Välkommen till Goin 'Coastal beläget i det lugna kvarteret Summer Place på ett stort hörnparti på 9 Private Drive. Detta hus har tillgång till den privata gated Summer Place poolen tvärs över gatan. Njut av detta perfekta läge steg från stranden men utanför den huvudsakliga trafikerade vägen. Detta LINEN KLARA hus har lakan och handdukar för varje sovrum.

Huset har trådlöst internet överallt, telefon, platt-TV i varje rum och tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek. Våra 5 stora vackert dekorerade sovrum har vardera sitt eget privata badrum (inklusive hårtork i varje), HD-platt-tv, takfläktar och mycket utrymme att sprida ut. Två av våra sovrum har egen tillgång till ett av de två lindar runt däck. Vårt kök är mycket välutrustat med alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter för matlagning för stora familjer eller bara göra en picknick att ta till stranden. Det ljusa, stora två våningar vardagsrummet fylls med massor av underbart solljus och är utrustad med en HD-platt-TV, DVD-spelare, roligt urval av DVD-skivor, brädspel och pussel.

På marknivån kan du njuta av en Weber-kolgrill, varm / kall utomhusdusch, 2 picknickbord och ytterligare sittplatser. På de två övre däcken hittar du gott om sittplatser inklusive gungstolar och Adirondack-stolar. Fly till en tupplur på eftermiddagen på den avskärmade verandan utrustad med en bekväm dynad soffa, 2 stolar och bord. Det stora hörnpartiet ger gott om utrymme för en omgång bocce boll i trädgården.

OIB Vacation

The whole family loved the location and the short walkable distance to the beach. Loads of room for everyone to spread out to read, watch tv, play cards or a game and relax! We all highly recommend this property! The K Family from Minnesota

Great Escape

This was a family trip of celebration and unwind from every thing. We were certainly able to do it here. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. Except for the trips to get groceries everyone was happily to stay put everything Short walk to the beach and pool. And on those few occasions of rain showers there was plenty of games and books to enjoy.

Wonderful home!

This home is very well stocked. We had all of the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. that we needed. The linens were plentiful and the extra blankets were so great to have. The proximity to the beach is perfect! We could come and go to the beach very easily and it was great to have a pool right across the street. We had a great time and highly recommend this house for your stay in OIB.

Great House!

We had a great stay - wonderful neighborhood and this house was not far to the walkway to the beach! The kitchen was stocked with everything that you would need to cook! We were amazed! Definitely will stay here again our next trip to Ocean Isle!

Perfect family vacation

Very pleased with the house and amenities...kitchen could use a few more storage containers. Owner was very quick to respond to a couple of questions after our arrival. I thought this was a 2nd row house, but more of a 3rd row (my mistake) so the walk to the beach was longer than I expected. Would definitely rent again if I were in better shape...lol!

Great house for the week

a great family vacation

The house was very comfortable and sufficient for our family of 14 including 5 children under 7. We loved the screened in porch and the room under the house. The proximity to the pool and beach is a big plus for our family.

Great family home!

This was our 34th year coming to OIB and as our group continues to grow, we need more houses. We love Summer Place and this home was perfect for our group of 10 adults, a 3 year old and a 7 month old. Plenty of bedroom space, living area and multiple outdoor areas! A very short walk to the beach as well!

Great choice for a family vacation

We really enjoyed this house. From the owner, who was very interactive and cooperative, to the proximity to the beach and pool, to the size of the rooms, we really enjoyed our stay. We fell in love with Ocean Isle Beach. Only oddity, and NOT a negative, was having to put the linens on the beds ourselves. This might be normal for OIB homes or due to the pandemic. Everything was great though. Highly recommend Goin’ Coastal!

This is a lovely house with 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms (one with each bedroom!) Hair dryer and TV in each as well. Beautifully decorated and clean. Very comfortable and close access to the beach and pool. Perfect!

Great location and safe

We were surprised with our Vrbo houses location in relation to the pool and the beach. 200 ft to the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. What I especially liked about the Summer Place neighbor hood is it’s safety. Not on a thoroughfare, but rather in a closed neighborhood without the traffic problems. The owner was very responsive to any problems we had during our stay

Good house and for the right price

We stayed over 4th of July in which I thought was a steal of a price. The house is pretty much all bedrooms which come with their own baths which is nice. The living room and kitchen are small so if you have a lot of people and kids you can find yourself tripping over each other but that is a small inconvenience. The house is very neat and clean and is right across the street from the public access. There are a lot of stairs to get up there but that is not uncommon for a beach house due to its location to the beach and possible storms. My family all enjoyed it and all said they would stay there again. The owners were very responsive and do not mind a phone call if something is amiss and have their management company there within an hour. Overall great house and a great stay. Recommend anyone staying there to rent a golf cart to get around the island as it is much easier than a car.

Magnificent Memories Made!

Our families have been vacationing at Ocean Isle Beach since our very early childhood. We learned early in our marriage that OIB was our happy place. So in 2003, with our two girls, we bought this lot and began our journey to building our dream beach house. Living in Charlotte, less than a 3.5 hour drive, makes a trip to the beach very easy anytime we want to be by the ocean.
