VÀnster leder dig genom ett annat samlingsrum till det uppdaterade och snyggt utrustade köket, komplett med en Kuerig kaffebryggare. Det enda badrummet Àr en enkel som ligger bakom matsalen.

PÄ övervÄningen finns tre sovrum. TvÄ har drottningar och man har ett par tvillingar. De fyra Kingsdown-madrasserna Àr helt nya. Dubbelzonens centrala vÀrme och luft ger en jÀmn och bekvÀm miljö. Inga naturgas eller propansystem eliminerar gasens oro i hemmet. Kinetico vattensystemet ger friskt och renat brunnsvatten.

Omfattande landskapsarkitektur ramar en underbar uteplats och dÀck till vÀnster och baksidan av hemmet. Njut av en biff pÄ gasgrillen eller laga nÄgot i lÀgereldet (ved tillhandahÄlls med ved). Charming old house with modern amenities in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Very clean, very comfortable. The host was accommodating with our schedule and super friendly, even brought wood and kindling for our little campfire. Brought my dogs and they had the time of their lives running around and exploring. What a great stay, highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful guesthouse. The house has lots of character and there is plenty of space inside and outside for relaxing and enjoying the country surroundings. G.R. is a great host and we appreciated his efforts to make us feel at home and making sure that we had what we needed. We spent two nights here with family and hope that we get the opportunity to come back sometime.

Excellent farm house for the whole family

My family had a great stay at this spacious farm house. My two young kids and two dogs loved all the outdoor space. The host was easy to contact and if we had any issues, he was just a 60 second drive away. We were even sent home with some beef from the host’s cattle farm! The house was very clean and thoughtfully organized. We will absolutely be staying here again.

This is a wonderful old farmhouse with so much character! It has a charming front flower garden and lovely front porch to relax and watch the deer.The rooms were perfect for us with very comfortable beds. It was really nice to not have to worry about packing linens and the sheets and towels smelled wonderful!We spent a lot of time talking about the house, wondering how many feet had walked those beautiful wood floors, Christmases of old, and what the families were like. It's a great place to stay if, like us, you have a wedding near Staunton or you just want to hike some of the local trails. I would definitely come back.

Peaceful surroundings & great location

This farmhouse is very well located with beautiful and peaceful surroundings, yet close to stores, restaurants and attractions. Clean and well appointed, it is perfect for relaxing between sightseeing trips. G.R. was a great host, so were the two felines on the premises.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Augusta County

The farmhouse was topnotch... Comfy beds, beautiful old wooden floors, and nice heating. For those with small bladders, worth highlighting that the 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. G.R. was a wonderful, thoughtful host. One of the outdoor cats (Hunky) was extremely friendly. Would definitely book again.

Fun on the farm!

We had a wonderful time on the farm! We saw chickens, cows, deer, a raccoon, a skunk, and some adorable barn cats. The owners are very nice and very hospitable. The farm house was the perfect size for our family to stay in and it had everything we needed. We highly recommend this vacation spot.

Wonderful Valley Home

Garland and his wife were great hosts! The home was just as described—very clean, good AC (it was HOT outside), comfy beds and nice seating areas. They brought us farm-fresh eggs when we arrived and made us feel right at home. The views are wonderful and we were within 15-20 minutes of all the things we wanted to see. This is a gem of a home and we’d love to stay again.

Great Stay in the farmhouse

Really nice stay in this peaceful farmhouse. We were visiting the Shakespeare center in Staunton, but wanted to stay somewhere out of town. This old farmhouse was peaceful, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Use Google Maps to get there, Apple maps took my wife to the wrong street. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay at Garland's farm

Thank you so much for this great stay!! It was above what we expected, and from far our best stay in the region. Garland communicated super well about how to access the house and was always available to help or give us advice on things to do around. The house is very nicely decorated and easy to use, with everything we needed. The environment and the nature around is beautiful and peaceful, a real heaven far from the noise and activity of the city. We all (both children and adults) really enjoyed feeding the chicken, helping Garland taking care of the cows and discovering the activities of the farm. Garland and his family gave us a warm welcome and we really liked chatting with them. They even gave us some fresh eggs and meat from their cattle! We would come back with joy anytime if we were not leaving the US soon. Thank you to all the family and hopefully, we'll come back one day.
