Detta Àr en bottenvÄning 1 235 kvadratmeter lÀgenhet som Àr vackert inredda. Du kan gÄ rakt ut frÄn din skÀrm medföljande Lanai till trÀdgÄrden pÄ gÄrden och sedan ner till poolen och stranden. Den har en extra stor Screened Lanai, tvÄ sovrum, tvÄ badrum, storrum, matplats och ett fullt utrustat kök med extra sittplatser.

VÄr lÀgenhet uppdaterades 2016 och 2017 med 3 nya TV, nya golv, nya badrum, nya fönster och dörrar, nya köksmaskiner, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora sovrummet Àr lyxigt med en king size-sÀng och gÀst sovrummet har enkelsÀngar, med nya sÀngar och ett strand tema. Elektronik inkluderar en 55 "plattskÀrms-TV, en TV i varje sovrum, video och DVD-spelare, WIFI internet och en CD-spelare.

Denna lÀgenhet har ett vÀlutrustat kök med alla smÄ apparater du kan behöva. Det inkluderar ocksÄ strandstolar, sandleksaker och en Tommy Bahamavagn för att bÀra allt i.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this unit at Loggerhead Cay. It is spacious, very well maintained, and the owner is respectful of your privacy. A very kind man.The location is perfect-quick on and off the island, but close to shopping. The beach on the east end is quiet with beautiful sunrises. As a solo traveler, I've always felt safe and enjoyed my stay at this complex.

Great stay!!!

The communication with the owner was great, very accommodating. They gave great recommendations of places to go and restaurants to eat for all times of the day. The condo itself was very clean and updated. It had all of the amenities that a family would need; chairs, wagon, beach toys, cooler, beach umbrella, etc. The grounds were also very well maintained with no complaints at all. The beach was and pool were great as well. Sanibel is obviously known for the shells and did not disappoint. Steve and Wanda were amazing hosts, and would highly recommend their place. We will will definitely be coming back to their place. Thank you!

Great time in beautiful Sanibel condo

We had a great first time in Sanibel. The condo is very clean and spacious, everything looks brand new, big kitchen with everything you need to cook, was there. The pool and beach are just steps away, and Sanibel is beautiful with its many birds and shells. Our 6 year old daughter had a great time making friends with the many children and families vacationing at Loggerhead Cay. We highly recommend this place.

Condo is beautiful. Short walk to beach. Wagon was very helpful. Spent a lot of time at the pool. First part of week. Seaweed was really bad, but by the end ocean was blue.

A happy return

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay! This was our first time back to the island after losing our timeshare to the hurricane. And this couldn’t have been a better spot. Our family of four loved everything about the condo. It was spacious and clean and beautiful. Our girls loved the bedroom with colorful matching twin beds. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Loading up the cart and walking down to the beach was a breeze! Many happy tears were shed. Already looking to book again!

Sisters Annual Vacation

We had an amazing week. The condo and property was perfect. We had everything we needed. The host provided a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms as well as beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. The pool was great as well. The location on the island is super convenient to everything and it was easy to navigate. All in all we loved it‌

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a quick walk to the beach and had all the amenities needed. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had upon arriving was some uncleanliness of the floors. The owner was very responsive and apologetic in regard to this. Overall, we were very happy and would stay again!

Welcome back

What a great property to welcome us back to Sanibel. My husband and I have not been to Sanibel since 2015, and this year we came back with children. It was such a great time. Very convenient location, and great ammenities. The outdoor patio offered a beach wagon, beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. The communcation with Steve was wonderful. I told him that we are booking for next spring break. We cannot wait. Highly recommend picki g this as your place to stay.The putdoor patio was equippped

Beautiful location

Sanibel is absolutely stunning the property had direct beach access. Could have done with more hand soap and paper towels on site. Everything else was just great!

Happy return!

This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. Steve checked in with us throughout and we had no problems. The unit is just as pretty as it looks in the listing. Bonus: the shelling and dolphin sightings were spectacular!

We have been coming to Sanibel for over 20 years, and simply love it. We made the annual (sometimes twice) trek from our home in Ohio. Our first stay at Loggerhead Cay was in February, 2017. It is by far our favorite resort, our best stay! We closed on our condo on May 1, 2017.

The grounds are extremely well kept, the walks and parking lots are pavers, the pool is in a beautiful setting surrounded by palms. The beach is a very short walk, no streets to cross. Every amenity is well done, tops. The Condo Association board maintains tight standards, which keeps Loggerhead Cay highly desirable.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Aside from being first class in every respect, the access to Loggerhead Cay avoids to heavy traffic on Periwinkle. You simply cross Periwinkle, head straight for the gulf beach, and one right turn gets you to Loggerhead Cay.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

If you are into relaxing on the beach or around the pool, you found the right place! Loggerhead is extremely well kept, a short drive to several great restaurants and shopping.

In addition to the complex, I personally go out of the way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I am always available, and check in to make sure your needs are met.
