Njut av fusion av modernt design som möter traditionell arkitektur i stenhus från slutet av 1800-talet. Det finns 3 sovrum och 2 badrum utrustade med luftkonditionering och TV. Matsalen har ett fullt utrustat kök, inklusive en tvättmaskin och en smart TV. Wi-fi-signalen är stark i alla delar av huset.
Det finns utomhusutrymmen, fullt möblerade med sittplatser för att njuta av middag ute och vackra solnedgångar över havet.
Nyrenoverat stenhus från slutet av 1800-talet med 3 sovrum och 2 badrum, lämplig för sex gäster. Huset har två stora terrasser och en 300m2 trädgård på baksidan, perfekt för avkoppling utomhus. Det ligger 350m promenad från en vacker strand i den lugna traditionella byn Rijeka Rezevici. Stranden är tillgänglig till fots eller med bil, med en bra restaurang och strandklubb, Balun.
Ligger 50m från huset är fiskrestaurangen Izvor och en liten byaffär med mat och dryck.

Perfect stay in Montenegro!

We loved everything about Zdravko’s Rezecivi home!It is clean, well appointed with extra blankets, pillows and plenty of kitchen essentials. Check in/out & communication was fantastic.We loved the view and walking proximity to a neighborhood market and restaurants. Just a short ride to several beaches and more restaurant options. We would love to come back and stay again.

Beautifully renovated and comfortable villa near Budva

Zdravko is a charming fellow who made me and my three adult daughters feels right at home from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine and Zdravko answered all our questions promptly. The villa was renovated beautifully and is full of character with a well appointed kitchen. The walk out patio off the master bedroom had an uninterrupted view of the ocean and proved perfect for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine and cards in the evening. All three bedrooms were bright, stylishly decorated, and had comfortable beds. The second patio at the back of the house offered stunning mountain views, and the third patio at the entrance was also comfortable. The villa is within walking distance of a great seafood restaurant and a short drive from Sveti Stefan and various beaches and beach clubs. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough for anyone capable of managing an open spiral staircase— our experience was perfection from start to finish. Thank you Zdravko, for being such a wonderful host. We’ll remember our stay forever.

Considerably better than most properties you'll find in the region

We stayed at this property for a couple of weeks in August '22 - me, my other half, mother in law and our 3 kids aged 10/7/4. It is a traditional stone house built in the early 1800s and fitted out in 2016 to an exceptionally high standard. Having stayed elsewhere around Montenegro (and Croatia, Greece, Serbia), I have to say we were blown away by the standard of materials, construction, bathroom fittings & the quality of workmanship in this property. There are no cut corners, no expense spared (Grohe in the bathrooms, highest quality marble floors, etc) with interior design that is unusually subtle and preserves the character of the property. There is a pretty exclusive beach a few minutes walk downhill from here, but if you're coming with small children and have a car, you won't find a better situated property in terms of having easy access to the main road. There's an easily accessible parking space 10 metres from the front door, and from there you're within easy 5 mins drive to Petrovac with a couple of excellent beaches on the way. The only concern worth mentioning is that the stairs are traditional - spiral stairs with no hand rails. Probably unsuitable for children below the age of 4-5 unless your kids are well behaved / cautious. The owners live round the corner and friendly and positive. Always available, reliable, responsive, well connected knowledgeable of the are. Would have no issue wholeheartedly recommending this to anyone. Drop Zdravko a line if you haven't booked a rental car yet, he might be able to help you out.

In the heart of things

We could not have wished for a better accommodation during our 2-week family vacation (3 adults, one pre-teen). The house is freshly renovated in a really tasteful way with meticulous attention to detail. Large comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, beautiful sea views from both floors, cozy kitchen and outdoor areas, with pomegranate and olive trees--and a most generous host who's become a friend. Zdravko was extremely high-touch, responsive, and knowledgeable about the area. The house has tucked-away private parking to relax about the car (street parking is tight) and towels and beach mats. The village is close to everything, but away from the crowds--10 min away from Sveti Stefan and 20 from Budva. It has its own little beach and a great beach bar with spectacular views and excellent food. We feel so lucky we found this house and are thinking of coming back!

I loved it !

Beautiful house located in a quiet, friendly village. Zdravko is a very communicative host, always available and giving us great local tips. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen fully equipped - Making cooking a real pleasure. It is located about 10mins walk to the beach, which can also be reached by car. Perfect place for a peaceful vacation - urban life (restaurants, bars etc.) just a dozen kilometers away.

A few days at the beach...

I've stayed at Zdravko's house in Rezevici before and I'll certainly be coming back again! The village is lovely -- quiet enough you can really relax while you're there, but close enough to civilisation you don't miss out on anything -- Budva is only 20mins by cab if you want some more varied dinner options. The house itself is fantastic --It's homely without being cluttered, really well equipped, the beds are really comfy and the bedrooms don't get too hot at night. Perhaps most importantly only a 10 minute stroll to the beach, which is awesome! I was visiting Montenegro with some friends who stayed elsewhere in the village. We would gather here as it was the more comfortable place -- the big kitchen and the terrace/garden made it easy to have people over for dinner. I'm going to come again next year... but for a much longer stay!
