Denna vackra träkabin med privat pool ligger bara 4 miles från stranden och 6 miles från Competa. Det har fantastisk utsikt från det stora däck över Medelhavet med Afrika synligt under tydliga nätter när solen går ner.
Huset rymmer upp till 8 personer, med ett king-size sovrum, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och två sovrum på taket med en dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med ugn och spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Gratis obegränsad wifi. En stor TV-lounge med 32-tums TV med HDMI-ledning för att ansluta till din bärbara dator, plus vedeldare för vinternätter. Och en vinterträdgård för de kallare kvällarna med utsikt över Maroma-berget. Rökning är tillåten utanför huset på däck.
Fastigheten ligger på 2 tunnland mark och däcket har utsikt över trädgården med apelsin-, citron-, persik-, fikon-, oliv- och eukalyptusträd.

Excellent

This is our second stay in the cabin. Only home and will be re-booking for this year. We take our grandson who just loves everything to do with nature so he loves the animals,birds insects etc.The cabin is just perfect tranquil,surrounded by mango trees, close to the coast and supermarkets, perfectly clean with everything you need for a great stay, plus a great pool. The scenery is stunning and great for walking.The host Lena is so helpful explains everything you need to know to do with the cabin and surrounding area. From here you can do daytrips to the coast,Gibraltar, Nerja and a short drive to Competa which is a beautiful town just to sit have a coffee or the market on a Saturday. We hire a car from the airport and are at the cabin within the hour. Can’t wait to return. Thanks Lena for another great stay. Take care and see you soon x.

Stunning location

Only home from the cabin on the mountain. One of the best holidays we have had, beautiful place to stay relaxing and homely. Lena was fab from directions to meeting up to collect keys and then on to the cabin, which is breathtaking scenery, great wildlife which our grandson loved as well as a beautiful pool. We really loved this holiday we’re hoping it won’t be long till we’re back. Thanks Lena 😊

Prachtig uitzicht en rust

Niet geschikt voor mensen die niet stabiel lopen. Niet geschikt om s’avonds te rijden op die bergweggetjes. Goed vertoeven als je privacy wil hebben. Heerlijk om tot rust te komen. Verwarming goed geregeld. Vriendelijke eigenaresse.

mooie berghut in volle natuur . prima ontvangst

vriendelijke ontvangst ,Lena kwam ons ophalen. de berghut is in de natuur een 6 tal km langs onverharde wegen, moeilijk te vinden, eens je er bent is het een oase van rust met het nodige comfort , hou er wel rekening mee dat je met een kleine huurwagen in principe niet off road mag , beter een aangepaste wagen huren . prachtige dorpen en stranden op 6 -8 km

Absolutely Perfect

A fabulous adventure. From the track up to the incredible views and area. Lena & Richard are just lovely. We had our dog with us - she had a great time, we had a job getting her to leave!! The cabin is marvelous, it does what it says on the can. We will be returning in the very near future!

Retraite dans les montagnes

On se sent vraiment coupé du monde dans le chalet de Lena, c'est très reposant. C'est à chaque fois l'aventure pour y accéder mais on s'y sent comme chez soi. Et la vue à coupé le souffle tous les matins donne envie de rester encore u.n peu plus chaque fois. Magnifique expérience ! J'y retournerai

Dangerous Road

The property was located on a several mile one lane terrible road with dangerous high cliffs that was impossible to drive at night. We drove it 6 times and decided to just leave the property even though we had paid for 34 days.

Great get away from normality

Lovely cabin with spectacular views. Close to beaches and villages. Very relaxing and peaceful. Lena was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a lovely 10 days

Magical stay in the mountains

An amazing place just as described peaceful retreat with great views and a lovely pool in a great location with views to die for and the owner is very helpful met us at the coast and we followed her up to the cabin . Very well equipped with the best wifi I have ever had in a rental a 20 min drive from the coast and a short drive from some very picturesque villages would highly recommend this property to anyone 👍😎

Séjour Eté 2019

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréable cet été (Juillet 2019) dans le chalet de Lena et nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le chalet est correct et spacieux, situé dans la montagne au calme, la piscine est suffisamment grande et les équipements sont nombreux. La route pour arriver au chalet fait un peu peur la première fois mais on s'y habitue et à la fin ca n'est plus qu'une formalité. Attention à quand même prévoir de l'eau en bouteille, nous nous sommes fait piéger le premier soir. Enfin Lena est très gentille, et nous a souvent conseillé.

Un site extraordinaire

Adorable chalet avec vue à la fois sur la mer au loin et les collines et ses maisons blanches Wifi excellente , piscine appréciable Équipement satisfaisant L accueil de Léna est d une grande gentillesse Nous ne mettons pas 5 étoiles car le chemin pour atteindre le chalet est un peu sportif ( partie eu béton et partie en terre et ce sur 6 km soit environ 25 minutes à chaque trajet

Stunningly beautiful cottage surrounded by nature!

We were enchanted by Lena’s cottage! The remote aspect totally appealed as we search for holidays that provide peace and quiet with the quality of nature. Our two little ones of 5 and 3 had such fun walking in the hills and attempting to swim in the pool! It was a fabulous base for discovering Andalucía. In particular, we enjoyed the treetop adventure park in Villanueva de Trabuco, the beach at Burriana and returning to Lena’s gorgeous hillside hideaway in the evening. Lena herself is very endearing - she felt like a friend after only a 30 minute chat! She was very hospitable with everything and we cherish our holiday memories.

A perfect place to relax.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this little piece of paradise.The house is well equipped, comfortable and has a unique charm.The views all around are stunning. The pool temperature was perfect. We loved everything about the property. Lena, the owner, is friendly and helpful and was on hand if we needed anything. She met us at the coast and led the way up to the house which was very welcome as we arrived in the evening. It is easy enough to find once you've been shown. We would love to return sometime in the future.

Dépaysement total

Maison en bois idéale pour se reposer, les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse et de très bon conseil! La piscine est juste comme il faut!! De fabuleuses vacances!!! Peut être juste la literie à changer, mais c'est un détail. Le cadre est magnifique! Encore merci mille fois!!

Lovely mountain cottage.

All in all a wonderful Place, even though I wouldn't recommend the Place to anyone unused to driving in small and steep roads. Really nice pool, much better than the images imply, fabulous view and many beds in an otherwise quite small house.

A peaceful haven

If you want lots of activities and bustling nightlife this is not the place for you. However, if like us you prefer to see the other side of Spain and enjoy walking in stunning countryside then this is a perfect base. The house is very unique and a bit quirky but has all the essentials you need. The pool is ideal for cooling down and the views along the valley from the balcony are amazing. We even spotted eagles soaring above. Owners are very helpful and easy to get in touch with at all times. The roads are quite challenging but certainly "doable" if you are not in a rush Weather was fantastic and we had a wonderful holiday here. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys nature and a peaceful life. .

A beautiful spot

The location has many benefits: it has the most astounding views; privacy and solitude; the joy of a truly dark sky full of stars. A great place to simply chill and relax, we loved it for that. The house itself has everything you need and the plunge pool is a fantastic resource for hot days. I lost count of the hours I spent simply drinking in the views, or floating in the pool, eyes closed, enjoying the sounds of nature. The location did have one drawback for us and that was the drive up to and down from it to the main roads. Plenty of people will find it thrilling but we found it an ordeal. We would suggest that visitors invest in a 4x4 to ease the drive, although plenty of people obviously manage without. Our host Lena has no issues with driving her saloon car up to the house for example. We’d also suggest people ensure they do the drive the first time in daylight. Lena was lovely and very helpful, leading us up to the property and showing us around, giving information about the area etc, she couldn’t have been nicer. All in all a great place to stay, if a little difficult to get to.

Stunning Place, Wonderful Stay

The cabin was lovely, the location was breathtaking (mountain track and all!) and we spent a lovely and relaxing week there. Lena was very friendly and our check in was great - we were so grateful she showed us the way! We rented a Jeep and found that it coped really well with the track, but our friends in a normal car managed the trip, they just had to take it more slowly. We'd recommend this cabin to anyone who wants complete peace - it was so quiet and tranquil. We visited the beach at Torrox Costa and at Algorrobo Costa - love Rompeolas, the Chiringuito (beach club/restaurant/bar) at Algorrobo Costa. The market there is small but has a bit of everything. All in all a great week, we loved relaxing by the pool and also on the massive terrace. We hope to be back!
