Stay at this fantastic Villa located in the centre of the Island of Mallorca.
This 250 metre typical Mallorquin style property distributed on one floor offers lounge diner for upto 8 guests, chill out area with Satelite TV and WIFI, a fully equiped modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

In the surrounding area you will find Palma Cita at only 20 minutes drive along with great beaches at approximately 15 mins also close to the villa you will find the Festival Park Commercial Centre.
We recommend hiring a car in order to visit both Mallorca and nearby places.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
