Marnie är en modern takvåning med två våningar med egen privat pool och terrass. Med fantastisk utsikt över Kalkanbukten och bergen. Det drar nytta av ett utmärkt centralt läge för staden. Gå bara utanför ytterdörren och du har snabbköp, slaktare, bagare, grönsaker, vardagsbutiker och kaféer inom 2 minuters promenad. Detta är ett extremt bekvämt läge, tillräckligt tillbaka från huvudgatan för att också vara tyst och avkopplande och bara en 3 minuters promenad till gamla stan, med många barer och restauranger och butiker.

Marnie genomgår några stora förbättringar för sommarsäsongen 2020. Vi är säkra på att det är de första gästerna som kommer att glädjas över förändringarna. Så missa inte och kontakta oss idag för att få veta mer.

Marnie har en parkeringsplats för 1 bil, och på gatuparkering i Kalkan är gratis, men en bil är inte nödvändig på grund av lägenhetens utmärkta läge, vid behov kan vi ordna flygplatstransfer för dig från Dalaman eller Antalya flygplatser.

Marnie ligger också nära buss- och taxireser för att utforska området, inklusive Patara-stranden som är en av världens 10 bästa stränder! Du kan också utforska området med båt från hamnen med dagliga resor.

Inuti Marnie finns det ett stort öppet vardagsrum på övervåningen, som vetter ut mot solterrassen vid poolen. Även på denna våning hittar du ett dubbelrum med eget badrum med dusch. På nedre våningen finns två mycket rymliga sovrum med stora fönster och skjutdörrar ut på balkongerna. På denna våning finns ett duschbadrum att dela och en tvättmaskin.

Utanför finns en skuggad mysig matplats med bord för 6 och en grill. Vid poolen finns fyra bekväma solstolar. Det finns ett val av sol eller skugga under hela dagen. Vid poolen är ett utrymme för 2 personer för extra lugn och ganska med kuddar och kuddar.

Marnie är idealisk lämpad för familjer, vänner eller par.

Vi välkomnar barn över 10 år. Kontakta mig för mer information. Skötsel måste tas runt poolkanten och toppen av trappan i vardagsrummet med barn. Det är stegad tillgång till lägenheten.

Perfect apartment in Kalkan

The apartment is really recommendable. Great location if you want to be right in the action. The equipment is complete and well maintained. We were particularly pleased with the water dispenser and the pool, with a view, which is directly accessible from the living room. Price performance is really good here. We would love to come back.

Marnie apartment

The property was lovely and suited us. Lovely views of the bay and town. It was nice to visit out of season although this meant many restaurants and shops in the old in particular were closed. However this did not influence our enjoyment of the place.

Stunning apartment

Apartment is stunning - as described, good air con, close to everything. Balcony is amazing. Walk from main streets is no problem, walk up from beach is steep so stop off for a drink, shop, icecream half way. Close to shops restaurants bars. Very helpful owner.

Amazing stay at Marnie

Four pals who visit Kalkan every year. Having stayed in hotels for many years this was our first in an apartment. Marnie was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, clean and bright and in a perfect location. Wonderful outside space and pool. Fantastic communication with owner, pre holiday and with the local management team who were very helpful and kind during our stay… thank you Vildan . We had an amazing time in this beautiful apartment.

Amazing Roof Top Apartment with Pool

We have recently returned from an amazing holiday at Apartment Marnie. The booking process and communication with the owner was excellent. The property manager introduced himself on our arrival and was available should we have any queries/issues, which we didn't. The property has everything you need was clean and well set out and the bed was really comfy. The outside area was amazing, with lovely views over Kalkan and the sea. We had the pool heated and this made it a lot more useable during May. Although the apartment is positioned just off the main road near The Lime Bar we were not disturbed by any noise. The position of the property gave easy access to many supermarkets and it was a quick and easy stroll down to the top Taxi Rank and if you stayed at the top of the old town it was an easy walk back. The cost of a taxi from the harbour was 200TL. We love Kalkan and have stayed numerous times, we would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future. Thank you Chris and Carly

Marnie Apartment Aug 2024

Stayed for 7 nights at the end of July into August. Apartment is in a great location for the old town, with just a 5min walk down the hill and you are at the shops and restaurants. Close enough and just off the main road and not too noisy at all. A few steps up to the apartment entrance via the shared pathway to some of the other apartments in the same block. Not overlooked to the rear where the pool and balcony area is. Didn't use the bedroom balconies as the view is not so interesting. The 3 bedrooms are large with comfy beds and aircon and bathrooms are both clean and modern. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room area, with everything you need for your stay and no need to buy anything (like dishwasher tablets, wash powder, bin bags). A welcome food pack was also provided with teabags, milk, bread, crisps, coffee, wine, nuts, jam which was great for breakfast for a few days. The balcony area was great for the 4 of us, facing down to the old town and sea in the distance and gets the sun all day. Chris the owner was very responsive with some of my queries and also Vildan the local management agent helped with a few things too, like water cooler bottle replacement and putting us in touch with a local hotel for a day-room on the last day while we waited for a late transfer to the airport. All in all a great apartment, great location, and great service. Would definitely go again if we went back to Kalkan, either with family or another couple(s).

Beautifully presented apartment in a great location

We had a great stay at Marnie Apartment, which is very clean, modern and beautifully presented. Inside is spacious and well equipped and the rooftop terrace and pool have great sea views and sun all day long. The host was very responsive, friendly and patient (I like to ask lots of questions even down to where did you buy some of your decor - couldn't have been any more helpful). Equally the management team in resort were just as good. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Fabulous Apt Marnie

Apt Marnie is a spacious beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment perfectly situated within a few minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The private pool and sunbathing area has beautiful views to both the sea and mountains and the perfect dining area for enjoying breakfast, lunch and pre dinner drinks in the evening. I would have no hesitation in recommending Apt Marnie to anyone planning a holiday in Kalkan.

Hi We are Carly & Chris. We have been together for over 10 years and recently got married in 2019, we love getting around and finding new places to holiday. Kalkan has always had a soft spot with us as it's just so magical, its also where we got engaged and had our engagement and wedding rings made.

I Chris work in Theatre and live events, backstage where life can be very demanding, we love to escape and relax and take in some of the local history wherever we go. Carly is a dog walker and loves being outside and exploring new places.

We have a small dog, who we have named the apartment after :)

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have wanted to buy somewhere in Turkey ever since our first visit to Kas in 2015. We have kept our eye on what was available in our budget at the time and on a viewing trip was taken to see this one and we fell in love with its large spaces, amazing views and its closeness to the town, yet it still feels private and peaceful.

Being on the top floor there is no one around to keep an eye on you, its not far to get back from the town if you've had one too many cocktails on the sea front. It has a parking space where the car only gets used to visit Patara or Kaputas and for a weekly shop maybe
