Ett sovrum kung sovrummet har en TV som vardagsrummet och extra sova på vardagsrummet med 2 futon. Enheten har nyligen uppdaterats för att vara mycket folklig och bekväma. Ta en promenad på stranden på morgonen och ta i de stora restaurangerna senare.

Det finns s�� många saker att göra h��r på stranden om du inte vill gå för långt. Vi har en trevlig cabana med en gigantisk 70 tums tv, ett kök och 2 pooler och ett stort omr��de med gas grill.

När det g��ller den nya Smyrna Beach resort omr��de som vi är konsekvent rankade en av de bästa havet platser av Trip.

Cute condo

The only complaint was the recliners that were broken. They would not go back in place once reclined. Hard for old people to get out of. It would have been nice to have a Kuerig as was stated. The price was fair but next time would like an ocean view. Cate is very easy to work with checkin and out was fast and easy.

A perfect unit for the 2 of us for a quick 3- day visit to the area. Association pool and close proximity to the beach were key! The unit was older but nicely appointed and clean. I was concerned how close the parking lot was but it actually made it so nice to load in and load out. Great host!

Nice Getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be on the first floor and close to the pool. The kids loved the heated pool. However, we thought there was a hot tub. It was actually a kiddie pool. The area had recently suffered much damage from the hurricane. The house next door was literally missing the entire front and beds and other items falling/hanging out. The worse part was the smoke alarm was going off for 36hrs and we had to listen to the annoying beeping while at the beach and pool. I realize it was not part of the condo and out of there control. It was just really annoying!

Relaxing Vacation

Overall it was all we needed. Even though this condo doesn’t have an outside patio but that is clearly stated. You don’t need one you walk out your door and around the corner is the pool and the ocean. We enjoyed it very much !

Comfy place with pool and beach just steps away..

Comfy one bedroom condo (also has two futons) that's perfect for anyone who wants to have a pool, beach access, and great views while sunbathing on pool deck. We wanted to be out and about... not sitting on a balcony. Great price and location and a fun area to explore.

30 seconds from door to beach/heated pool, nice to be so close. Unit has everything, very comfortable. NSB area has a lot to offer for an extended stay.

I enjoy meeting everyone and seeing happy memories unfold for all who come to stay for a few days, a week or even a few months. Hacienda del Sol II is the nicest complex on the island as you will see when you arrive. Have a wonderful vacation!

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.
