Perfect vacation spot

My husband and I had one of our best vacations here. The unit was great with a nice pool and a very short walk to the beach. It is located right off the main highway and near many good restaurants and shopping areas.

Great location

Relaxing Beach Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time in the exact same condo. My husband, son and I loved it the second time as much as we did the first. The view of the ocean was beautiful as we watched storms roll in. I loved being able to cook dinner while watching my husband and son play in the sand! It made my heart happy to walk down to the waters edge in the early morning hours. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

With it being a smaller building with only 3 floors, it was much less crowded than the other condos we could see in the distance. The free chairs and umbrella set up was especially great. The view from the balcony is amazing and just steps to the sand. Will definitely stay at Destin Beach club next trip to Destin!

We were very comfortable in our condo. The view was perfect. Access to the beach was great - a very short walk from the elevator. The staff at the office were very nice and helpful. Bring your own salt, pepper, coffee and filters…

We love Destin Beach Club because it is an easy walk to the beach and not crowded. It’s close to all our favorite restaurants.Cons: Toilet did not run properly and did not get fixed. Great stay, but Destin Realty was unresponsive to my eamils.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay, but wanted to change rooms to reduce cost, Destin Realty did not respond to two emails requesting a change. I had Travel insurance, which I thought would aid me in changing rooms. Other rooms were $500.00 cheaper.

I would suggest taller balcony furniture. The short furniture does not give a clear view of the beach because the railing/bars obstruct it. There was a terrible odor coming from the garbage disposal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin and Destin beach Club however we were not impressed with 303. It has at one point been updated, except bathrooms but has not been maintained well. The water pressure was almost nothing, toilets were low and not maintained. The bed was great! All in all it was just ok. I would not select this unit again but would recommend Destin Beach Club, great location and grounds well maintained.

Great hidden gem

We loved our stay at Destin Beach Club! Very clean upon arrival and plenty of towels for showering. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances! My only request would be to have coffee filters and dish soap for your guests upon arrival :) We will be back!
