This charming two-bedroom holiday apartment is located in the heart of Malaga city center on the first floor of a building with elevator. It consists of a lovely large bright living room with sofa, armchair and dining table for four people, a bathroom with shower and access to a small balcony overlooking the historic centre.

From the kitchen, you can access a small courtyard patio terrace with table where you can enjoy a cool drink.

The apartment features two bedrooms:
The first bedroom with a double bed (150x200), wardrobes, a small balcony, and a private bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobes and direct access to the interior patio.

The accommodation features free internet, air-conditioning and heating. This is a great opportunity to enjoy Malaga city with the whole family in a very quiet part of town.

Great location perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Loved it amazing location 5 minutes to market, pastries and bread. Carrefour express next to Hotel Atarazanas. Big supermarket on other side of bridge at Cortes Ingles 10-15 minutes walk.

Feel like home in a perfect location

We could walk to most sites we wanted to visit and there is plenty of services closeby. The wonderful market is one block away. 10 minutes away from major bus lines.

Perfect location

This space is well equipped and perfectly located in a quiet area in the center of Malaga. It is right next to the Atarazanas market and within a short walking distance from Calle Larios and the beach. All of the meeting points for our tours were also very close. Highly recommend this accomodation!

Perfect!

This place was beautiful and very close to all the main things to do in Malaga. The host was super friendly and gave us tips on what to do in the area. Very close walking distance to the beach and the buses/metro jn the area are very user friendly. The apartment was well equipped and beyond spacious for a family of 4.

Modern apartment in great location

The administration with Solaga was very good. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped with everything in working order. The location was excellent for the market and food shopping, tourist sites and the beach. Malaga is a lovely clean city with lots to offer whether you want sun, sea and sand, outdoor activities or cultural tourist sites.

Beautiful apartment

This is a beautiful apartment in a super location. The apartment is in a very secure building and is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent. Our only two grumbles were that it would have been helpful if there had been kitchen roll, foil etc because you dont want to be buying this for a few days and the photos of the twin bedded room are a little deceptive - its not really big enough for two adults. But these are minor points. We very much hope to return.

Camas property in Malaga

Very nice apartment in excellent location to visit sites and market. It was also Carnival, which was unexpected and fun. I would have appreciated a few more basics in the apartment like paper products and maybe salt and pepper. Also maybe a heads up on mosquito problem due to ongoing drought. We could not use the patio, too chilly, as it faced interior courtyard, not street side as photo appeared to show. Excellent visit overall, we enjoyed all Malaga had to offer.

In the heart of the city

-Spotlessly clean. -Really convenient location right near the market and our favourite bars/restaurants. -Great amenities such as a nice powerful shower, loads of towels, good hair dryer, (important for me), Netflix, plenty of coat hangers. Well equipped kitchen, nice lighting, comfy sofa and bed etc - the building feels very safe and modern Highly recommended My only one small negative is that there was a lot of early morning outside noise from the market traders setting up. I have stayed on this street four times now but this particular apartment faces onto the street down to the market so at certain times of the day, be prepared for a lot of banging and clattering. It did not spoil our holiday in any way as we quickly ‘acclimatised’ to it and I like the hustle and bustle of a city but I think it’s worth pointing out to other travellers.

Location…..Location……Location.

My wife and I just checked out this morning after spending 4 weeks in this apartment. The place was spotless and very tidy. All equipment worked as it should. Quality cutlery and dishes, unlike the dollar store variety you get at some locations. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Good supply of cleaning items as well as dishwasher tablets. We found the washer/dryer quite handy. The location is absolutely the best place to stay in Malaga. You are close to the beach, close to Larios street, also the market is right there. So many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There is a large outdoor patio off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee or perhaps a lunch. Solaga Holiday Homes were terrific. We opted for the airport pick up. They were there and drove us to our apartment where we met Albert who showed us around our new temporary home. He left us maps and also gave us the 3 best places for dinner. He was right on. We tried all 3 and they were awesome. Carlos who checked us out this morning was terrific as well. If possible I would make this rating a 6 star. We were more than happy. Solaga has over 75 properties that they manage in Malaga. It would be worthwhile to check them out for your visit. We are sad to leave but on to our next adventure.

Prachtig appartement op zeer centrale locatie

Net appartement met 2 slaapkamers en fijne badkamers. In de vroege ochtend veel lawaai van laden en lossen in de straat.

W samym centrum Malagi, ale zaskakująco łatwo dojechać. Blisko codziennego targu, setek barów i restauracji. Możliwość skorzystania z podziemnego parkingu. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba, jest nawet przelewowy ekspres do kawy.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und in optimaler Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in Málaga war super schön - die gute Wohnung an optimaler Lage hat viel dazu beigetragen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch der örtliche Bus ist gut erreichbar.

Super appartement en plein centre

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner dans cet appartement très bien situé en plein centre de Malaga. L'appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et très bien équipé. C'est idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants. Le parking est payant mais bienvenu pour des voyageurs en voiture. La localisation de l'appartement, à deux pas du mercado pour le ravitaillement ❤, permet de gagner à pied aussi bien les plages que tous les sites historiques. Super accueil de l'agence ❤ Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement!

Lovely apartment....lovely location

The apartment was well located and of great quality as I've come to expect from Solaga. Met by Teresa on arrival and handed over keys to Jose. Friendly, helpful and well informed staff. Loved everything in the apartment. Great air con throughout during a warm time. Nice outdoor terrace for eating breakfast. Great standard. It was pointed out on arrival that there had been a water leak in the apartment. There was an initial, very slight damp smell but with daily use this was not apparent and did not spoil trip. So no issues really

Great value for money!

The apartment is well located and well maintained. Although the surrounding streets are reserved for the pedestrians it was easy to find a parking place for a car in near located public parking place. We appreciated the face to face introduction to apartment by Juan from Solaga, who shared beneficial information on the apartment and surroundings (grocery, gym, parking, etc) in welcoming friendly way. I would reserve this location again on my next trip to Malaga. Some Spanish differences related to apparently living could be highlighted more (eg use of the water boiler) although we did not had issues with it.

Highly recommended!

we stayed here for six nights. The apartment is very clean, has an excellent location, and is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The full kitchen and nice bathrooms offered everything we needed. The nice TV also provides access to youtube and Netflix. The contact with the landlord went well, we enjoyed the privacy but they were available if needed. Highly recommended.
