Rundanina Village Life Studio

Rundanina Village Life Studio is a typical tiny retreat for enjoying an authentic experience in the quaint village of Vernazza, Cinque Terre. It\'s an accurate, newly furbished property, a cute studio with the peculiarity of having its own bathroom plus an extra tiny room on the other side of the building corridor. Pictures will show this very well, so, please, pay attention in choosing this property.



The Studio

Rundanina Village Life Studio occupies the first floor of an ancient buildings of the famous Vernazza main street.



It is a first floor apartment if we enter from main street, Via Visconti, but  it\'s a ground floor unit if we enter the building from the the backroad Via Mazzini.



The studio has an open space (Rundanina #1) with a completely new Ikea kitchen corner at the entrance, a dining table for 4, a double bed and a single bed. The Studio two window open on the Vernazza main street below and offer a lovely partial view of the sea and the main square.



An extra tiny bedroom with single bed and the property private bathroom (Rundanina #2) is out of the studio door, on the building staircase landing, with entrance from the building corridor.

Good To Know

It is a lovely property centrally located.



External bathroom to the studio note: you might encounter other guests of the building (there\'s only another unit in it) while going to the bathroom. So please be aware of this in choosing this unit. The single bed in the detached room with bathroom could be used for those who travel and want to sleep separated. Please, specify this at the time of reservation. No refund will be given for no ensuite bathroom.



Why Choosing it

The property is ideal for guests who are looking for a no frills property, with good comforts  and an absolute clean and new space at convenient price.  It\'s a good solution for young travellers, couples and small families.



Location is everything at Rundanina Studio. The entire village of Vernazza will be at your hand: restaurants, pubs, beaches and stores. A village life experience is guaranteed. Noises from the street will be part of the experience, of course, so be aware of this if you are a light sleeper.



Parking

in the Cinque Terre car parkings are all far from the villages pedestrian area (the only exception is Monterosso). In Vernazza it is 1200 mt over the village and a shuttle van takes guests down and up during day time. It\'s nice solution fro those who reach the village by car. But be careful: the road dow to Vernazza is narrow and all turns and bends. Not advisable to drive it at dark and when raining.
