles to put under the fitted mattress for our 2 teenagers and that seemed to work, since it was a king. No one wanted to sleep on the sofa bed because their desire to sleep in > their own space, with parents who get up early to make coffee! My daughter said the bed (closest to the front door) was super comfortable and it was so nice that they had their own bathroom! We walked to Pier 33 grocery several times to get the items we needed through the week. We were very happy with the location and rental property!

We had fun

The only things that needs major improvement in this condo is the cooking utensils. The pots and pans are pretty terrible. Loose handles, beaten up, overused. They need to be replaced as soon as possible. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Great location and walk to the beach. Easy check in/out process. The pull out bed was comfortable compared to many. We would stay here again, but would make sure to bring our own pots and pans for cooking.

Nice place, great view, some things broken

There are a few things that need to be fixed. The closet door in the second bedroom didn’t want to open and close. The fan in that bathroom sounded horrendous. The pillows where really flat. The view was amazing and I loved being right on the beach. My kid really enjoyed the heated pool! The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils.

OK Condo, Great Location

We love the Surfside Shores building and location, we have stayed at this building before. This condo is in need of a little updating (paint, bathroom fixtures, flooring, etc). There were a few things broken we noticed (closet doors, refrigerator shelves, curtain rods) but overall we had all we needed and a location that was wonderful. It does concern me to stay in a unit where things are broken as I do not want to get blamed for something that I did not do.

Labor Day Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was a little older. No wi-fi. Some light fixtures didn’t work. When we opened the oven door the handle came off and the closet doors were off their tracks. Overallit could’ve used a little refresh on the inside. Pool wasn’t open the 1st day, but they got it open the 2nd day. We had one night when the elevator didn’t work. That being said, nothing was a dealbreaker. It was priced right, the patio furniture was great and we had an awesome view from the 6th floor. The water was perfect during our stay and the location was good-a little quieter than other places we have stayed. Good place for a few days, but if we were going for a longer stay, I would spring for something a little nicer.

Nice place to stay

The condo was nice and the location was great. It seems a little outdated as far as electrical outlets and style of the bathrooms, but that is not anything terrible. The AC was not working when we got there, but one phone call to the office and they had it fixed in just a few hours. Overall it felt very cosy, but probably would not recommend for more than 4 adults. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I brought our two teens and both my mother and his mother to the beach. The condo has everything you need to relax on the beach. We were never crowded or disturbed by the other families staying in the condo.

Overall pretty good!

This was a nice condo for 4 people. Definitely wouldn't have room for any more. 2nd bedroom was very cramped. Had a king size bed and two small nite stands. No dresser and a small closet. Could use a little updating throughout the condo, but overall we had a nice stay!

Great location... but that’s it!

The location is perfect. Easy beach access. The condo was not very clean.. there is way too much furniture and throw pillows in there and several breakable items. (Not very kid friendly). The condo does have a washer and dryer but you have to empty the water from the dryer which was annoying. The wifi is non existent... I reached out to the rental company and was told to contact the internet company (didn’t feel that was my job to do that), the step up from the glass doors is horrible.. I would not bring anyone elderly here because they could easily get hurt stepping over it. There were no extra blankets for the couch beds. Both closet doors are off track.. and there was no clothes storage space in the second bedroom. I don’t think 6 people would be comfortable in there... would be pretty cramped. Also the hot tubs didn’t work or weren’t turned on the whole time we were there and unfortunately there is only one elevator so you have to wait often.
