Krystal Shores ligger strax söder om Manistee. Detta 2 sovrum 1 badrum hem har alla bekvämligheter hemma tillsammans med privat sjö frontage på vackra all-sport Gun Lake i fontän Michigan. Stuga sover upp till 6 och har fullt utrustat kök tillsammans med en separat matsal och med en fyra säsong rum som erbjuder extra matsal och utmärkt utsikt över sjön och vilda djur. Our son has limited mobility but was able to move around the cottage and property easily, which made things nice. He really liked watching the ducks on the lake.

Beautiful lake view, but serious issues. No advance warning that the lake was chemically treated during our stay. The lake was also unswimmable due to muck. The cottage had major accessibility hazards—steps not disclosed, a bathroom inaccessible to walkers, and a dangerously high bed. My husband tripped on an old door track left at the front entry. Shower faucet was faulty. Ice maker didn't work. WiFi info was confusing. Host provided little guidance or communication. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues or expecting accuracy in the listing.

Bathroom entrance from main bedroom. Note walker next to bed and height of bed. Also door inaccessible for walker. Significantly too narrow. I had to grab onto the the linen closet doorknob then the sink in order to access the bathroom. Dangerous!

The floor next to the tub shows signs of leaking from the tub. It was moldy and disgusting.

The 2 doors/doorways that entered the bathroom. I would not have rented this cottage if I had known I wouldn't be able to get into the bathroom without my walker.

Perfect Michigan Cottage Stay

Absolute gem! This place has everything you could possibly need to have a true Michigan cottage/lake experience. The cottage is very cozy and inviting. Whether it’s a couples getaway or a family vacation I would highly recommend this place!

A great fishing week.

The property was very clean and having a pontoon made it very convenient to fish easily. We would highly recommend staying here for a quiet getaway.

Anniversary getaway

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house had everything we needed. The private beach area was absolutely beautiful and so clean. My husband caught at least a dozen fish off the pier within 30 minutes of getting there! Would definitely book again.

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed the quiet and getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sunsets were amazing viewed from the back sunroom, the patio, and beach, the cabin was clean and comfortable, and the host was very helpful. We love the greater Ludington area and enjoyed some great hikes in the area, including Ludington State Park. Be aware there is no wi-fi, and cell phone reception is pretty weak (1 bar at best)--the perfect way to genuinely unplug.

Cozy lake house

Great Property!

This was rented for an overflow of guests at our cottage down the road so the location convenience was perfect. The rental was very clean and homey inside and out. Beds were very comfortable and just about everything you would need for a fun stay was provided. I will definitely rent again in the future. Thanks Krista!!

Relaxing

The property was very nice, fishing was very good off the pier. We liked the location, close enough to both Ludington and Manistee and all they have to offer, but not too close. Our only disappointment was no pontoon. It was apparently being repaired, and ended up not being available all week.

Relaxing Stay

We had a great time away from the normal pace of every day life. The cottage was very clean and served our family well. I must say the mattress on the queen bed is extra comfy and my husband and I slept great! My son in law fished a good deal of the time and was very successful catching lots of fish. Our 5 year old grandson caught his first fish on this trip too! Lots of fun. Only downside was the large number of snails that washed up on the beach and after borrowing a rake from a neighbor, he advised caution swimming in the lake because of swimmers itch. We went into Ludington several times to Lake Michigan beach instead. If you’re looking for a quiet escape I’d highly recommend this property.

Great Spot

We enjoyed the quietness! No wifi or tv was no problem. We loved the lake + boat and enjoyed each other’s company! Close to Ludington too for all the fun that beach town has!
