Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Every part of the stay was perfect. We had family stay in 2 other units as well and we were able to comfortably host game night for 16 in our unit.

Incredible !!!

This was my seventh year in a row staying at Grand Luxxe and by far this was the best stay. The room, or should I say micro city hahaha, was incredible. Contact with host was great, excellent communication and we received everything that was promised. Fully recommend the stay at this property.

Beautiful condo, accurate description. Resort is huge and offers many options for fun.

The condo is beautiful and very roomy. Timeshare pressure at check-in was the only low point. Other than that the resort was spectacular.

This property was everything we could have asked for! All the comforts of home, in a beautiful and tropical setting. The staff was friendly and fun and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. We will absolutely be returning!

Beyond Perfect!

Our stay at the Grand Luxxe Residence was perfect. The room, property and service were impeccable. The concierge service was excellent. It is hard to describe how beautiful the property is. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing!

What an amazing vacation/week at an amazing location. Everything was exactly as described by the owner Mandy. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything we participated in. The staff was fantastic, helpful, friendly and accommodating. We used the spa services, did the tequila tour and had a blast at the Mexican Fiesta on the beach. Every pool we went to was well maintained and inviting. The grounds are all well manicured and the transportation was easy to access. I couldn't say more about how impressed all 9 of were about out vacation. I will go again to this resort and will rent again from Mandy the owner. Thank you for all of the pre-assistance you provided Mandy.

Fantastic!

Experience started and ended with Mandy - she's super responsive and was very helpful in accommodating special requests needed for some of the kids that were on our trip. The resort is beautiful and is a great family vacation location. Highly recommended - the photos don't do it justice!

Stunning apartment with magnificent views

The apartment was better than we expected with all the services/amenities you would expect from a top hotel but at a more reasonable price. Mandy was very helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you.

The Residence is Remarkable. Such Luxury, so much to do - Spa, Pool, Golf, Gourmet Food, Relaxation

This resort is phenomenal. From the moment you enter you the service is impeccable and reaches its highest level at THE RESIDENCE, the ultimate home away from home. Splendid surroundings,supported with every kind of activity such as cooking classes, turtle releases and more. The fitness centers offer classes as well as trainers who will monitor your workout, people who will offer you water, and a cool cloth. Entertainment at the sanctuario is exciting and fun. Pools are enjoyable and cater to all.If golf is your thing their are 2 world class courses. Our family were always busy, golfing, eating delicious crepes at Paris. sunbathing on the roof, exercizing at the fitness center, lazy river riding and gathering together at one of the spectacular restaurants in the evening, We made new Mexican memories and rebonded. At night we sank into our very comfy beds, enjoying the large screen TV's wishing vacation could go on a lot longer!!

We live in the Northeast and love the Mexican weather and exceptional hospitality at Vidanta. We have been owners at Vidanta since 2011, and have owned units in various buildings. We absolutely love The Residence and have been owners for 3 years. We feel pampered, relaxed, enjoy the amazing restaurants both on and off property. The spa, golf, pools, fitness center are all world class, and we appreciate that there is range of activities for everyone. We always go home feeling rejuvinated , looking forward to the next time.

We love the hospitality of the Mexican people. We visited various areas in Mexico, and were introduced to this resort on a visit. We loved what the resort offered, and we have grown with the resort. Every year, it is even more exciting, more beautiful, more to do. Our guests are equally impressed and we all have a great time.

When we go on vacation, we love feeling spoilt! The Residence definitely does that! With luxurious surroundings,impeccable service, private elevate, exclusive rooftop pool and restaurant pampering is the word. Treats are brought into the room everyday! Sunglasses are cleaned poolside, and you are offered sorbet. Lounging on the deck, coffee made for you in the morning. Reservations made and confirmed - how nice! 6 rounds free golf per week! 2 for 1 massage !This is vacation!!
