Perfect getaway for families

Absolutely a perfect getaway for families. We stayed with our 4 kids one of which was an infant. It was so nice to be within walking distance from the beach. My husband was able to stay in the condo and watch me and the other kids from the balcony with the baby and then switch! It was close to shops as well. Overall it was a great experience. We will be back!

Amazing time!

I can't say enough about how great our stay was in E1906. This was our second year at Splash and this year was even better. The room with bunk beds is perfect for young kids. It has books, toys, and a little table just like what we have at home. Amazing views from the 19th floor, too. The owner was extremely responsive via text. I would return here without hesitation.

Everything You Expect From a Vacation Condo!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this condo and with the resort amenities. It is obvious this unit is very well-maintained. You cannot ask for better beach access. The condo is right on the beach within a few yards from the water. Also, our kids LOVED the pools each day after we finished with the beach. If we visit PCB again in the future, I will request this unit.

Was immaculately clean, very good communication with owner. Everything exactly as listed. It is very spacious. Saw ocean life from our balcony daily. Nice table and chairs outside for sitting and even eating outside with table. Beds were super comfortable except for one mattress and owner is replacing this weekend.

The unit is spacious and clean. Our only concern was that with a daredevil 3 year old, there was no way to lock the balcony doors where he couldn’t open them. A lock up high would be great. Otherwise, no issues, very comfortable, family friendly, owner was helpful and communicative. Would stay again.

Amazing view and clean unit

We arrived in PCB early. The owner allowed us an early check in, thankfully. We found the unit to be very clean, spacious, and taken care of. The beds were comfortable and showers were lovely. The kitchen is gorgeous! The entire condominium made us feel safe. The heated pool was excellent since we visited in February. I appreciated the prompt communication from the owner! I would love to visit the other properties she has to offer!
