The perfect beach command center!

What a great location, more than enough room, and all the amenities that you really need at the beach. The host was excellent and Incredibly communicative, and made the whole process easy. The location is fantastic, as you are steps away from the beach, the boardwalk, coffee shop, ice cream, amusements, and friends and family. We're hoping to do this one again!

Great Location!

The house was beautifully located and convenient to beach and boardwalk. We drove from Georgia, so we wish we were informed that we needed to bring sheets, pillows and towels before we had left home. It is not stated in the advertisement that these amenities are not included. I had not experienced this before. The bathrooms definitely need updating and did contain mold on the shower curtains, but other than that it was clean and spacious. We all did enjoy our stay.

Great for extended family

In my over 10 years of multiple stays over the US, this house was the best equipped for dishes and silverware. There was plenty of both for 10 people. Friendly neighbors. Short walk to the boardwalk. Plenty of cushions for the outdoor furniture. Plenty of seating inside and out. Cons: no curtains or shades on the upstairs windows in the dining room or living room or sliding door in the living room, which faces the street and full west sun. Great communication with Sandra on first day only. Yes, there is a tv upstairs but only firestick. Yes, there is a tv downstairs but had no signal (questions to Sandra went unanswered). All in all, really great place. Very clean. All the essentials to get our stay off to a good start. Bring a fan for upstairs rooms to make it more pleasant. Plenty of grilling utensils. One of the best parts was sitting on the balcony with morning coffee in the cushioned chairs watching the bit of ocean or just the local activity on the street.

Great location, lots of room in the house, needs a little work

Distance to the beach is unbelievably good, and the house is very spacious for groups of 7 to 9 people. There are a few issues that need to be addressed, and I did contact the property manager to let her know. She responded that some of the issues are caused by renters who do not treat the property like their own home, which is shameful. We did not have any information on the check-in process, so that could be clarified for future renters. Some of the windows need coverings or blinds repaired, and there are some doors where the locks do not work. I am sure with a little effort in the offseason this house could be very nice agaiin.

Great location and huge house

Had a great time at Sandra's property. There is enough parking for 5 cars, which was great, and it is literally a 1 minute walk from the beach. There were 2 families with 5 children in our party and there was more than enough room for all of us inside comfortably for the week, and between the backyard area and the front roof deck there is plenty of space to hang outside as well. Overall. we we thrilled with the house and are already thinking about renting it again next year.

Unmet expectations

I expected the house to be as clean when we arrive as would a roadside motel where I would pay $100/night or less. It was not. The electronics were all garbled up and nonfunctional. Remotes were no where to be found. The property manager worked on it for quite a while and we finally found each of the remotes underneath the respective couches on each floor. I think the previous occupants did what they thought was funny, but it took Brian some time to get most of it functional for the week. Brian was very nice and accommodating, and worked hard to resolve those electronics problems.
